Hands down the best vegan Chinese food around (i've been to a lot of them). Staff are always upbeat and welcoming. Must try their lemon chicken. Couldn't recommend eating at Easy house more!

We had a lovely dinner at easy house, the variety of choice really impressed me😱 The food was delicious and healthy. The staff was kind and fast. If you have the chance to visit easy house don't miss it!

Beautiful presentation, cozy vibes, owner knows us quite well so it's nice to have a familiar face. I loved the 'calamari', tasted almost like the real thing! Deep fried icecream was like a giant Ferrero Rocher 🤤 Only thing I would say is the price is a bit expensive, but other than that, lovely.

This is VEGAN!!! Couldn’t believe it when the dish came out. The outside is fried taro with vegetables inside (cabbage, carrots etc). Super delicious and extremely creative. Never had anything like it! I’ve had yum cha here once before and was impressed so I came back again and was once again in awe. Needless to say I will definitely be returning!

My Favourite restaurant in Australia! The best vegan food you can find. The family that run it are so lovely and everything is freshly made. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are very reasonable. Recommendations: XO noddles, Lemon Chicken and the Singapore Noodles!

Dumplings were gross and one of the workers was cleaning her ears in the middle of the restaurant disgusting couldn't even eat our food so grossed out.

Cannot say enough about how awesome this little café is - awesome yum cha and the menu is wonderful. The service is super quick, totally friendly and the price is really reasonable. And, if you don't eat AT LEAST one of these radish pastries, you just have not lived. I've essentially been to nearly every vegan/vegetarian Chinese restaurant on Australia's east coast and Easy House is by far the best I have been to. I have never been disappointed by the food or the service, and the family who run the restaurant are fantastic people as well. I have brought along a few non-vegetarian friends to try Easy House and all of them have loved it. Before leaving to England, one of my friends (omnivore) insisted that we go to Easy House one last time, such is the quality of the restaurant. Incredibly generous servings, and a wide range of classic Chinese dishes. Always a pleasure to visit.

A fun place on the Gold Coast for plant based yum cha! Service was very quick to come and out and there were LOTS of choices of dishes!

My partner and I have been coming to this restaurant for years now, and vegan or not, this is hands down the most delicious food and the best service you can find on the Gold Coast. The dumplings from this place are off the charts. We regularly get our vegan dumpling fix here and have not been disappointed yet and I’m sure we never will be. The guys are always so pleasant and the food is next level. ✌🏽

A dream come true! I've been wishing for a great Chinese restaurant since going plant base and finally found it. Super cozy yet modern vibe. Perfectly seasoned food (IMO) Wonderful staff and being anaphylactic to tree nuts I felt very safe. We got: Shanghi Dumplings Singapore noodles --- must have Sizzling chicken, pepper sauce --- must have Salt pepper tofu Custard buns - super delightful Vegan or not, this place it a must! My only complaint is that it's not in Sydney!!

This is the best Chinese food we have ever had. The yum cha includes vegetarian options that have won over us carnivores. Amazing fresh quality produce, taste and texture in every bite. Had an overall wonderful experience. We Facebook messaged them asking about some menu items and they were quick to response within 5 minutes. Staff were super friendly and inviting upon arrival. The food was amazing with a wide selection and lovely flavours. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and I am not, so we regularly find difficulties with food. However, we both enjoyed this meal. We also experienced some difficulties with transport after the meal (being visitors to the gold coast) and the staff were really helpful and accommodating. Small talk was also fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend this for any vegetarian, vegan or anyone. Thanks again for everything guys!

Love the place the food is amazing but the prices keep going up, you end up spending a fortune it’s turning into a rip off. They need to up their sizing or lower their prices. you can go to tian ran and get a main and entree for the same price of 1 dish at easy house.

Easily the best Chinese I've ever had. We come here every time we drive through goldy and it's amazing every time. The portions are well priced and big and the menu is HUGE. It's hard to believe it's all vegan as well, the meat subs are so realistic

Probably my favourite restaurant EVER. staff are kind and while I’ve never had a visit cost under $100 it is worth every penny!! It’s all delicious and all VEGAN. I’ve been coming here since I was about 14 and I’m now 21! And I’ve never had it be anything but extremely delicious HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Bloody brilliant. Best veg-chinese food I've ever had. Best food I've had since coming to QLD. Staff were very friendly, helpful with the menu. If ya into meat, don't be deterred by it being mock meat, my partner said she couldn't taste the difference re the chicken. Its tasty af.

Was blown away but the extensive menu choices! Absolutely spoiled for choice and will definitely be back to work our way through and try everything on the menu. Super impressive vegan options. Service was great, food was delicious and imaginative. The only thing is that the restaurant was extremely brightly lit and lacked real restaurant atmosphere in the evenings. Would be nice to feel like you’re going to any other non-vegan restaurant and have nice dim lighting and atmosphere with music. But regardless, will be back!

Best vegan restaurant. Why? There are vegan restaurants that only have mock meat and no vegetables at all. This restaurant has both. Staff always friendly. Vegetable dumplings are yummy. Desserts very yummy. Very multicultural customers as well suggesting that their food and service appeals to all persuasions.

