I wish it was possible to write a review with 0 stars but I guess 1 will do. Pinecrest is the most unprofessional apartment complex I have ever dealt with in my life, I recently inquired about a 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom and was told that I was approved and just needed a move in date. I was given 3 different move in dates in a matter of 3 months for them to turn around in deny my application. The leasing agent by the name of joe was non responsive and absolutely careless throughout the entire process. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone that doesn’t want to deal with that headache

If I can give this place a 0 I surely would… The gentleman by the name of Joe is the worst leasing agent you would ever experience. Horrible communication with days late responses. He seemed really uninterested in doing his job and didn’t take anything seriously. If you were looking for decent place to live I definitely wouldn’t recommend pinecrest

Communication is horrible. They been telling me for weeks it would only be a few weeks before they would have a 2 bedroom available but every time I call it’s a different answer. I don’t think they really ever submitted my application so there goes a waste of an application fee and giving up my personal information for it just to sit there. I would’ve preferred them to just be honest from the start and I would’ve never even applied. Don’t waste your time! I wish I could leave 0 stars.

I wondered why all these reviews were so low until I actually wasted my time doing the paperwork, submitting my money order and waited two months when I decided to call after hearing absolutely nothing. The new site manager said the previous site manager said I was "over income" when that is not what I was told when I was applying. If you wanna get scammed and think you'll get an apartment go ahead and apply here! They will most certainly waste your time.

I been submitted my application nearly a year ago. I call every week and leave voicemails and still no one has returned my call. I was suppose to move in the new building they was fixing that burnt down. I’m starting to think these apartment complexes are just taking our application fees for the units they are not renting out.

Me and my husband moved out in march as of October we still haven’t received our deposit checked back we both have reached out several times without any calls backs from our voicemails I talked to the new office manager 2 months ago and she said she could see were our account was credited but we never received the deposit check because a paper was completed on their part .. nothing was our fault we cleaned the apartment and left owing nothing and no damages but still no word on our deposit we are very upset about the matter it’s very pier communication on their part and business ! We’ve waited long enough and there’s no excuse why we shouldn’t have received our deposit check back

This is the first place I've ever lived on my own. First time paying rent having my own neighbors and everything. I've lived here two years now and its the best experience I could ask for. The complex manager is awesome and even though I don't need much when I ask above and beyond is done. Maintance is also really cool. Things get taken care of and fixed. I moved during a time of pandemic climax so I am aware even now somethings take time and people are human and have lives but I have still never felt let down at any time. I've suggested moving here to many people in my life.

After the unprofessionalism I dealt with joe while applying, new management came and saved the day! Yolanda is so professional and understanding. She made this process 10x easier for me! Loving the new changes
