Very large studio room with plenty of space for everyone; loved the ambiance with the lights and the “mountain wall”. Amanda was amazing with her flow and I absolutely loved her play list!! I appreciated her quick breaks to take some breaths, opened up the doors, and ensured everyone to listen to their body and take a break when needed. Oh and the cold towels at the end?! Absolutely GLORIOUS. She gave me a little electrolyte packet at the end and I sucked my water down driving home. I can’t wait to come back and visit!

The teachers are very strong and dedicated to their practice and bring a variety of different practice types. The studio space is immaculate and well designed and all the front staff is very professional and helpful. I love it here and will continue to practice here regularly.

Like many others, I moved to Asheville during a quarter life crisis while I was trying to figure out what to do next. What I didn't expect was to "discover" Hot Yoga and HYA. Will Young, one of the instructors, persuaded me to join for a class. I'll admit, I was terrified at the idea of it, given I had never practiced before. The thought of being in a crowded room, sweating, and trying poses that I hadn't practiced in the company of others was a bit scary, especially considering I grew up socially anxious. From the first day I joined a class, the atmosphere was welcoming, all-walks-of-life friendly, and the experience was transformative. In fact, practicing hot yoga did more for my mental health than years of therapy. The staff here is what makes it, and everyone was great but I especially enjoyed classes from Ross, Will and Lynn. Hot 26 is great for beginners and intermediate/advanced. The flow classes in difficulty so it's best to try different ones and see what you like. Yin & Restore is super relaxing and therapeutic. Definitely bring towels and plenty of water. If you're thinking about giving it a try, don't hesitate at all.

Every single person who works there is warm and welcoming and funny and helpful and caring. Every class I’ve ever attended there has been dope. The specials y’all offer make it really affordable. And then people who practice there are really friendly and welcoming too - not cliquey or exclusive or competitive. Basically, the vibe is just awesome.

Hot Yoga Asheville is welcoming, warm, and has an eclectic array of incredible classes all day every day. We are staying down in Asheville for a month to see if we want to move here permanently from Baltimore City and I was looking for a hot yoga studio to join that had both 26 & 2 and Vinyasa yoga. HYA is all that and more. The main yoga room is massive and has the blue ridge mountains painted on the back wall, so it feels as though you're walking into a serene mountain scene. The teachers are thorough, detailed, compassionate, and funny! The whole atmosphere is great. 10/10 recommend to all - no matter what level of yogi you are!

Beautiful studio space with mountain mural on the back wall. Teacher Tarah Plavac was very experienced in Bikram-style (26 + 2) hot yoga—very encouraging and positive in her cuing. Really loved this 90 minute, traditional class. Hope to return to Asheville again soon so I can take another class here!

HYA is so welcoming and positive, I feel very comfortable and not at all out-of-place, as I have felt in other studios I've been in in the past. The facilities are just perfect, the vibe is very chill and it is wonderful to be somewhere where everyone just wants the best for everyone else. It's a great community, thanks so much, HYA!

Only for the elite. No modifications given. Not all cues given are safe, and some cues could cause injury. Deeper isn’t always better, especially given the heat. Gives more of a gym vibe than a yoga studio. Not impressed, although they are pretty impressed with themselves.

Love HYA! So many instructors and yet all of them are top notch! The community is strong and welcoming. Feels so great to balance out my training plan with this flexibility, mobility and strengthening practice. The mind and body benefit of infrared heat combined with the eloquent guidance of experienced instructors is unbeatable. Nice number of classes offered with some random Pop-Ups and workshops. All levels thrive here, however imo, for less intense, I recommend Restore and Yin as well as the hot26style classes. For intermediate to more intense, try the slow flows, and if you want an invigorating beast wash-out intense workout, go for the Power, hiit, inferno core classes. Wish they had more early morning Power, Hiit and Inferno workouts to begin my days with as that’s my kind of intensity for my morning time energy, but maybe more will come in time.

I absolutely love HYA and teachers!! The facility is always in pristine condition and the ladies at the front desk are so upbeat and friendly when I arrive for class. I love that it is MY practice at my own speed/pace and that I am challenged yet not pushed beyond a breaking point! I enjoy all the teachers and their unique ways of instruction. Truly a great yoga studio!!

This is a really nice hot yoga studio. As a regular bikram practitioner visiting from out of town I was impressed to find such an excellent facility, great amenities, friendly relaxed folks and an excellent instructor. Lots of great energy here. Looking forward to my next visit.

I have been practicing yoga at HYA for 8 years now and I can't recommend them enough. The various classes offered are intentionally cultivated iterations of yoga taught by a very experienced community of teachers. The best head to toe, inside and out, mind and body work out!

If you like hot classes, this is your studio! The equipment to heat the room is incredible and there is a perfect balance between the heat and humidity still keeping the room's air fresh and not stagnant. There are showers which is what I've always wanted in a studio, but is fairly rare in my experience. Heather and Ross were my favorite and they will whip your butt into shape for sure while still keeping the class fun as hell!

The energy in this studio is so clean and high level. Kirsten and Jenn at the desk are so kind and welcoming. I've tried 5 of the hot yoga teachers and each one is so supportive and excellent at leading and giving great alignment cues, and honoring your body if you get tired. I've been practicing yoga for 12 years but never thought I would enjoy hot yoga...I couldn't have been more wrong. I feel so fantastic after class! The physical facilities are also top shelf. Extremely clean practice space and showers/bathroom. What's great is that there are also regular temp yoga classes. Lillah offers a brilliant structural alignment class that I never miss. The variety of classes and scheduling is fantastic. I would paint 10 stars if I could. I've found my new great vibe yoga home in Asheville!

10/10 experience with a drop-in class. New to yoga and out of shape --> very impressed with the amount of instruction I received. Impressive space and heating system. Great amenities like showers and various waters. Welcoming front desk staff and other yogis.

What makes a studio remarkable are the teachers and Hot Yoga Asheville has the best! The staff has helped so many people push through tough times with their knowledge and teachings of yoga. I’ve been challenged the best best way possible and leave the classes feeling so much lighter than how I walked into them. I highly recommend this studio!

The studio is special for the varying styles of yoga they offer and the way instructors know how to inspire and encourage. From the absolute newbie to the pretzel yogi we all support each other. Not to mention the studio and showers are very clean and well kept.

Absolutely recommend HYA. Such a delightful front desk staff & super clean, state of the art facility. No matter what class I take, I come away a whole lot better than when I went in, both physically & mentally. Whether it’s the tried & true 26/2, HIIT, hot flow, power flow, or yin classes, all are taught by top quality instructors who really care about their students.