We haven’t been able to get down here for a few years but my children and I have salivated remembering all the delicious food and have been longing to visit again. Years (and much anticipation) later, we were able to go again today and Easy House lived up to our memories and more. Absolutely delicious, hands down the best food and beautiful staff. My son was incredulous the vegan chicken wasn’t actually chicken and said he would consider being vegan if all the food tasted that good. Perfect place to bring your mate and share some delicious, beautiful food.

Who said vegan food is boring? This is the shop which serve yummy Vegan Yum cha. Staffs are very friendly and nice atmosphere. They have varieties of yum cha dishes ( different prices depends on size and dish) as well as set menu which is 15.50$. Food is super delicious. Very happy with the quality of the food. Highly recommended 😊👍.

Awesome Asian vegan food, planty of choices on the menu, with great service. We'll definitely be back to try some more dishes soon. My only humble advice would be to lower the internal lighting if there is a chance, as it was overly bright and lacks a restaurant atmosphere. But other than that, highly reccomended.

Lovely vegan yum cha in an unassuming strip mall in Gold Coast. Delicious veggie filled dumplings and dim sum. Sizzling plates call of faux meat with tasty and well seasoned sauces. Fantastic service early on with some great sales people as staff which meant we amassed a series of yum cha dishes in quick succession. Couldn’t really fault anything here at all and keen to return to try some of their other dishes like soups etc.

Outstandingly delicious Yum Cha, and easily the best vegetarian/vegan option me or my family has ever had. Everything was freshly cooked, wonderful and not dry or overcooked at all. Food came out quickly and honestly you would never even guess everything is vegan. We are from SA and wish we had a place like this in our state. Lovely staff, perfect for vegetarians but anyone will enjoy. We highly recommend!

Sweet & sour chicken's the star dish. (DON'T get the pork version, ugh) Sticky lotus leaf rice was good too. And the XO noodles! I wouldn't get the mapo tofu again, but everything else was tasty! Edit: fried rice was below average - I could tell it was a second chef who made it. Service: Cantonese owner & English speaking lady are great, the Chinese lady is super pushy & probably a meat eater - don't go with her recommendations if you're vegan.

Excellent Chinese vegan food. Plenty of choices including yumcha menu. Deliciously prepared and all items we had were yummy. Highly recommended and will return again. Friendly staff were also a highlight.

Unfortunately I was disappointed by this restaurant. satisfactory but nothing impressive. In my opinion the food was overpriced. For example it was $4.95 for a cup of steamed rice, and over $18 for lemon chicken which came with nothing except for lemon sauce. I understand the idea is to order several dishes however this would end up costing around $80 for two people and that’s too expensive for the food quality and restaurant overall. All my food was fried and battered. the lemon chicken was soaked in a sickly lemon sauce which had no dynamic flavour. Plastic plates, cheap wooden chopsticks, plastic tables heaped in together and we were sitting about 40 cm from the cashier. This isn’t priced like a budget restaurant but that’s how it looked and tasted to me. I walked away feeling a little ill after all the deep fry and sickly lemon chicken sauce. If the price was less, or the food quality and decor improved, I think this would be a better experience. Vegan meat is becoming readily available now.

Loved my experience here! The fried rice was hands down one of the tastiest I've ever had - really packed full of flavour! I also got a drinking coconut and it was amazingly sweet and fleshy, so they must source from a really good supplier :D The ambience is pretty casual and laid back, and located a bit off the beaten track, it wasn't too noisy, so it'd be a good spot to catch up with a friend or get away from the hustle and bustle of the highway/ coastal restaurants. The staff were really friendly and lovely too. Love the 100% vegan menu. Need more places like this!

This is the most amazing vegan Chinese restaurant. I order the cashew chicken once or twice a week and every time without a doubt it’s so consistently delicious - with fresh veg from local farmers markets and such a yummy sauce. It’s so delicious. We also love the chicken and sweet corn soup and the combination fried rice. This place needs to be around forever and ever and ever. It is my favourite take out place!

This is a great place for decent unfussy vegetarian food. I would have given five stars but we travelled for an hour for lunch the other day to find the price of their famous XO noodles has gone up and they have halved the size of the noodles! Mean decision. Over $13 a plate is a good whack of cash for a modest dish so to find half the serving was a big disappointment. We had to order a second plate where one would have sufficed in the past as an apperitif. This is not the way to keep old customers in difficult times.

Doesn't look like much but don't be fooled by aesthetics as the food and service are brilliant. Such an extensive menu, hard to choose what to eat. Great GF options and something for those who like mock meats, and those who avoid. Great value for money and personable service. BYO for those who like a tipple with their food. Recommend ordering the secret (off menu) XO noodles and the (on menu) tofu and mushroom hot pot. Will definitely be back.

Excellent! We had multiple dishes, entrees like the mushroom dumplings, spring rolls, curry puffs and sweet and sour soup. The mains were delicious (sizzling pepper "beef", thai fried rice, honey "chicken", etc). Everything was high quality, even my carnivorous family liked it lol. Service was good. I will definitely make the trek from Brisbane to get this food again. BYO was handy for vegan wines. And vegan food is such a rarity nowadays. Highly recommended!
