I booked an appointment today as I could not leave my house due to suffering a dibilitating migraine. The receptionist called me ten minute before my appointment to inform me I MUST COME IN. Even though the online service lets you book a phone consultation. This was completely unreasonable to call ten minutes before my appointment. Also the form they made me fill out stated what my condition was and if the receptionist had any medical experience at all she would have known that coming out in daylight is impossible. I'm actually appalled at her service as I have been having phone consults with Dr Bai all through covid and it has been no issue. Not once did the Dr ever tell me I needed to come in. This has resulted in me now needing to find a doctor last minute that I do know all to obtain a medical certificate and the NEEEDED MEDICATION for my migraine. Gross service. Utterly disgusted at the lack of empathy and care.

Very very poor level of service. Reception is very hard to reach and Dr Bai is very careless and unprofessional when dealing with patients. I did not feel like I was given full attention and consideration when speaking to him both over the phone and in person. He is very rushed and seems to want to get the appointment over and done with as soon as possible.

I have been to see Dr Bai a number of times over the last 4 years since moving into the area for a few different issues. I found him to be proficient, a good communicator and also a good human being who showed empathy and interest in me. I feel I have built a relationship of trust with him and will continue to see him whenever needed

The receptionist is incompetent!!! She has absolutely no idea what she's doing, spoke to the receptionist about what I was booking the appointment for and at no time did she mention the doctor wasn't fully licensed. Even filled out the form before hand stating what I was there for. I rocked up with my implanon I had just collected from the chemist and the doctor apologised for his stupid receptionist not doing her job. The DR there however was very nice, just avoid the receptionist.

So pleased that Dr Bai is back open again after the clinic was closed due to the February flooding. I have my sun spots sprayed every six months and he does a good job. Thank you :)

This was my first time booking in and seeing Dr Bai. I was seen in a very timely manner and my ailment was dealt with in a very professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Bai to anyone.

Dr Bai is a very friendly and understanding my circumstances Dr, he has helped me get what I needed and provided constructive advice.

Dr. Peter Bai is the most loving and patient doctor I have ever seen, our family doctor for many years. Very professional to protect our health, telephone appointment online appointment is very convenient, thank you very much.

Doctor Bai gave straight forward good medical advice, was on time, provided the prescription via email and offered bulk billing as well. Convenient parking is nearby.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience in a doctors surgery. The doctor was so unprofessional, you sit there and talk about your symptoms and concerns and he stands over you > there's not desk the doctor uses. Just a bunch of empty rooms.

I have been going to Dr Bai for many years and as always he is very knowledgeable and caring and easy to talk to

I really appreciate that Dr Bai still doing bulk bill as most of the GP doesn’t do it anymore. I had a red eye and knew that I just needed an antibiotic drops, so really glad that he could help.
