Dr. Watson and his team are just amazing! I was in a bad car accident back in March 2022 and I have been seeing Dr Watson for about 4 months now. He is always so kind and caring. Today I had a small procedure and he made sure to answer all of my questions and kept me informed with every careful step he took. It means so much to be in the company of doctors and nurses who truly care about you and your well being. They are not only careful they are patient and precise always going the extra step to make sure you are well informed and listened to in regards to any concerns. This has already been a really hard road for me but I know that I am in good hands. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Watson and his team enough. Thank you guys so much for always taking such good and careful care of me.

I visited the Wakefield office on Saturday with knee pain and inflammation that was impacting my walking. From the moment I entered the facility until I left, every interaction was extraordinary! I was seen almost immediately, as no one was waiting. Olivia at the front desk greeted me with a smile, was very kind, and efficient with the process of checking my insurance and all information to intake me in as a new patient. She addressed me by name after processing the information, and was engaging when I talked to her while waiting. I waited a minimal amount of time before being taken to the exam room by Amelia. Amelia was nice, and completed the initial evaluation and X-rays showing empathy. She listened to my concerns and didn’t rush through the process. I was amazed at her thoroughness to clearly understand my concern and the different angles that she took the X-rays. Dan was the PA that treated me. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the X-rays with me and clearly communicated what was happening and treated the issue on the spot and informed me of future options. He had a sense of humor and I was very satisfied that I got to see him for treatment. In addition to the practitioners, the facility is beautiful and very clean! I will come back to OrthoNC for further treatment.

This was our first time here for a possible broken finger of my poor little boy!! We actually went across the street first but there was a long wait and they didn’t take our insurance. So she referred us to this place. We were seen very quickly! X rays done within 20 mins of walking through the doors. He was sent home with a splint and meds and a follow up appointment with more x rays. I’ll definitely be coming here for any future accidents and injuries shall they happen. I have boys so I’m sure it will happen. The doctor we saw was very knowledgeable on injuries and explained everything very well so that parents and little boy understood. Everyone in the office was kind!!

We ended up here by mistake this morning. And so glad we did! We were well cared for right from the beginning. Such a kind and thoughtful, engaged and knowledgeable team surrounded us right from the get-go. The intake, assessment, prognosis and treatment plan were seamless and efficiently managed. Surgery was thoroughly explained and promptly scheduled. We came home and told all our family about the good care we received today.

Saw Dr. Carrera for a couple of foot issues today. He listened and diagnosed both issues quickly. He also informed me of the follow-up plans. If better in 3 weeks, I did not need to return, but he wanted me to send a message through the portal to provide an update. My husband, both kids, and mother have all been evaluated and/or treated for various issues (knees, elbow, shoulder, ankle, and foot) with different providers over the years. Have been pleased every time and would recommend this practice.

Dr. Correa cares as much about your experience as a patient as he does about helping your healing process. Everyone there seems much the same. The building is 100% set up to accommodate any level of disability - AND beautiful and comfortable. They seem devoted to minimizing waiting, and making you feel at home if they can't.

I had an overall great experience. The online paperwork was user friendly. My triage clinician, Katy, was extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. Dr. Neidecker reviewed all my options and provided me the information necessary for me to make an educated decision on what treatment was best for me! I highly recommend them!

I received my two SI Joint injections today and I am pain free in my lower back. My injections usually last one year. I already recommend Dr. Watson to my other doctors, family and friends. He and his staff are amazing.

Very good office and service. So happy I found this group. I had waited 2 hours at another urgent care and was not hopeful I would see a Dr. I am glad I looked these guys up and they had x-rays and visit done in 2 hours. And confident in their care standards.

The whole place is sunny and bright which made me feel more cheerful right away. The online paperwork was so easy and the staff was very open and friendly. Doctor Watson was excellentAnd took the time to discuss things with me. The X-ray technician made that super easy and made me feel very comfortable. The whole experience was wonderful.

With 4 kids, we have been patients at OrthoNC for many years. Throughout the years we have never had a complaint. Today’s visit was no different. Today, we had the pleasure of being seen by Michael. Him and the staff that assisted him were super kind with smiles on their faces (evident even with masks on). Michael was extremely thorough. I was grateful for his attention to detail. He made my daughter feel at ease with his humor. Thank you OrthoNC for once again exceeding our expectations!!

Went to Ortho Urgent Care on a Sunday evening for a follow up after a fall. The team was great! My provider was helpful and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. I was impressed with the in depth exam and the provider’s explanation of “red flag” symptoms to look out for. All in all, a wonderful experience. (If that can be said following a tibial fracture!)

I had a consultation here and will be back for another. This facility bright, clean and very open. Certainly a pleasant surprise with so many other Orthopedic appointments. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was impressed with the smiles and patience shown during my first visit. It reminded me of the old-time nursing and care when patients were shown consideration and courtesy and respect. They were called Mr and Mrs/Miss. they were listened to and not ignored. Thank you for the wonderful care I was given.

Nurses and doctor were very nice and efficient. We had to wait a little bit between X-rays and seeing the doctor but that it was reasonable for orthopedic urgent care. I like that you can reserve your spot before you leave home! Great feature!

Staff was so friendly and very professional! Crystal was amazing and very personable! She made me feel like I have known her my whole life! Dr.Watson was also very kind and gentle with the injection! I highly recommend Ortho NC!!!!

Daniel was very caring and took his time explaining everything. Beth is the best she very caring and makes you feel great. I love the ladies in PT. They are listen and really care about your healing.

My experience was absolutely great. They got me to the back in a timely manner, made sure that my daughters needs were met. I’m grateful for them because I just moved here and we needed someone who could help us asap. Thanks again

I’ve gone here for multiple reasons and every time the doctors and staff are amazing! I love how they are all in one and everything is seamless with them. Dr. Galland and his medical assistant, V, were both warm and amazing! V was so sweet and engaging! She let me ramble on about my issue and diligently took notes. She laughed and joked with me about the tiny shorts! Dr. Galland was well informed of my problem, did his examination and sat down and talked to us. His bed side manner is exemplary! As a plus sized woman, I’m always expecting some comment on my weight, but he was so gentle and informative. He didn’t judge and didn’t prod about my weight, instead he offered suggestions! I was SO HAPPY and so appreciative of them both.
