Bought two couches for our holiday unit for $900 inc delivery - 6 weeks later they ripped substantially at the seams. We sewed up by hand, they ripped again. Contacted politely when I finally had time over Christmas and the unit was empty for a short period. Told they cannot do anything about it with no offer of any assistance, suggestions on how we can fix or if they knew of anyone or had any in-house furniture repairers. Unfortunately the email replies are often flooded with too much irrelevant words that infer it is the customer's fault immediately eg. store suggesting despite only 2 sets of guests staying at the unit for a few days each, they could have somehow caused this issue. Reading the replies to the reviews on here there seems to be a theme emerging. Next time we will wait until the sales are on at Freedom and pay just a slight bit more for two brand new couches and get them delivered from further down the coast or Brisbane.

Totally professional procedure from Inside Noosa. From the clear instructions about photos and information required about the furniture for a quote to the prompt reply to my email. Totally stress free with great communication from Penny and Andrew. Pickup was on time and payment made same day. Did not realise it was going to be so easy. We highly recommend Inside Noosa and look forward to dealing with them again.

So glad I decided to contact Inside Noosa when I was replacing my existing lounge with a new one. I knew our lounge was in perfect condition but didn't want the hassle of trying to sell it myself so I contacted Inside Noosa via their website. Penny contacted me within hours of me sending the message. Told me she could come by the next day and gave me a time. She turned up at the time she said she would. Inspected our lounge and said she would come back that night with an offer. Which she did. The offer was more generous than I expected and we accepted it immediately. The pick up date was arranged around our availability and they turned up exactly on time. What a positive experience this has been. We've never sold to a second hand dealer before but if this is an example of the efficiency and professionalism that Inside Noosa offer, we made a good choice. The whole exercise from the time I first contacted them to the lounge being picked up - and payment made - was a couple of days. I can't recommend them highly enough. Quality 2nd hand furniture at a very reasonable price...good service. The pick up situation can be a bit difficult, but they do offer delivery for a price.

On receiving the items they increased their quote by 30% and promptly paid the money into my account. Such honesty is refreshing and appreciated. I highly recommend this business.

Dealing with Penny was an absolute pleasure. Emails were answered super quick and provided all the information necessary to make an informed decision. Penny is straight with you about the value of your furniture and very honest. We actually got a bit more than first discussed which was a nice surprise and much appreciated.
