Sadly when I place a order at 5:52 and at 5:57 it's in the portal and I ordered a fanceroni pepperoni. I go to pick it up and they took a hot and ready pizza and just put more pepperoni on it/rebaked it and literally it looks nothing like the picture for this particular pizza. The picture shows cheese and all right to the end and this is not. Not happy in the sense it's a 10 dollar pizza and all it has is extra pepperoni. I thought I was getting cheese and all to the crust just like advertised.

This place continues to never have the Hot and Ready pizzas ready between 4pm and 8pm. Every time they are telling customers it'll be 15 minutes. You better order ahead of you don't want to wait.

Had to have pizza for the Super Bowl and had not sampled their new stuffed crust pizza. I'm a big fan of Little Caesars (not the greatest pizza but for the price point it is fantastic). Ordered online via the app and they were offering free Crazy Bread with any pizza purchase as a Super Bowl promo. Pizza was ready right when they said and the young lady on the drive thru was courteous and quick. Drive Thru was packed. 2 cars when I arrived and eight when I left. The stuffed crust pizza is fantastic although a little greasy (but to be fair it was greasy since it had tons of pepperoni). Big fan of the drive thru option.

Normally don't care for their sauce on the pizza, but for the past few months it has been great. I can honestly say every interaction with staff has been super pleasant. Very happy with the Thomasville location.

Staff has gotten a lot better. You don't have to wait as long as in the past and they are very nice to the customers

If I had one thing to help with the food in the lock box we'll the name should be written bigger whose names is ready so you could ready it from your car pulling up or even put a screen at the window so we know if it's ready or not. I hate going in and having to still wait on the order to be in there not knowing if it's ready or not if it was on the screen I could atleast wait in my car until I can see if my name pops up that it's ready would be awesome. OK so pizza was good per usual, but these baby a$$ chicken wings was awful.... I mean NO meat on em whatsoever.... my 5yr old ate the whole garlic parm box of 8 and was goin "I ontt moe mommies pweese" these are pathetic small even for a child.... smh they don't even cover the whole bottom of the box only sauce and still wasn't enough sauce tbh.... $38 and for what? I got a Buffalo wing, g&p wing, 2 pep pizzas, cheese brd.... wow oh wow.... get it 2gthr ppl.... js the ppl was friendly n it was clean, but the chicken is a NO-GO....

I don't like their pizza but my kids do. I ordered 2 pep pizzas & bread sticks. Their bread sticks last night were hollow, and tasted weird. It took so long to get regular pepperoni pizza. No issues with those that work there.

Absolutely the best Little Caesars pizza I have had in a long time I will definitely be going back to this one again I live in Lexington and the Little Caesars pizza here is 1000% Nasty I will drive the extra to get good pizza Thanks for the wonderful pizza

My family LOVES Little Caesars! There's nowhere else to get GREAT pizza for less. No matter what kind of pizza you like, Little Caesars has it.

They shut the door locked 7 minutes before they closed They we’re laughing and ignoring me While my family was waiting in the car they had some pizzas in oven I was willing to buy. So i called and a gentleman answered making up some stuff that those pizzas were goin to a food bank. So I’m begging for the general manager to check the cameras And maybe he can get some good costumer service employees So unprofessional Theres two guys and one girl The girl was the one that locked the door as soon as i parked there. This happened july/1st/ 23 9:54 so i hope someone in charge takes action on this matter. What got to me is that they were smiling

Very bad experience. I just went to get a cheese pizza today and they took forever ! With a very bad customer service as well. It took More than 30mins waiting for the pizza when I finally got my pizza it was the wrong one ! then I proceeded to tell them that I got that wrong one and still took another 30 more mins before getting the pizza. I asked to get my money back and they refused to. And also I’m talking about more than 5 people that were in back walking around in the kitchen area just ignoring me and the rest of the customers! No apology what so ever for the the wait of anything all I got was an attitude and a terrible service overall TERRIBLE ! EXPERIENCE FOR ME TODAY. NEVER GOING BACK.

Pizza was good for someone who was starving. The food was not as good as it usually is..Short staffed might have been a part of the problem..

