As soon as you walk into the office you are smashed in the face with the smell of BO. The rooms don't smell much better. The pool is a lovely shade of green. Please make sure your hepatitis shots are all up to date before staying in this dump

Do not stay here! We checked in and didn't last 10 minutes, we couldn't even stay the night. The room was riddled with cockroaches and the overwhelming smell of smoke and mould. The room was dirty, the floors sticky and I had to clean the toilet seat.

Awful. Would not recommend staying here. Highly priced for what it is. The manager cleaner and partner were influencers by alcohol when they approached a unit within the complex and I was woken by the argument between such people went to retrieve car keys from my vehicle and wind windows up to which I was greeted with nothing but abuse by the 3 parties. Expect a lot from their worker while not paying them. Accused us of not being paying guest yet I have bank state To prove I have completely and utterly payed for staying. Wow disgusted in such behaviour of a live in manager and further parties.

Motel room was clean, spacious and met all requirements for a budget stay over. Location was very well suited to my needs. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great price. I would happily stay there again.

Have you ever wanted to know what it's like living in a row of flats where everyone has domestics, starts fights with their neighbours, screams at the kids & slams doors all night long? Spend a night in this place! The rooms smell, the carpet felt dirty on my bare feet, the blankets were dusty & there was black mould in the bathroom. I understand that it was cheap accomodation but it should at a minimum, be clean. Keep the chain on your door, the door on my room looked like it had been kicked in several times.

The room was disgusting the floor smelt like wet dog there was cockroaches everywhere in that on in one room, The beds looked like they were not clean they we went down to talk them and they told us they would send the cleaner up and that they had no more rooms and the cleaner brought Glen 20 then went back to see what else they could do, they sent the cleaner back to show us a new room. The new room needed a new light bulb which wasn't done so we had 1 light for the whole room. Don't stay in 35 we stayed in 38 after they moved us. In fact Don't STAY THERE EVER.

Budget Motel, Basically Ok Could do with a little Maintenance here and there. Beds are Ok Air conditioning hating works , Spar works , water is hot, needs new grouting around the taps. fridge is a bit small. Ok for overnight. Reception Staff are cheerful and friendly.

Excellent service from Tricia, super friendly and helpful. Rooms could use a spruce up. My room was clean and spacious. Nice towels and complimentary shampoo etc. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Thank you Tricia for helping me out.

My friend and I stayed for a couple of days. Trish went out of her way so we could have 2 nights in the sane room. Very friendly and would stay there again. It's not the Hilton but rooms are clean and great hospitality. Thank you Maree and Lisa.

Truly first class service affordable price and clean spacious room Went above and beyond to meet our requirements and exceed our expectations.. After moving/working all day we were late yet such a friendly welcome.. definately highly recommended..

Asked for a refund as soon as we saw the room, electrical wires hanging through hole in the wall next to bed (where a power point would've been originally). Aluminium louvres form part of the front wall of motel room, they are broken & gaping and did not close properly. Ipswich temps are down to 2 degrees overnight, there was 1 very thin & stained blanket. Louvres in the bathroom shower also did not close. We would've been freezing if we stayed there. Curtains at entrance (main bedroom) were torn, filthy & had holes. The place was filthy, unhygienic (with thick layers of dust on the light shades) and very poorly maintained. I have slept in a lot of budget motels in my lifetime, but this one is the worst I have seen, it should be condemned, nothing nice about it. The ensemble base had rips/tears in the material. Power points were cracked. The pool was green and full of leaves (yes, it's winter and we wouldn't have been swimming anyway, but it looked disgusting and shows the lack of care for the place). We cancelled our booking and booked into the Best Western across the road for an extra $30 and it was amazing, a budget motel that was clean & comfortable & very well maintained.

If I could give this motel zero stars I would! The first room we were in stunk so bad of cigarette and BO, there was mould growing on the walls and roof in the bathroom. When I complained they offered another room, which we accepted simply due to wanting to sleep after a seriously long flight. This room was cleaner, however it was still yuck, old, run down and smothered in ants (as we discovered in the morning!!). Others staying at the motel where partying all night, very loud and obnoxious. Immediately asked for a refund which we were told would happen...only to find out that we still had to pay 3 nights, despite only staying for one! VERY disappointed! DO NOT STAY HERE

Advertises a pool, children’s playground and bbq area. None of which are clean or usable (that’s if you can get through the long grass to get to them first). Rooms are old and not maintained at all. Light in the bathroom didn’t work, blinds wouldn’t fully close. Even though it’s ‘budget’ it’s definitely not worth the money at all

Omg have you seen the room, microwave had no door and was full of rust and grime, air conditioner was filthy, bed linen was dirty (had stains all over it!), toilet was disgusting, pool half empty and I wouldn’t let my dog swim in there let alone sleep in one of hose rooms. Seriously poor standards, no amount of cleaning will fix those rooms. Absolutely disgraceful. Writing this for a friend that stayed 14/2/22 and has photos to prove it all!

A family room was booked as there were 4 of us and the location suited our needs. Despite office hours stating they were open until 5pm, there was no one there when we arrived at 4:30, so a phone call was required (same for check out but there was no answer at 7:30am). The unit reeked of cigarette smoke despite clearly posted rules re the consequences and signs indicating it was a no smoking unit. We notified management and were given a can of Glen 20 which we didn't use because of allergies. There were 2 pillows on the main bed, none in the bedroom. A redeeming feature was that the bed linen was clean. No bath mat was provided and the bathroom window wouldn't lock - as there were no security screens, we improvised (see photo). While there was an adequate number of plates, mugs and cutlery, there were no glasses or cooking utensils except for a ladle and a small knife. The kitchen light wasn't working properly and a couple bedside lights didn't work either. Dodgy power points in the kitchen (photo)

Tidy and clean room, comfy bed. Owner and staff have been so accommodating during my stay, they have gone above and beyond. Great budget accommodation.

Wonderful place to stay . Pet friendly. Lovely staff willing to help to all your needs. I would recommend this motel to anyone wanting somewhere to stay. Cheap rates. Very quiet

It started when I couldn’t find anyone from reception and then got worse when I entered the executive room. It was poorly maintained, the AC unit was extremely noisy for heating and the heater provided was as big as a shoe box. The linen didn’t look clean and the paint was failing from the roof.

Worst motel I've ever stayed in... there was a used condom on the floor, 3 months of dust at least on just about ever surface, the aircon was never cleaned and there was cat urine in the spa bath. Absolutely disgusting hotel and I highly recommend staying elsewhere

Not good. Lacking maintenance, power points not working, curtain too small to keep out light at night. Fridge not working. Double bed was comfortable non-the-less.

Room was very old and worn out. Holes in the carpet and shower curtin was scummy. Rusty fridge door and AC put out a funky smell. Looks nothing like pics on site.

Very friendly and beautifully attractive receptionist!! The rooms are nothing special but very suitable if you're just looking for somewhere to stay. The pool is definately not recommended but rooms are clean.

Tricia was friendly for the brief moment we spoke to her. First appearance of the room was average. The seats and carpet were stained. The bathroom needed major overhaul. The air conditioner kept us awake most of the night. Just needs a major renovation.

The office lady is fabulous and always friendly and understanding. The other visitors are generally quite nice and although the kid friendliness of the place really needs to be improved. e.g the swing set could use actual swings and maybe a little area fenced to play in or positioned away from traffic. The rooms and access to a vacuum/mop etc could be improved but overall it’s not too bad of a place considering.
