Judy looked great!! When she rolled the cart up to me. It put a smile on my face. She look just like an airline stewardess. Good choice of snacks and drinks too!!

The Somerset office front desk and nursing staff took care of me like family. Dr. Richards saw me at the Monroe office. He explained to me what was happening to me and the steps to follow in order for me to recover fast and feel better. The Phlebotomist who did my blood work at Monroe office was extremely skilled and I was very impressed also thankful for that. Rena did my intake, Judy scheduled my treatments and Rachel took care of me at the Somerset office. I saw the nurses continuously cleaning their hands, being attentive to the patients etc. I have to say the nurses who work at the Somerset office are honestly kind and have lots of empathy towards the elderly. There was a patient there who required extra attention and they all took turns helping him. If you or your loved ones are going through a tough time and need people who are knowledgeable, do not hesitate to get an appointment with Dr. Richards, he will definitely help you target the problem and make it better.

Dr.Desai is remarkable and nothing less. The way he continues to care for my father is at the highest standard that I couldn’t even imagine. He is very attentive, personable, and truly CARES about his patients. I have never come across such a doctor and might not again because he is truly rare and a blessing. He focuses on the best personalized treatment for his patients and is very knowledgeable especially with MDS. One additional thing that I love is that he truly looks out for the patients best interests ( not his or the families etc.). I would highly recommend him! Thank you!

Where shall I start! All the staff from front desk, lab, the medical assistants and nurses are all just a true blessing! Everyone is so caring, helpful, and professional. I have been to so many other infusion suites (unfortunately) but Astera Cancer Care is on its own platform with excellence! Thank you to everyone at Astera Cancer Care Somerset office! I’ve been a patient with Astera Cancer Care for quite some time now, and I’ll admit in the beginning I was a little apprehensive since I’ve always gone to a hospital for my infusions. However, Astera has proven to me that I wouldn’t want to go elsewhere to receive my treatments. ALL of the nurses and staff are fabulous, and while I don’t know all of their names, I can name those that I am most familiar with (Kelly and Michelle). For the most part I almost always have Kelly as my nurse, and she is absolutely amazing..which is an understatement. Not only is she an exceptional nurse, but she is also professional and caring. Another phenomenal nurse is Michelle; she is pleasant and empathetic. I always feel welcomed when I enter the treatment center, and I know that I am in good hands. Another great addition to the Astera experience is Judy Lagos. She’s caring and thorough and always puts a smile on the patient’s faces when she comes around with snacks. I’ve never felt so relieved and comfortable when it came down to receiving my treatments and it’s always a pleasant experience for me. Today I started treatment for breast cancer of the bone.The diagnosis alone was horrible also what the treatment and how it has to be treated was scary bec I’m so afraid of needles.I met 3 of the most kind nurses today Michelle, Karla and Camry they were so caring and understanding about my fear I can’t even explain how understanding they were ❤️❤️❤️. Health care needs more KIND workers like them!!

Dr. Fein is very professional and explained everything in detail and in terms I could understand. The staff is easy to deal with and very professional also. Overall a great place to go to for care of the medical problems I am dealing with. The staff makes everything easy to deal with.

I have been with Astera and Dr Fein since 2009 when I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. With Dr Fein’s help he was able to keep me in remission for 12 yrs. The spring of 2021 I was told cancer came back and matastisized to the left lung area. With Dr Fein’s help it is now July 2023 and I’m still going strong with his help. They are an amazing group from receptionists, nurses, to all the amazing Drs. I highly recommend them and thank them everyday for giving me added years to my life.

The group at check in were extremely friendly and helpful I’d give them 5 stars. I have to say that the process for filling out forms is ridiculous and only gets 1 star because I have to give a star or this review won’t post. Had I not been with my elderly father (93 years old) to fill the forms out for him, he’d still be there. I even had difficulty with the iPad. The process should be much easier for patients to give their medical history and insurance info. There’s got to be a better, more universal, less tedious way to submit a patients info.

Nothing but amazing, everyone who works there is caring, compassionate, with huge hearts. Knowing how hard their jobs must be, they all have a smile for you or a hug if you need one. Whether their patients are younger or older they adjust to that person's needs. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Thank you Michelle and all the ladies at the infusion center. Dr. Ronnen and her care team are excellent at providing top tier medical services and making sure all testing and information is explained with great detail. Highly recommend astera for all cancer and blood care.

The staff at Astera is the best! From the RNs to all the support Care.. They are friendly, efficient and very personable. They are all very attentive to my needs and are genuinely concerned for my well being and treatment. Judy from scheduling is always willing to change dates and times to fit my schedule. Michelle in the Infusion Suite is gentle and caring as are all the staff members. Rachel is always willing to spend as much time as I need to listen to my concerns regarding my treatment plan. I would recommend Astera to anyone needing Cancer care.
