Beautiful hotel. Everything I needed in my room, cozy bed, and very clean. There is a bar on site, but I didn’t use it. The less than exceptional reading is because the hotel is located right next to the highway. The roar of traffic, sirens, loud motorcycles, and 18 wheelers on their jake brakes, plus trash pick up at 4 AM, made for a less than great stay. I recommend staying here, but if you’re not used to the NJ noise, choose an odd numbered room for the quietest side of the building.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The lobby and the check in process was fine the front desk worker was nice. The room I checked into had a very old, dusty and moldy smell. The bathroom had rusty metal all over, the curtains were ripped and there was a lot of scuffs in the wall. I didn’t let anyone know about these issues because I didn’t want to complain I wouldn’t stay here again

Ok for One Night Stay Check in process is professional and quick. The lobby and check in area a bit tight, but all updated. Rooms and their bathrooms need serious updating, bed was comfy for the one night stay. Maybe it was a bad day but having breakfast at the "restaurant" (it's just one side of the lobby) was confusing and disorganized - they need training, guidance or more employees. "What do you want," isn't exactly a welcoming way to ask someone what they would like to order. Coffee cups on the table, but they bring you coffee in paper cups. Just seemed all over the place, but when the food arrived, it was fine.

We had a 3 night stay recently and enjoyed the hotel accommodation and services provided. The local team were great to deal with and as individuals they had great personalities and are a credit to the hotel.

Enjoyed my brief stay at this hotel. Parking was no problem and location was just off major parkway for easy access to I-95. For us, we were just where we needed to be to get to Iselin and Monroe Twp,quickly. Hotel had large rooms, hot fresh breakfast, bar and dining area ,pool and fitness room. Great value for the price. The only thing I did not like was you were given a coupon for breakfast. Not sure why, but once you handed it in I guess you could not go back for seconds. My kids all eat at different times so this was just a bit annoying but not a big problem. Vending machines and ice machines were on our floor, which was the 4th floor. Snacks and drinks were also for sale, near check in.

Just checked in and not impressed. 3 strikes in the first 2 hours: 1. I selected my room and checked in on the app the previous evening so that I would get my choice of room and be able to head to it as soon as I arrive. At 340pm the room was not ready.... 2. Business Center (where I can print documents)... Closed 3. Pool (where I like to get daily exercise)... Closed I'd like to give it more of a chance, but I have a feeling this isn't going to get any better...

This is a good hotel. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are clean. The location is good for those visiting the Raritan Center area. The rooms are outdated and would be great if they could go through a remodel. The hotel offers dinner and breakfast.

Everything was great until I tasted bleach in my cup of refreshing lime and lemon water from the front lobby. The housekeeping staff was great ! I didn't get a chance to check out the pool but I will next time.

The room was ok, but the people aren’t friendly, they need to boost their customer service, they don’t have the passion to help their customers, after my first night the room wasn’t even cleaned, location is quite deserted, a nice Dunk’n around the corner

Everything was good. Upon checkout I asked for a larger room. I'm not sure if they understood was I was asking for. I wanted a room with a sitting area. And ended up getting a normal room with 2 queen beds. Cost was 450.00 a night.

I was here for a corporate event. The chairs could had been more ergonomic. More cushioning would not hurt. Seating down over 3+ hours can get uncomfortable.

Plenty of parking, including handicap. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great prices, to include discounts for military.

Clean room. Air conditioning worked well. Direct T V could've worked better. Some channels were out. All in all a comfortable stay for a single night.

This is the WORST Hilton hotel that I have ever stayed in. If it were not for my 14 year old that wanted to go to supercharged entertainment for a couple of days I would have turned right around and went back home. I've stayed at a few Hilton hotels and they never disappoint me like this one. The toilets barely works, looks like carpets are from the 70's and stains on furniture. They had to send someone to our room at check in because on of my rooms we're FILTHY. My sister booked a room under me she's not satisfied either! I bet that Paris Hilton wouldn't ever spend one night here. I'll never revisit this Hilton again!

Please avoid this place. I stayed 3 nights. Front desk is very unfriendly . No room cleaning service. They say need 24 hrs reservation. Towels they say we don't have, we will deliver when we have them. Business center terminals not working. For the price you pay definitely not worth it. I will avoid this place. No breakfast included. I am hilton honors member. No free water offered or recognised as member.

Horrible experience. Rooms smelled like old carpet and they sprayed air freshener to mask the smell. The tv did not work, it kept saying no signal. The front desk and housekeeping staff was very rude. I have been a Hilton member for several years and I am so disappointed.

I’ve stayed at cheap hotels before but this is worse than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Save your money. The rooms smell like death... literally. Everything is stained. I think someone bled out on the mattress in my room. Attaching photos. I’ve also collected a sample and sending it out to a lab. Will report back.

Seems very comfy and cozy went there for a one year special occasion but I like what I saw. Staff was ver courteous and friendly. Building was well put together and clean. Appreciate the hospitality shown by the Hilton in general.

Probably the worst Hilton I ever stepped foot in. Lobby is nice and all downhill from there. The rooms are horrible. Shredded curtains, couch stained and looked like it had been stabbed, carpet had a crunchy texture, matress completely flat and stained, internet non functioning and I can barely speak of the smell. I am not one to usually write a bad review, as everyone has a bad day, but this is beyond that. You need to be warned especially for the price. Totally unacceptable. Stay away.

