READ BELOW PARAGRAPH. Bunnings is a great place to buy your bits and pieces from time to time. I have an issue with one of the products they sell called RING door bell security and camera equipment. If you purchase any of these products, you will be forced to sign up for a subscription to be able to access your recordings. When l first purchased the product, l could access live video and recorded video via my WiFi account. 30 days later, they block your access until you sign up for the subscription. This is a privacy breach. If you are looking to buy a doorbell camera or mounted security cameras from Bunnings or any other outlet that sells RING products...DO NOT BUY RING products. You will be forced to buy a subscription to access your recordings that you would normally be able to save on your phone via your WiFi accounts.

Went in looking for a 3/8 lock nut. Couldn't find any after 10mins of looking. Asked Neil if he could help me. He was thorough and polite, after he searched for 10mins he found the packet i was wanting, it was hiding behind other products. Well done Neil your level of customer service should be commended.

I love coming here. The staff are so friendly and patient that they feel more like friends. Basically just wonderful people who work for a wonderful company. It's a win win.

Always receive friendly, knowledgeable service here. Great plant selection but be careful as we have had some die from existing root damage. Only cacti though. Good selection of other goods. Easy parking. And be sure to check out the power pass card

Bunnings is Bunnings no matter where you are. This Bunnings is slightly smaller, meaning the range isn't as extensive as the larger city stores, but that's expected as it's in a rural area and not catering to the hoards of city folk. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, they're all easy to chat to and often up for a laugh. Keep up the great work.

Traveled 45mins each way to look at curtain rods and curtains (1230 14/11) they have the whole isle blocked off re organising, with no plans on re-opening for hours. This type of thing should be done after hours. If your business is open all lanes should be accessible. Not impressed.

I was in Plainlands store today(24.11.2023). I needed some light bulbs and some landscape material. I happen on Lee,what a patience young man,who went out of his way to help me. It makes shopping so much more pleasant when you meet courteous young people like this. Pity other stores wern't so good at customer service.

Great to have a local bunnings but it is not well stocked. Lots of ozito branded (bunnings own brand) items are special order only. Staff are super friendly though.
