Cape Byron is the most gorgeous, secluded, and peaceful place I’ve been able to escape to for a whilst. Even with all rooms/villas booked during our stay you wouldn’t know anyone else was there. Every morning we got to wake up to birdsong and not an alarm, or traffic, or construction. The retreat is only a short and easy drive to Byron Bay’s town centre but you feel as though you are a world away. This gives you the best of both worlds to either hideaway in your room and rest or go and see the local sights. The room had all the amenities we could need and getting additional linen or towels was no issue, not to mention the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. It was a really special two nights and we will hopefully be back.

There is something magic in this place. You can connect with nature and disconnect from daily routine. Best resort my partner and I we've never been. Also amazing service from Marcella. Definitely we'll be back soon. Thank you!

Thanks Marcella and your team for a wonderful stay and exceptional service. Your place is immaculate and so private with lush gardens meandering through the property. The retreat has an abundance of break-out areas to sit and relax and take in the views. A real escape only minutes from the bustling town of Byron. Thanks again!

It was very nice and calming place away from city rush and drive towards the resort was beautiful. Being Adults only with no kids around was great. We were able to be ourselves away from kids noise and cries. We specially loved the tropical feel to it. They are therapist and yoga for private booking so felt great place re-charge the spiritual battery. The local produce food package was yummy however I think it was bit pricey. Great for couples who want to relax and re-charge. One thing though I would not recommend to a person who has knee or hip issues or vertigo. There is a lot of stone and gravel based stairs to go to massage therapist to spa at wilderness. So if you are not able to walk freely and have pain walking or climbing then you might need to talk to the hotel manager if there is any ground floor accomodation. Where they don’t have yo climb or walk anywhere. Why loved I the place is because was it encourages to be healthy and spiritual and to be calm.

We stayed for my husband's birthday and we will return again and for longer as our stay was only one night, although with our 1 night stay we enjoyed the peace and privacy a hamper on the deck and spa in the hills . Peacocks and wildlife and pure peacefulness and only a short trip into town for a fabulous dinner. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for a short 3-night break and had a magnificent time. The location is excellent, being secluded and peaceful. The amenities are just great and the staff are the best there is. We will be back! Oh, and all the amenities Byron Bay has to offer is a short drive away.

Absolutely stunning. We stayed in the villa for 3 nights and did not want to leave this little slice of paradise. The place is very tranquil, peaceful and you can fall asleep and wake up to the chorus of native birds. Definitely recommend if you are looking to escape, disconnect from everyday life and connect with nature and your partner.

We stayed here for 5 nights... a luxurious experience. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable, waking up to the chorus of bird sounds each morning was magical, and sharing the grounds with the resident peacocks. The staff are very laid back and accommodating in a non-intrusive way. The pool was great, and the spas overlooking the hinterlands were an incredible way to finish off the day (we went in the cooler months), also beautiful at night under the stars. Would highly recommend staying here. we will definitely be back. thank you for a memorable experience.

What an amazing place! Set in a beautiful part of Byron with incredibly friendly staff. The property is very well appointed and so quiet. I’ve been here a few times and will continue to return as a getaway sanctuary I never want to leave. I highly recommend staying here. You will be extremely happy with your decision.

A few minutes from Byron center this hotel is a small refuge, great for those looking for contact with nature and rest. It's possible to wake up with the sound of birds and have breakfast delivered to the door of the room. I highlight as the best of the stay the massage service, the jacuzzi (great view at sunset) and the staff.

What a hidden little gem! My husband and I travelled from QLD for our anniversary and arrived late, we had a simple check-in process with collecting the key. Checking out was just as simple. We loved our room and the bed was amazing. Unfortunately my husband was sick with a tummy bug on our 2nd day so we missed out on 24 hours of food and exploring but we still had an amazing time and the bed was comfortable for him to rest and get better. I loved the crystals all through the property and the outdoor spas were great to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. We enjoyed the extra little services like making the bed and changing the towels. Overall the property and room was clean, well maintained and beautiful. It was so peaceful and quiet and the location was great. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely few days away.

I don’t have enough words to describe how much we loved our stay at Cape Byron Retreat. My husband and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary there and we loved it, the place is absolutely stunning, rooms are clean and amazingly beautiful!!! Marcella and Natan made our stay even better. Marcella was welcoming right from our arrival, and if we needed anything she was a phone call away. We can't recommend highly enough.

The most beautiful serene place to unwind. Bedrooms were spotless and spacious with beautiful decks and outlooks. The kitchen facilities had everything you could ever need. Common areas were cosy and inviting and the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. A magical home away from home.

We were looking for a quiet place to unwind yet be able to go into Byron and the surrounding towns, Cape Byron Retreat ticked all the boxes. Very quiet and peaceful, the hot tubs were great for relaxing and our villa had its own little private courtyard. The staff were very friendly and discrete. Highly recommended!

