What an amazing store so many different items to choose from customer service was top notch

My daughters and I showed up 10 minutes before closing figuring we would run in and grab some ornaments real fast knew we were cutting it close with their closing time. Of course kids being kids, my littlest one needed to use the bathroom so we rushed to go use the bathroom next-door at the restaurant and it took a little while so by the time we got back it was normal closing time but the staff was nice enough to wait knowing that we had ran down there to use the bathroom so they unlocked the doors and let me and my little ones still have the opportunity to shop for our yearly Christmas ornaments that we get. It was so nice of them to wait for us like that and to hold off locking up and being done for the night to let us still be able to pick ornaments out. That definitely wasn’t expected and for sure appreciated. Thanks again to the staff there that night for making my two little girls so happy because of how much they look forward to doing that yearly with picking the ornament. had we had to come back another day it would’ve been a very disappointing and upset ride home but instead it was full of smiles for what they picked out to go on the tree this year!

The staff is friendly, and getting anything you need is quick

I often visit several Norman's locations. The people are always super friendly and helpful.

Says they Open at 8am, after waiting for 15 minutes, the hours on the sign and online are wrong. Store doesn’t open at 8am. After a few phone calls, spoke to a rude Lady named Judy who said there staff member was late that day and I should get a life because who goes to hallmark at 8am on a weekday? It’s a week before Christmas Judy!!! Ignorant staff who don’t show up on time, is browse another hallmark!”

It’s hard to walk out of the store without finding several heartwarming items. The staff are always welcoming and warm as well.

Very nice employee helped me. But they did not carry what I was interested in buying. Which was a mini card to attach to my baby sprinkle gift. No other businesses has them either. I guess they want you to purchase a $7 card. I did not do that.

As always, it was a pleasant experience. The store is absolutely gorgeous. New brands, bright colors greet you at the door.
