From the moment I walked in the staff were rude and extremely unfriendly. Having to go through what is an unpleasant and uncomfortable procedure at is best isn't fun but they made the entire experience absolutely horrible. I would hope that they were just having a bad day.

South Coast Radiology at Robina was a little hard to find and the parking was ok(plenty of Parking on both B1 and B2). The reception staff were super friendly and courteous , the girl who did my mammogram was kind, friendly and understanding as was Emma who did my Ultra Sound. An altogether favourable experience.

A great place for women to get their scans done. Been going there for many years. Only single problem is Parking. This is very difficilt to find in the building and alternatives are quite a distance away. I still go there because of their service and caring nature of staff.

Just had a core biopsy done with Dr Hall. He was brilliant, zero pain and very minimal discomfort. The sonographer and nurse (forgot their names I was so nervous!) were so caring and made the whole experience so much better than I imagined. Given I was petrified from a previous bad experience, they were all absolutely amazing. Thank you!

In recent weeks I have needed the services of Sam the sonographer and Jo the mammographer, both are amazing and very caring. The Gold Coast is lucky to have this professional centre available. Thank you to everyone.

The Staff is very professional knowledgeable and friendly . I had a core biopsy and it was very quick and easy. The only thing is I had to wait almost a month to have a mammogram. All the staff was excellent besides the long wait the experience was excellent.

I have been going to this centre since they first opened at Premion Place. The lovely, skilled, compassionate and professional personnel are amazing. I value how I am treated by everyone and give them the highest accolades. Thank you to everyone who helped me through my recent biopsies.
