I got surgery there for knee pain in 2016. Now I'm in chronic debilitating pain which is far worse than prior to it and it has been like that since directly after the operarion without a single day or relief in the past five years. Getting surgery there was the wost decision I've made in my life and I regret it every day. I would give anything to be able to undo it.

After spending the night here at the hospital with my grandfather, I have a new appreciation for health care. The staff here are kind and very caring. They are very persistent and dedicated on the recovery of every person that is being treated here. 7 days and counting and I’m not regretting our choose of bringing my grandfather here. Each day that goes by you can watch him get better. The doctors and nurses walk you thru every step of every process. I am extremely thankful that this level of health care is in the Cayman Islands and just minutes for our home.

A Security Guard was my issue. He needs training on politely speaking with the family of patients. Today we were there for the first time at the hospital. No one explain specific rules of the hospital. Instead of politely advising us of the number of visitors allowed in the room, he barged in and rudely shouted at us saying there are "only 3 people allowed in the room. There are too many people now man.......". Then he kissed his teeth and left. Apparently nurses complained to him but said nothing to us. Very poor communication! He has caused a bad taste for me and the night is not over yet! Hopefully it goes better now and the rest of night!

Unbelievable experience. Ultra professional doctors. The most friendly and highly experienced doctors and nurses working there in a wonderful environment. Thanks for everything you did to my husband

We are visiting from the US and my daughter came down with something. We stopped in here to see what we could do. Everyome was extremely professional and helpful. I was amazed at how affordable it was since we had to pay out of pocket being from another country and all. They made sure we had what we needed to turn into our insurance when we get back from our trip. They were so quick. You would NEVER get seen in the US that quickly. Just absolutely thankful for everyone there. 5 stars all the way and wish we could take this hospital back home with us! 🤣♥️

wrost experience with this hospital .one day I was admitted here then i asked with nurse how's your duty going on .she said to me it's very horrible and full tired ,her face also looks like that seriously I realised her.and her wages of monthly like 1450usd something after that I'm shocked only this .low grade salary hospital provided to nurse's please don't do with your staff's think about nurse's also . If you are from the US and need urgent care (like sinus infection etc.), choose a different urgent care as they don't seem ready to handle walk in patients. Took 3 hours to see a doctor for 5 minutes, $250. We think they didn't take patients in order, but not sure. Doctor was great, building is very nice. Next time we would call the urgent care centers on the island and ask the wait time.

Health City is a first class healthcare institution. With a first class cardiology unit. The doctors are first rate and the patient care team - nurses, technicians, administrators, everyone - is compassionate and caring. The hospital is clean and modern. One star dropped because some of the staff despite being very kind and caring can be difficult to understand due to thick accents, poor pronunciation, or weak English language skills. It can also be a bit unnerving when the staff start talking amongst themselves in a language alien to you. Overall though extremely happy to have been cared for by this hospital under the care of Dr Ravi.

Dr Romnesh DeSouza is the most thoughtful and attentive doctor. He listens (really listens) and discusses your condition and options with you. Amazing doctor and health care organization. 5 stars-always 5 stars!

Exceptional services all around from both the Doc and his nurses. Health City is an outstanding hospital and I won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is looking for positive and outstanding services.

My wife broke her leg while on vacation in the Cayman Islands. We were blessed to find Health City. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I don’t think we could have gotten better care anywhere else in the world!

You would think chemotherapy to be an unpleasant and depressing experience, so why did I give it a 5* rating? If you need professional care, best to go off island. For $30 CI the cardiologist told me that I "look young and healthy" despite experiencing severe chest pain. He refused to do a Holter monitor test and did not treat me with one iota of seriousness or professionalism. In what world do "doctors" think this is acceptable?

Being from Karnataka, visiting this place was an honor as it is founded by Dr. Devi Shetty. Established for a noble cause, this place offers world-class treatment and is very hygienic. The cafeteria as well is very good

The time from being seen was very quick. The doctor was very good and did an outstanding job. The hospital has a in house pharmacy so the perceptions I need for my problem was great being I was from our of country. The over all cost was very reasonable. I was very happy with to service and out come my visit.

I am so happy that i made the decision to go to Health City. From the ladies at the front desk; the radiologist to a porter who helped me find a rest room. Everyone was polite and kind. The best was Dr Manjunatha! He was so thorough and explained what was happening to me in a way I completely understood. His gentle mannerisms made me feel comfortable and i trusted his expertise. So important when your health and spine are an issue! I am very happy I made the choice to come to Health City and to see Dr. Manju!!

Thank God for Health City Dr Alwin did my knees . chicking. Me out before the surgery they found out i had irregular heartbeat my knees and heart are both doing well with surgery .for years another hospital been treating me for cholesterol. My husband and I booked the Executive Health Checkup (this involves multiple tests) for an 8am start and we were done by 11am. We were very pleased from we got in and how quick each step was. All smiles and pleasantries as you enter the doors. Our coordinator and doctor was very informative. The staff overall seems very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast also made it that much better. Hospitals are normally doom and gloom from my past experiences but I truly enjoyed my time there for what it was.

I been going to health city for over a year now. And every visit is indeed great, From you enter the door with the smiling faces of the front desk right down to the house keeping staff. I will recommend health city to anyone. Staff keep up the good works. And special thanks to my doctors. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️

Excellent and friendly staff place is always clean and the doctors take their time to explain your illness.

The services were excellent from the first time I reached out to Health City and communicated with Ms. Ingrid Harris. The welcome once I arrived at the airport that made the process easy going through customs & immigration. The transportation & Mr. Sid our driver that picked us up and kept us entertained with the island's history while he transported us to our lodging. Then at the hospital, all the on the ground workers were very friendly and helpful, Ms. Yelitza Lopez & Ms. Kayla Stewart, who made sure I was attended too in a timely manner and that everything went smoothly. The doctors I met with that kept me informed🙏...... EXCELLENT SERVICES all around!!!

From the beginning to end the service that was rendered to me was 100 %. My Back surgery was successful and I currently in the healing process. The staff were all excellent and the food was awesome too. No complaints at all there.
