Dirty table, still with leftovers from the previous person. Some tables had water on, and as we never saw a waiter we had to take water from another table. The food that came was wrong, I received pork instead of cauliflower. Also had to ask where our drinks were as they did not come before our food. All the margaritas kind of taste the same to be honest. Food ok but I’ve had a lot better Mexican

First time trying Mexican food. We only liked fajita and it was pricey with little serving. The buffalo wing seemed like it was just dipped in the hot sauce. Nachos and tacos were average. They didn’t put salt around our tequila??

Love the food. There's cool vibe in the restaurant. And staff Vicky is very friendly. I had a very delightful brekky in this place. There's nothing better than sitting at the beach table and having tacos. FYI, there's swings in here, kids will love it.

I have never been in a Mexican restaurant, this experience was amazing because of the service and the music were really nice. The waitress Sara is really kind and friendly. The order was really fast and there are many special offers. You will have fun in this place!

    - Great customer service. - Spaced out seating, but gets very busy so try to make a booking. - Good drinks. - Nice atmosphere and ambience. - Food is not the best. We got chicken wings with Mango Salsa sauce. Only ate it because we were starving. - Overall good vibes. Would only come for drinks next time.

El Camino Cantina is a standout in the bustling Mexican Restaurant scene in Surfers Paradise. Located on the corner of Cavill Avenue and the Esplanade within the newly revamped Paradise Centre. Fabulous Spacious Restaurant. Vibrantly decorated with lots to look at. Also has amazing views of Surfers Paradise Beach. Plenty of seating options, with something to suit virtually everyone. Good menu options, which includes a large drinks selection. Had the Pulled Pork and Pineapple Fajita. Tasted Amazing and the Presentation was Excellent. Outstanding Service from the lovely wait staff. Not the cheapest. But, certainly worth the money.

I would definitely recommend this place! The food and the environment was amazing. Loud music playing the whole time. the restaurant is located in surfers paradise. You can enjoy your meal looking at the beach. I ordered tacos $22, very tasty but small portions Buffalo chicken wings $10 dollars for 10 pieces of chicken wings. I loved this, it’s spicy but not too much. Carne con chilli Nachos $25. The portion was huge, enough to share with someone else and very tasty, I couldn’t stop eating

Great location in surfers overlooking the area and beach, vibrant atmosphere, lots of different colours everywhere. Drinks are strong and taste great. Slightly pricy and music is very loud. Will come back for more!

This place is something special. We came here for my wife’s birthday with our two under 6 kids and we had a great time. The atmosphere and the service here is remarkable. They really take care of you here. We had two waiters follow up on our menu. The menu selection was fantastic as well, but when everyone gets a Mexican hat with a great choice of drinks, everyone is having a good time 😄

Great atmosphere with perfect service, just the food needs a bit more flavor to get the touch of Mexican food. Quite interesting venue set up with good music vibes, too. Give it a try at least ones!!!

We walked in and thought about going somewhere else, but Jayden’s approach was so friendly and lovely that we wanted to stay! He went out of his way to find us the best table in the house and made sure we didn’t order until we found what we loved! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was also great Can’t wait to come back here!!

Great atmosphere, beach front, the fajitas are beautiful and great service by Sebastian to help us out with our margarita order. The beers are massive. Definitely recommend this place 😊

A good Mexican place which is full of young crowd and has loud music. The food was decent but there’s no service on the table and they do charge service charge. If you want to pay cash you have to go to the counter yourself and pay. Otherwise use the QR code on the table and pay using card which also levies a surcharge. The guacamole was nice and the vegetarian nachos were decent.

Fantastic location with great views over Surfers as you can see. The staff were friendly enough but we had to wait quite a few minutes to be seen to be seated, and I had to ask about the free Nachos, which my sister told me about. The food came quite cold, but it was good and very tasty so it made up for that, and it's the type of food that would go cold quickly anyway - we both went for the Taco Tuesday $2 deal and had a few each. I'd happily return to try out other things on the menu.

Came here for the Tex Mex Bottomless $89pp. Would’ve expected more filling/decent food for the price. Drinks were good though however when we asked to order more drinks it took over 10 minutes each time and they came over to charge us $20 per drink and when asking why and if we could cancel they said no and they had already out the order through. We came here on Tex Mex bottomless and does not make sense to charge us $20 per drink on top of the $89 in the deal. When told her that she then gave us the drinks. Better off going to another bottomless in the area.

This place was busy and alive! But for good reason. The food was incredible! I managed to get a table with a great view of the surfers paradise sign and beach. I happened to go on Thursday and scored half price Fajitas! They were delicious, authentic and filling. I will definitely be back!

Great food, especially the wings! We went on 10c wings Wednesday, best value for money and affordable for families. Huge delicious flavoured margaritas(LIKE AMAZING) and awesome music. Great vibe! Recommend booking if you plan on going during a peak time.

Food was fairly standard but tasted good. Service was average - forgotten drinks, had to show receipts as it took 30mins. 10c wings are exactly that - a cheap feed but still surprised at the cost. Mainly loved the location and vibes.

Visited this week for Wings Wednesday and what a blast we had. The restaurant was absolutely pumping with very few empty seats and even with out a Booking the staff had us in and seated with water on the table in less than 15 minutes at 7:30 on a very busy night. I was very impressed. The front of house staff where all very welcoming and friendly and possibly one of the best security guys posted at the doors checking ID’s and having a laugh with everyone in the line, it was a great start to the night. Music was varied and really good, and the ease of ordering through the QR code’s straight to the table was very efficient. Our drinks where out quickly with food not too far away, and the wings well sauced and cooked well. We will be back again really soon to try out the rest of the menu.

My wife and I came in on a Saturday for lunch, it not busy at all. Firstly I was shocked at the price for food and drinks, but I can say for 31$ my margaritas was quite large but the food was overpriced for sure. My 3 taco deal came out quite soon but when I got it, it was already cold and had 0 flavour, I got the pulled beef, mince and chicken, another 20 minutes after asking were her food was it finally come out, it was average at best. (Chicken fajita). The staff were lovely too. In short good place for drinks but overpriced and average for food.

😠 Was so disappointed. 1pm New Years Day. As we entered there was a few tables dirty before you sat down. Didn't give a good impression as it wasn't busy just understaffed (only 1 server on the floor). Asked to ensure starter came at the start and not with main course. Had to remind. Drinks didn't ar...
