BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This location is absolutely horrifying. Not only are there crucifixes in EVERY exam room (Handmaids Tale Much) but getting medical care is not an option. Karrie, Dr. Williams' nurse loves to wait until last minute to do anything. She could really care less if you got the treatment you need. She's basically like Aunt Lydia. There is a time frame in which things need to be done, especially when it comes to reproductive health. I should not have to call numerous times, go days without answers, and when I do get a response, my question is still not answered. This place was off-putting from the moment I walked into an exam room. To bring religion into a space where you are servicing many, that may not believe the same, but are there for medical health… that is gross. It immediately makes me think bias, opinionated, and that I will not get the treatment, much less respect I should have, and that is exactly what I got. I waited a month to write this review in hopes someone there would change my mind, but this place is awful. Also, the Daphne review cracks me up. "They care about LIFE!." Only if it's a Christian life, Daphne. Insert eye-roll here.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The doctors there actually listen to your concerns, and don't make you feel dumb for asking too many questions. They do make you feel like they're there to help women have babies as successfully and safely as possible while treating the mom/parents with excellent compassion and empathy. Unfortunately my health Insurance is with the competing hospital system so I have not been able to make them my primary ob service (it is a dream of mine to get new insurance and go there!) However, after 3 miscarriages and feeling under treated and dismissed by several other local OB services, I call Triad to schedule a consultation out of pocket the second I found out I was pregnant with my latest. They are the only ob clinic nearby that utilizes the Progesterone Protocol of Pope Paul VI Institute, which has proved time and again to help prevent miscarriage and support pregnancies that might not have survived otherwise. They have monitored my labs this entire pregnancy and my primary ob defers to them in that regard and have titrated my injections as indicated by the previously mentioned protocol. Not only do I credit them with saving this baby's life so far, but for taking the time to explain what is going on and what I need to do. I also appreciate that as concraceptives and other medicines and procedures known to be abortifacient are not performed there, they let every new patient know that up front so that they didn't waste their time if those are the services the patient is searching for. If you are looking for truly family centered care that will cherish your pregnancy and journey as much as they would their own loved ones, then you definitely found the right place

They have taken excellent care of my wife and successfully delivered via VBAC 2/3 of our children. This clinic is incredibly kind, patient, available at all hours, and attentive to the needs of their clients. I highly recommend this clinic for your obstetrical and gynecological needs. You won’t regret it!

Hands down amazing! I am very thankful for this team! I switched here with my second pregnancy and wished I knew about them sooner! They have the best bedside manners, really take the time to listen to your concerns and never felt rushed with my visits.

Following up from my review a week ago. Dr. Lipscomb called to tell me they could "do better," but he had too much faith in his staff. After weeks of no communication, I was told by Dr. Williams that the receptionists did not deliver my messages because they were "trying to cover for their understaffed nurse," and to just use MyChart if I needed anything. Then, after waiting a MONTH for a medication to be called in and approved, Dr. Williams changed his mind about my treatment plan and refused to even offer the services my insurance needed to move forward. Not once was I offered any type of pain management, even though I was a transfer from the ER for severe pelvic pain and repeated how much pain I was in every time I spoke with someone. I would warn anyone against seeing Dr. Williams. He does not care for the well-being of his patients.

Highly recommend! I have had two VBACs and gone through a miscarriage with Triad OBG as my health care providers and I am so thankful for them! Everyone there has been exceptionally kind and attentive to me, taking my concerns seriously, answering all my questions, and when we went through our miscarriage, they were all so gentle and caring with us every step of the way. I had a bad experience years ago at another practice in a different state that left me traumatized and mistrustful and the doctors at Triad have earned my trust and my respect with their comprehensive knowledge, attention to detail, and thoughtful care. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Jeffrey L Williams is hands-down one of the best doctors I’ve come across and I trust him with my life. I appreciate his bedside manner and sentiments; I feel secure with him as my doctor, I trust that I'm safe, cared for, and not another shot in the dark. I've had three C-sections, a history of incompetent cervix, numerous leap procedures, and a hysterectomy. After so many experiences, I've encountered plenty of alleged medical professionals, but here every staff member I've encountered has been amazing. They respect your time and they do what they can for you with care. Coming to this office is one of the best decisions I’ve made and once my daughter is of age, this is where she'll come as well. #forevergrateful

This is special place that has provided top notch care for me as well as several of my friends. I’ve preferred female OBGYNs in the past but I ended up meeting with Dr. Williams who is male. I found him to be very kind, respectful, attentive, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend him!

