Definitely 5 stars. Loved this place and the ambiance of the cafe. I can come here everyday and enjoy a cup of coffee while working on my computer. Multiple dining seats, and there is a gift shop as well. I happened to be there just on time when there was some presentation going on and grabbed couple of free gifts from mary kay collection. Wonderful experience. I got latte and a cheese turnover. Wanted to try the cheesecake but they had sold out.

Amazing coffee shop and atmosphere! The place has a very nice feel and the people are friendly. I got the Java Chip Frappe and it was delicious! I highly recommend, and will be back as many time as I can when passing through!

This place is adorable! Not only is the coffee phenomenal, but they have local crafts including a rehabbed plant section. Definitely stop by if you're in the neighborhood. We picked up a bunch of pastries, too, but haven't tried them yet.

Walked down the street from Thomas Tires hoping to find a coffee shop. Boy was I in luck. This coffee shop is tucked away, you barely even know it's here, but boy is it a gem. Filled with the great smells of good coffee, ice cream, and fresh baked goods it's a lovely place to sit down a relax. The owner was very nice, and heartwarming. I am very picky about my coffee, and I absolutely loved the flavor of it, nothing complicated, just simple good strong coffee. With how reasonable the prices are, I am surprised they have stayed open for 3 years. She didn't even force a tip on me like most businesses using square. I hung out here for 2 hours while I waited for my car maintenance to be done, and not once was bother by anyone, what a wonderful Cafe experience. The gift shop is full of random things from local vendors, I highly recommend you check out that area. Some of it is a bit tacky, but there are also some really cool stuff like the bismuth statues. The owner will occasionally sit down and paint also when there is free time. I would like to see this place blossom, and pick up a few employees, this place is wonderful.

The Chat & Chew Cafe was a wonderful experience. We are from out of town and we stopped there 2 days in a row while being in town and we wish we had more days just for the coffee. We will be passing by the town on our way to the beach next month and we plan to stop in just for coffee again. The baristas were so nice and informative on their menu. They all were so kind and made us feel welcomed. Also, I highly recommend the coffee flight. It's a good way to sample their coffees and figure out which is your favorites for next time. We didn't eat, but the food looked amazing. I definitely wish I would have tried something. Maybe next month. 😁 Thank you, Chat & Chew Cafe for your kindness while we were there. Also, I wanted to throw this in, as I sat there to drink my coffee, I watched others come in and they were all greeted by name. I LOVE small businesses for this reason. That's amazing and shows they value their customers. 💜

This family-owned coffee shop is a must to visit in Archdale and it’s surrounding areas. I had a Peruvian black coffee and loved it. Don’t miss their freshly baked pastries- the lemon croissant is delicious. Did I mention Kim - the owner - is super friendly ?

This is an excellent coffee place that we visited on the way from Raleigh to Charlotte on a Saturday afternoon, where we enjoyed a hot raspberry beret latte, an iced white mocha and an almond croissant. Would love to visit again.

The coffee is wonderful! They are always so nice and welcoming! Also, they have an information board where local businesses can leave cards. Thanks again for letting us leave some!

It is an absolute pleasure to mark five star spots on the map. Our family loves this stop on our way to Charleston and Raleigh for different medical trips throughout the year. It's even worth the gluten! My favorite is a lightly warmed cheese Danish. I've never not loved a cup of coffee, they pay such attention to detail, and the owner is so passionate about sharing lovely things with people. There are always creative odds and ends in the gift shop, and if we lived closer we would sign up for the acrylic painting workshops every month. Barely 3 minutes from the highway it is not hard to stop and skip over the corporate Starbucks' to make room for something you can enjoy and appreciate and ALSO supports local business owners.

Great little place for breakfast, coffee, lunch, and local crafts. Love the atmosphere. The owner is SUPER nice and helpful, and patient. We were just stopping through but wished we had something like this were we live.

Ordered their version of a pumpkin cold foam. The big size is 32oz! Sugar free pumpkin. Win in my book! Great selection of food for breakfast and lunch. Much quicker in and out than chain restaurants. Such kind and quick customer service. I will be back.

I've had several of their coffees & treats and really enjoy visiting. This time I really loved the Cinnamon Dolce. What a pleasant drink! Also got a few British treats there. Flake bars are a real joy for me as I remember them from my childhood when I lived in England as an Air Force Brat. Love them with vanilla ice cream! Hope this review is helpful!

Such a great place. Owner was extremely sweet and welcoming. The pumpkin cheesecake muffin paired well with the wicked pumpkin latte.

Great little locally owned place. I took my mom and my aunt to get ice cream after we had been shopping all day and they really loved it. $2 for a scoop is a good deal. Now its our go to place anytime we need a sweet treat.

The most adorable coffee shop. The staff are so sweet. I was in the town for a weekend and this shop was my favorite part of my trip. The drinks are delicious. I will definitely be stopping here every time I pass through! The coffee flight was such a fun experience. I recommend trying one and definitely try the samoa iced coffee! This and the raspberry mocha were my favorite.

My boyfriend and I went last week and not only is Kim an absolute delight, my espresso was positively perfect. Rich beans and spot on water temperature. And the atmosphere… from the smell to the decor, it was so inviting and I loved being there!! Her gift selection has so many different tastes to choose from. Some things are cute, some things are pretty, some things are eclectic. It was so great to meet Kim and experience her cafe. I’ll be back this weekend for sure!

😠 The staff are nice but I can’t understand how they never have cold brew. It’s literally their number one seller and this location is always out. Me and my girlfriend were happy to find out we were getting a location near us since the closest one was 25-30 minutes away. But I’ve checked for literally...

👍👍 A friend invited me to a worship service they were attending at the coffee bar. Ended up having an amazing night. The Holy Spirit was definitely there! The coffee was pretty good as well, but nothing compared to the experience I had with the Holy Spirit ❤️🙏
