I’ve been through the drive-thru twice for rapid testing. Once for a COVID test, once for a Strep test. Both times were extremely pleasant with quick in and out time. The ladies working were both very kind and professional, I never felt rushed at all. They take the time to answer all your questions and are very informative and helpful. When my Strep test came back negative they informed me it was likely viral and needed to run its course, as antibiotics wouldn’t treat it. They went above and beyond and gave me some honey sticks, lozenges, and a few packs of throat soothing tea to make sure I wasn’t in too much discomfort. I’ve been very impressed with both visits and highly recommend them!

Only been in Florida 2 months and had a tooth infection with severe pain. Went to local dentist which ignored my issue at the moment. All the dentist did was do x-rays and had me come back for cleaning. Which I had to pay for out of pocket since I have no insurance. Being that I was in severe pain I went to One Stop Urgent Care to get help and I can't thank staff and Dr. Cox enough their professionalism and caring enough to help and make sure my issue was taken care of!

Terrific experience! Linda, Nurse Practitioner, and the staff took great care of me in less than 15 minutes from the time I entered the door to the time I left. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. I will definitely go here again if need care. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Not only is it great to FINALLY have an urgent care in Alachua but to top it off, this urgent care rock's! Their staff is caring, helpful, & will actually listen to what you have to say (which is a problem I find in ALOT of doctor's offices). So if you are feeling under the weather, need an x-ray, or physical, please don't hesitate to visit this place!

Great news that now not only is OneStop Medical a urgent care it is also a primary care location with Dr. Westwood. I now have a primary care doctor minutes from where I live and no need to drive all the way to Gainesville. This place gets better with each visit. This place is spotless and the staff is so friendly and caring. Highly recommend OneStop Medical in Alachua. Linda, the Nurse Practitioner, is so knowledgeable and compassionate.

I am a veteran and have used and will use One Stop Medical Alachua. They are affiliated with VA in Gainesville and handle all required forms and paperwork. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with.

Absolutely love this place!! They always get me to see a Dr in a timely manner and everyone is so kind and helpful! Definitely pay them a visit for any medical need.

Well I guess I came in on an off day. I decided to go to urgent care because I had a small cut on my finger from a few days before and even though I had cleaned it and put neosporin it was still acting swollen and painful. Staff was nice and there were only a few people ahead of me and then it was just me for awhile. After almost an hour of waiting I asked how much longer it would be so they moved me to a room where I waited even more. The assistant asked me some questions and then left me alone. By the time it had been nearly an hour and a half and the doctor still hadn’t shown up, I said screw this and got a refund. Very disappointed in this place, would hate to go on a busy day.

Nice employees and doctor. Spoke to her for 10 minutes before they told me they couldn't do anything and I needed to go to a walk in ER to get actually tested. Paid all together with what they charged me at the time and my insurance about $550 dollars and two plus years after the visit they are sending me bills for a phantom 75 dollars they said was not covered by my insurance. I paid off over 4000 dollars in medical bills from the actual people who assisted me and didn't just send me somewhere else by the time they send this random bill. All for ten minutes of time and to be told to go elsewhere. Just save your money if it's anything remotely important go elsewhere.

My regular doctor is only open Monday through Friday so this is a great alternative to waiting all weekend being sick. Very clean, friendly staff, and I was in and out in an hour. You can make an appointment online before heading in so you don't wait as long.

I saw Racheal and Rachael here for a sore throat. They were super quick, comforting and very nice! Being sick sucks but they definitely make it much better. Even left with a goodie bag of tea, honey, cough drops and a toothbrush! Highly recommend coming here for care!

I am from the medical field and I was very impressed with this office and the staff. I was only there for a simple X-ray, office clean and pretty (the doors are beautiful js). The staff was cheerful, polite and respectful. If you are in the area, need medical services or from what I read a primary. Give them a call, You will be impressed.

I have been here twice. Once for my child and once for myself. Both times were great experiences. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I know there were two people ahead of me but I was seen surprisingly quick. The Dr was kind and knowledgeable. I left both times very impressed.

Such a wonderful experience. Extremely fast service. Very courteous staff from start to finish. Made me feel very comfortable even when I was in pain. Would highly recommend this emergency care to anyone needing any services!

I've been here 3 times now for various illnesses, they are wonderful and I'm so glad to have this place nearby. The practitioners are knowledgeable and caring, but most of all listen well and are thorough.

I was a walk in for a DOT physical. Everyone there was friendly and polite and very professional. Got a thorough physical and was out of there in a very reasonable time. They'll be my 1st choice every time from now on.

Extremely disappointed! I came here because of the all five star reviews, but it was a waste of time. I was asked so many questions, some questions more than once. It was like I paid to be asked questions instead of getting help . At the end of the visit , I was given three different scenarios of what my issue could be and offered medication even though there was no certainty of what could be wrong with me. Blood testing was also offered with additional payment. The results I would have gotten in a week. I could be worse or better in a week. I've never had to wait a week for a simple blood test. I would not return. It was time wasted. I felt robbed.

I really wish there was a way to reply to reviews. The ONE negative review I see on here, seems like it is from a chronic complainer. There is no medical service that can cure that....... With that said, the team at One Stop is absolutely AMAZING! I use them for both personal and professional needs. Everyone is thorough at their job and make sure you are offered top notch service and treatment! Thank you One Stop team for doing a thankless job in todays environment. WE appreciate all you do!

I had a very bad ear infection. Could not get into my primary care physician. I decided to try this place in desperation. Easily the best experience I've had at a walk in clinic. Extremely fast, easy, friendly and professional. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you!!

My 22 month old fractured her leg and we just did a Google search for the closest place for x rays. We are so thankful we ended up here. Every single person was extremely kind and compassionate. We didn't wait long, they were so gentle and understanding with her (and us) I cannot recommend them enough. We were so nervous about how it would go. They gave us her x-rays on a dvd so we didn't have to have them redone when we got referred to orthopedic after hours. We were able to get right over there and had her in a cast feeling much happier within a couple hours. I can't say enough good things and will absolutely come here any time we need urgent care in the future.

I needed a COVID Rapid Test done in order to return to Canada. When I telephoned the Clinic the receptionist was very helpful and explained the process. When I attended the Clinic I was met by extremely friendly, helpful and efficient staff. In less than a half hour I had the results of the test in my hand. Top marks for this business!