I received the best care from Dr. Alexis Simon and her staff. They were professional, friendly and helpful. I recently had a surgical procedure and each staff took great care of me. I was able to see my results quickly on my online chart and Dr. Simon was able to show images from my surgery and explained exactly what was done. I have been to alot of OB's in my lifetime and this office is the best I have ever seen! Not only do you receive proper medical treatment but you can tell that they love and care for their patients and their babies. Great doctors with a great staff!

Dr. Williams made à racist comment to me about my glucose drink must taste like koolaid to me . because I made a comment that it wasn't that bad . I've always had uneasy feelings when going there but that was my final straw! I'm in my third trimestre but I definitely switched providers.

Dr. Lipscomb’s office and staff are kind and compassionate. They value every patient. As a woman, no matter where you are on life’s journey…trying to get pregnant, pregnant, finding yourself unexpectedly pregnant, experiencing a miscarriage, or in a stage of life beyond child bearing…Dr. L and his team value LIFE. I did not enjoy my experience with the place throughout my pregnancy. The lady at the front desk kept trying to make us double pay after we told her multiple times we had already made a payment. The ultrasound tech was rude during our gender reveal when my fiancé and i were talking about the baby she said “i can’t focus with y’all talking.” This was my first child and I was never informed of what to expect or given any basic information about anything. I had to do my own personal research on what to expect during my pregnancy. I basically just came in to pee and leave. It was very unpredictable if I was going to have a nice nurse or an unpleasant one. Some looked like they enjoyed their job and some seemed miserable. I do not recommend coming here if you are looking for an enjoyable experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care provided in this office! I have been a patient here for over a decade and feel privileged to be cared for by such wonderful professionals. I have seen multiple providers leading up to and during my pregnancy, and they are all incredible. Everyone is so kind and caring from the moment you schedule your appointment, check-in, receive care, and check out. Providers are exceptionally responsive via MyChart as well. An all-around stellar team!

Hands down the BEST OBGYN office in North Carolina! Several years ago, I started seeing Dr. Lipscomb is when all of my health issues began. He was wonderful & very intentional in helping me on my road to recovery. I recently started seeing Dr. Simon last year because she was the one who was going to perform my robotic laparoscopic endometriosis excision surgery. She is the best of the best, I truly mean that!! So kind, intentional, informative, & cared for me as a human being instead of just a patient. I’m so thankful she performed my surgery because she removed places that were causing pain for the past several years of my life that most doctors would have never seen. I’m forever grateful to have her as my OBGYN. I can’t say enough good things about her & this practice! Everyone is just so sweet & genuinely cares for each & every person who comes through their doors. It’s pretty hard to find an OBGYN who really looks into the problems of their patients instead of just saying take this medicine!! I mean it when I say that they care about their patients so much more than most offices. All three of my daughters go here and LOVE the care they receive. They don't just treat symptoms, they get to the root cause of issues and fix them (and most often without a lot of pharmaceuticals). They actually do care about their patients.

Have gone to this practice for over seven years and I make sure to always recommend them to others. They are the most caring providers I’ve ever experienced. They listen to concerns and try to get to the root of issues.

Dr. Lewis Lipscomb and his staff are amazing. My wife is a patient and she has always had the best care and compassion from everyone at Triad OBGYN. I highly recommend this practice to anyone having a hard time conceiving or needing sensitive care. This office also has ♿ handicap accessible parking, 🚻 restrooms, and seating.

Dr. Simon is a top notch OB doctor. I would recommend her any time of the day. I have never had a complaint with her or the whole practice. I used to see Dr. Lipscomb but I think he has moved into a different role in the practice. He is awesome also. Everyone there has always been a 10/10.

I can not say enough good things about this practice! Dr. Simon is awesome! She listens to me and hears me! When you walk in the office, the atmosphere is so calming. I always know I am getting the best care possible!

Dr. Williams provides exceptional care. I have been pleased throughout the entire process: from the first appointment, to surgery consultation, to surgery, to my post-op appointment. He takes time to truly listen to your concerns and works to find a solution that works for you and your issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable in the field- especially when it comes to endometriosis. I never feel rushed in my appointments as he takes his time to ensure all questions are answered. I could not recommend a provider more.