I stayed one night at this hotel, and where do I start? My time here was unpleasant. I experienced music playing all night until literally 6 am, and it started again at 9 am. People in the hallways were screaming and slamming doors. The room, as per the picture, shows how rundown they are. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will not be back.

I stayed in room 520. It's mind blowing that this hotel has the audacity to charge over $200 a night when the ceiling looks like it's going to fall on your head every night you fall asleep. So cracks and busted drywall on the ceiling I'm amazed it's still standing. Here's an idea, why don't you schedule some preventive maintenance for your hotel instead of ripping people off.

I shared this experience with my soon to be hubby. I enjoyed our stay there. It was just as amazing as it was when we were there three months ago. I love it.. The whirlpool is amazing.. I feel so relaxed when I get out. I must say the make to order breakfast is through the roof.. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. Thank u for our incredible stay. The staff is very accommodating to our needs.

Common areas are very nice and are the best features of this hotel. Room had a weird scent of cologne, could not adjust a/c in my room, coffee maker in room was not working. No free continental breakfast. Not coming here again.

Nice hotel. Room was very spacious and comfortable. It was also very clean. Bathroom could use some updating. The AC was a bit too loud for comfort though. Excellent wifi service. The breakfast was very good and fresh.

Wasn't to pleased with my room, the mattresses was stained and everything seemed alittle out dated. Now the hotel itself was a different story. They have a bar and also food is made to order by a chef. Hotel overall clean n nice just wish I had a better room.

First off, we needed a late check in and the digital key was not working. We then went to front desk and had to wait 5 mins for front desk to come check us in because he was not at the desk. Once I entered my room I noticed there were blood stains and long black hair on my bedsheets. Luckily I always bring spare sheets because of lazy housekeepers. I am a Diamond Rewards member and I called front desk to ask could I check out a few minutes later Than the noon checkout. the white guy at the front desk told me “uh we don’t have availability for that” even though This is already included because of my reward status. Also my reward points for my stay have not been added BUT my card was charged for an additional $170 and I only stayed one night for SEVEN HOURS. TV and hair dryer did not work. Shower dripped loudly the entire stay and we did not use the shower. This hotel is not a good representation of Hilton hotels. We travel all over the US for work and we will not ever come back to this one. Hilton garden Edison

The Hotel just needs to be updated a little, as well I believe that Breakfast should be included with the stay, Staff is very polite as well the hotel is clean. I was staying there for two nights an I know I felt safe an didn't have to worry about anything. I well be returning for my stay.

No coffee in the lobby for late night work sessions. No spin bike in the exercise room to work out, breakfast was 12 bucks, would have moved hotels had it not been for work. Also hot tub is down for repairs if your looking for that, pool closes at 10pm.

Another solid Hilton property. Front desk service was excellent! Room nicely cleaned. Room is starting to show some ware and tear. Small size TV if you are a Room relaxer...food has been very good!

Overall, it does a good job for the price. Your typical hotel, nothing fancy here. The rooms were just a standard size. Carpets are dirty, our washroom tub was clogged, the laundry machines doesn't accept major credit cards, the hotel was out of deterrgent. Enough free parking, lobby area is nice, theres a small pool open from 10a to 10p, gym with quite a few treadmills. Would surely go again, but I hope they step up the game a bit.

This place clearly get it's business because of it's location, The bar and it's curbside appearance. In the room the furniture is outdated and the desk is broken. Guys they still have popcorn ceilings. The breakfast is not free.$15 for waffles and eggs. Same choices on the Continental breakfast for other locations. Maybe because of the banquet halls? I would much rather stay downstairs in the lounging area. Carpets are stained doors are scuffed and you can see the water damage on the doors from years of neglect. How old is this TV?

While the hotel was fine, I cannot give more than 2 stars due to the fact they were hosting a Cannabis mini convention. There was a smell all over the 1st floor and it was making it's way to the others floors. I had to explain to my kids what was going, what the Cannabis product marketing sign outside meant and why there was a bunch of people by the elevators with security. Seriously....it's a hotel with families. Shocked they were allowed to do this.

Rooms are good sized, clean. Lighting is terrible, especially if you have to do your makeup, etc. The plugs in the lamps, etc. don't hold the plugs at ALL....they DESPERATELY need to be replaced. Need more Diamond parking on the other side of the parking lot. Staff are always welcoming and personable.

The rooms were absolutely unclean. Went to one and had hair all over the sheets...a dozen or more. Got a second room and it had a blood stain on the mattress cover. I cancelled and would never go back. I could see it was a pattern of lack of good management. After working over 12 years in the industry, I was not just slightly annoyed. Corporate needs to look into this property to make sure it does not lose its flag. If I had been a corporate shopper, it would have been worse than the lost revenue. I expect much better from Hilton. The clerks saw what I was talking about and were apologetic but I could not stay there.

Bar service was amazing, casie was super helpful. Beds are rock hard , hot tub closed with wood on top of it that can easily break off from getting wet and go right into the small pool. Super close to Harold's which has amazing food .

Even during an emergency situation (fire at the hotel) the staff was amazing, courteous and kind. Being stuck in the parking lot was a little nerve wracking, but the staff checked on everyone multiple times. They kept us informed and offered water and blankets to keep us warm. Alex at the front desk was super helpful and stayed positive and friendly throughout. Great experience during a stressful situation.