The pizza was cut weird. Some of the slices where bigger then the other ones. There was supposed to be 8 slices but it was 6 slices because there where to big.

Cheese pizza, one side crust was twice as thick as other side, cheese looked like it had been scraped off half the pizza. Italian cheesy bread had a single row of Italian seasoning pile down the middle, piled thick and way too much. I have never got these items that was this bad before. It was aweful.

Little Caesars is always a joy to eat from. The pizza is so yummy and fresh, its always a joy to bite into their pizza. And the Crazy Bread is to absolutely die for! Customer service is always great and friendly, I really recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried this pizza joint :)

I love me some little Caesars pizza ok but come on now....the sign says hot and ready but this location NEVER has anything ready. They always have wings ready....but never any pizza. Secondly most of the staff are extremely rude and very short with you about everything. There's one manager in particular tho that's always awesome! Their marinera sauce cups are always less than half full, and depending who uses the register you get charged different prices for an extra cup. And lastly just tonight I bought 2 pizzas. An extra most best(supposed to have more pepparoni) and a regular pepperoni. I paid more the extra most best obviously but when I get home...THEY R LEGIT THE EXACT SAME THING!! The supposed extra most best has less pepperoni than the actual regular pepparoni....come on now. I thought maybe they just had the stickers mixed but when I called they were rude and swears the stickers are always right...then y did I pay more for something when I legit got 2 regular pepparoni??? I'm to the point to just start going to a different brand of pizza altogether bc it's always something here....really disappointing 😞

Not a pizza fan myself but very convenient for those who are. My wife likes them pretty good

I ordered a couple pizzas no sauce and they only gave one but they made it right and gave me the second one the next day free of charge

If I could give this Little Caesars zero stars I would. I'm not one to leave reviews often, and I have never left a bad one for any establishment But my goodness... Let's start with the disclaimer that this is Little Caesars, home of the $5 Hot and Ready. I have frequented MANY Little Caesars in my lifetime and I have never expected a culinary delicacy, just some cheap "alright pizza". I placed an online order for 5 pizzas, one being a Detroit Deep Dish and the others being basic run-of-the-mill pizzas, and 3 orders of their delicious Crazy bread. I arrive to pick up my already paid for order and they had a young lady working the counter whose speed reminded me of Flash, the slow working sloth who ran the DMV in the movie Zootopia. I'm sure she's an awesome person but she didn't even try. I only went in after waiting until their backed up drive thru for 10 mins prior to no avail and this young lady had me wait 10 mins at a distance of 2 feet apart before even speaking a word to me. She just told me to wait and then disappeared. And no, she wasn't helping the drive thru line. Anyway, eventually a young and charming male manager stepped up to the plate and got my order to the counter... Long story short the deep dish pizza was pure dough even after sticking in my own oven for 10 mins at 400, the cheese pizza was burnt upon arrival, and everything else was soggy and not fully cut. The crazy bread was more like "IDGAF Bread", because it looked like someone purposefully pulled it from the oven too fast and then sat on it. We had to throw it all away because it was straight garbage. It was just the absolute worst quick pizza place experience I have ever had and it came at a price of $70 and feeding the trash can. I managed a pizza place similar to Little Caesar's for many of my younger years and my experience just boggles my mind. The manager was great. He was doing his best, however the other workers seemed miserable at best. While I waited by the counter forever I was tempted to ask for a visor and get the orders out myself. That backed up line, uncooked and cut pizza and unfriendly Flash at the register did it for me, and unfortunately I know I'm not the only costumer who won't be returning. My advice is to hire new staff and it PAINS me to say that because of my experience in the quick food industry but they are taking paying customers money and giving out hardly edible food in the absolute slowest time frame possible. It's a mess there and I'm sure they are all great kids but omg. I doubt there was much the shift manager could do to fix these issues seeing as he was running back and forth and doing the MOST. Seems like that guy is swimming in it and no one is helping. Papa Johns is around the corner.

I love little ceasers, but I order pizza on 4/7 and a pizza had a hair baked into the crust and several other pieces I even took a piece up to the manager in Thomasville and he tried to say it was from the brush but it was long and clearly a hair and would not replace it
