When I got there I did not know what I wanted to eat ,so I ask the lady sell me what you think I would like to eat ,another lady said "sell him the most expensive thing ", no I cursed her in creole cuz no , you don't know how much money I have and yes I have money but a better response would be sell him the most tastes or best selling , then if I like it up sell me and try to sell the most expensive either or you need to make customers come back that how you make a profit ,it's food everybody needs food, and everybody will come back at least 2twic maybe 3 times in 1 day just because you have great food ,I'm disgusted and will never buy from there.

The food is good but the service is horrible. They yell at you. I choose to come to your restaurant while there are hundreds of others where I can eat. If you want to be treated with respect, I don't recommend this place. If you want to eat good food then you should go. The food is good but not always as if it's not the same person that is cooking/ there's no recipe.

This use to be the best Haitian restaurant in the neighborhood. In the last couple of months, the quality of the food went down, the prices went up, and they give less food for the increase price. If you buy legume from there, there's maybe only two pieces of meat in there. If you bought a large plate of food, everything would be serve in large containers. Now only the rice come in the large container and the rest in small containers. With diminishing quality of food, they have the nerve to raise prices and serve less food. We stayed with them for a while through these changes, hoping that they would go back to cooking the good food they were known for. But that never happened. And after only getting bones and 2 pieces of meat in our legume yesterday. We're officially done going to that place. Never again will we spend our money on inferior food.

I’ve given a 1 star just for the poor customer service that they provide. This is a Haitian restaurant and I’ve noticed that if you are not Haitian like them and speak Creole that they are very rude towards their customers. The food is good, but I’d rather eat at a place where the food is not that well to my liking over a place with good food and poor customer service skills. Just my own personal opinion 🤷🏽‍♀️

The food was horrible, the legumes militon had left over bunrt fried griot, which made the legumes nasty. White rice was over cook. Not sure was going on but something needs to be done.

Food is good, but services need to be on point. However, Haitian people care if they're making money.. that's not a good look for us

Wow. The customer service here is horrendous. Human decency and respect is the bare minimum you should give a paying customer but I didn’t even receive that.. Seeing that today is a holiday, I called to ask what time they closed to be sure that the hours hadn’t changed before placing my order. I called around 6:50pm. The woman informed me that the restaurant closed at 9pm. I said, “Okay great. I would like to place an order for pickup.” I don’t know what was so negative about my request because right after I said that, the woman SCREAMS at me telling me that I better not place an order and leave it sitting here until 9 to pick it up.... I was extremely shocked at the way she spazzed on me. And she kept yelling like I had offended her. I was so confused. You can not yell at a customer and expect them to hand you money right after that.... So now, I am at another Haitian restaurant placing my order. I love to support my people but we must consider the importance of customer service. I used to order food from them often but now, I will never order form Intimate again.

No phone etiquette and after placing order food not ready, have to tell them again what was ordered and wait for the it.

The Intimate I knew 3 years ago it’s not the same. The sauce pwa is watery And the legume is tasteless. Do better guys I know you can do better.

DO NOT buy anything thing from that restaurant you will get food poisoning. Because every time I would eat the food it the food it would make me very sick.