We stayed for just the night, but it was magical. We did a couples massage package and it was the best we have had in a longtime. Totally recommend it. We also found sitting in the hot tub while watching the sun set was extremely relaxing and romantic.

A beautiful retreat with amazing facilities in the hinterland. It was the perfect getaway for our honeymoon with the right balance of relaxation being away from the town and stimulus with only 5 min drive away

A beautiful place not far from the centre of Byron. Great to sit back, relax and take in the surroundings. The staff were very helpful and attentive. It was very clean and tidy. I hope to visit again one day.

What a beautiful place. The outdoor space was so peaceful and the hot tub was clean and easily available. A little bit of confusion with spa treatments prior to check in but we were given an unexpected room upgrade as an apology, which made our stay all that more beautiful. Would 100% recommend and hope to return again soon.

The most beautiful, peaceful & relaxing retreat. Only 6 minutes to the main centre it is the perfect sanctuary away for rejuvenation, stillness and quiet. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Right from our arrival Marcella was kind and welcoming. If we needed anything she was always there ready to help. Even the grounds keeper was lovely and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The grounds are so beautiful. We loved the 2 huts to relax and read, the main quarters are available for guests to use which was perfect to enjoy the sunset whilst reading. The pool was nice and fresh!! Perfect after lying in the hot sun. I can not fault this place. From the beautifully set up rooms, the facilities and the incredibly helpful staff I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back early next year. Kindly, Manuao and Semi.

We had the most amazing stay. We only had one night but we already can’t wait to go back! So peaceful, so clean, beautiful grounds! Hosts were amazing, recommended us to watch the sunset from one of their jacuzzi’s outside and it was just magical. Can’t recommend the retreat enough and Marcella made us feel so welcome

My wife and I can’t speak highly enough of Marcella and the staff at Cape Byron Retreat. The accommodations were wonderfully arranged and so clean and comfortable. Our booking was originally affected by the COVID pandemic and we were unable to make our original booking but Marcella communicated with us openly and regularly and an alternative date was arranged. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a romantic getaway and my wife and I will definitely be retuning for another stay. Thanks again to Marcella!!

We stayed 3 nights and our stay was perfect. Check-in was easy, the property is so beautiful. Our room was clean & comfortable, bed made each day with fresh towels and room cleaned. We ordered a welcome platter on arrival which was huge and went perfect with our complimentary bottle of bubbly. Our room was quiet also. We booked Swedish massage and relaxation facials and they were amazing. Time in the jacuzzi and the view was everything we needed for a relaxing few days away together. Thank you for a perfect stay we hope to come back and stay again. Highly recommended only short drive into shops and cafes.

My partner and I stayed in the sanctuary suite for our anniversary. We have had a wonderful stay and could not fault anything. The whole retreat is so beautiful and well maintained. Marcella is so lovely, warm and friendly. We ordered a breakfast box which was assembled so beautifully and all local fresh produce. We can’t wait to come back and stay again for a little longer.

I only had the opportunity to stay at Cape Byron Retreat for 1 night but it was one of THE BEST accommodation I have experienced. Deigo provides top notch service, being flexible with my check in and check out times, room location suggestions/upgrades and was the perfect host for a peaceful retreat. (note: I was there during off-peak times). Cape Byron Retreat includes all the elements of a luxurious accommodation and more with their service, design (interior/exterior), price and picturesque scenery. This romantic accommodation was the perfect stay after the magical proposal to my partner. I would recommend this accommodation to any couple or single individuals wanting a place to relax and explore in Byron Bay. H.L/C.T

We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Byron Retreat. Tranquil location with very comfortable rooms. The best part was definitely the hot tub, a great spot to enjoy some chill, quiet time! Thanks to Marcella who was extremely friendly and played a big part in making our stay comfortable!

No other words but wow. This place is no short of incredible! The room my partner and I stayed in was spotlessly clean and the most comfortable bed I have slept in, in a very long time! Great accomodating host who took the time to show us around the place and we had the most perfect afternoon watching the sunset in the hot tub with a bottle of bubbles. Could not recommend more highly.

We had a fantastic stay here for our honeymoon over January. It was so relaxing being out of the main town of Byron, but still only a quick drive away. The service was fantastic! Such kind and thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure everything perfect.

We loved our little getaway to Cape Byron! Was quiet, peaceful, beautiful scenery, and especially loved watching the sunset over a wine in the spa outside. Location is a short drive away from Byron centre so still super close yet secluded. Our room was amazing and staff was great, especially Diego. Cannot wait to come back ♥️

A quiet and beautiful location to stay and relax. The peacock is the star onsite and there are also so many amazing crystals around to make you feel relaxed and cleanse the energy. Unfortunately, there were quite a fair amount of ants in the room mini bar area and the bathroom's sliding door and its design don't match the overall standard of the place. Despite all that, it is still a beautiful place to stay with its outdoor jacuzzi and the view. Plus I haven't seen that many stars for a long time!
