We were having issues with our well pump pressure. I called Well Doctor, and they scheduled an appointment a week later on 8/31. Matt the technician arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem and gave me two options. He went through the pros and cons of each and actually recommended the less expensive option which we went with. Matt called the main office and scheduled the repair for THAT AFTERNOON. The repair was done on time and the results were great. I also got a call from Well Doctor later that afternoon asking if everything went well and again this morning. I was blown away by the service and attention to detail, which is rare these days. I HIGHLY recommend The Well Doctor!

I called at 10am on Wednesday. The technician showed up at 1pm, examined the existing well installation, determined the cause of the problem and then promptly suggested the fix. They actually stayed on the job and fixed the issue immediately. It took them about two hours. If it wasn't for them, my landscaping would likely not have survived. So, I am very appreciative of the service, professionalism, and installation of the new system. Great job!

Outstanding service!!! You never realize how much you take running water for granted.....until it doesn't run anymore. My well pump broke on a hot summer day, when I needed to take a nice shower the most. I called Well Doctor and they sent over their technicians within 2 hours....and it was 10:30 at night! They had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. They returned the next day and had everything back up and running in a little over an hour. They were very prompt and very professional on the job. Needless to say, I hope I don't need to call them anytime soon again for anymore problems...but if I have any more problems I will use them again. I also highly recommend them if you have the same issues.

We had a pump that was installed in 1984. I contacted 4 other well services, and did not get a return on my calls. I called one well company 3 times over about 5 weeks and they never returned my calls. The receptionist at Well Doctor was very nice and professional. She answered my questions and had me contacted and scheduled for the needed work. Dylan and Garrett did the work and did an excellent job. After 37 years, you can imagine the state of the state of the old stuff. There were also problems with a concrete slab that had to be broken up. Dylan and Garrett earned their money that day. This company is completely untruthful and try to take advantage of you! I had lost all water and had them come out for an estimate and within 10 minutes was told I had to replace my pressure tank (which I had just replaced last year) and that they were going to have to dig up my pump and replace it all for a grand total of $2,000 Dollars! I had another company come out and they found that it was simply 2 breakers on the breaker box that had gone bad! My grand total was only $160 Dollars!!!!! As far as I'm concerned I would not use well doctor! I felt so angry 😡 at the fact that I was lied to and that this company has no Integrity or care for being truthful to a family with 6 kids to provide for!

The team over at Well Doctor did an outstanding job! They inspected a Well on a house I was going to purchase. They explained what they were going to do and followed through precisely! Kendal was responsive and informative while setting up the appointment and getting the notes back over to me. I spoke with Frank about a question that I had and his expertise was visible when he explained what was going on! Great company and great customer service!

The Well Doctor is a very professional and responsible business. From my first contact with the very helpful receptionist to my interaction with Alex, the well technician, I felt very comfortable with my decision to hire them. My well pump failed and the Well Doctor came out and fixed it that day so I was only without water for a few hours!
