Service is really bad. Employees need some training how to help customers, meat department Employees really had attitude, if you need help in meat dept, forget anybody help you,Leg Quarters boxes always on bad shape n water lots water dripping n boxes always broke, I don’t know why Health Department not say anything for Bad shape box’s selling .They need more Employees at Register because some we wait long time for paying,

I go to restaurant depot regularly and they usually are awesome(that’s why I gave 5 stars)! However the customer service lady I dealt with was nothing to brag home about. I returned something today and firstly she gave me a snarky attitude asking me multiple times why I was returning it. Then! After accepting the return she asked me if I could put it back on the shelf! Like what? Are we serious? What kind of customer service is that?! Firstly I seldom return products this was probably one of the only times and I’ve been going to restaurant depot overall for 10+ years. Secondly to ask me to put it back on the shelf? The audacity I’ll tell ya.

My first time visiting this place to buy food for my business and as I saw I did not buy anything since this does not look like a Wholesale Food for the simple reason that the prices are very expensive here is an example, One Morton salt 26 oz at $2.54 and at Walmart they sell it for $1.26 what profits one will have on sales, very clearly the supermarkets also have that for $1.00 in other words this is a scam and stupid for the simple reason that the prices are very expensive and it doesn't seem a Wholesale Food

This place is where shop owners go to shop. Weather you have a convenient store, restaurant, diner ,etc. I have a small business and this place has everything I need. Sometimes I need product or I need supplies..... Sometimes I need both. Anyways knowing that my people can always find it here, brings me some peace of mind...... Which is hard to find in these uncertain times.

The reviews for this location are 100% accurate. The customer service here is a 0/10. Like it really makes no sense for every review to say the same thing about the employees and there is still NO CHANGE about how they interact with customers. But I don’t blame them because it seems they all take after each other, rude. Period. Except the taller guy in the seafood department. He’s great. They’re often low on stock and the wait time to get out of there is beyond measure at times. Like really will have 2-3 lines open on one of the busiest days at the busiest times. This store can do better. I’ve been to Langhorne and it’s not nearly as awful of an experience. But I really hope the person who reads the reviews actually take action and stop simply apologizing for how terrible the employees make you shopping experience. Way more bad experiences then I’ve had good experiences here but it’s so close to my house, makes no sense to drive 10 miles to the next store. DO BETTER!

Every employee here has an attitude when everything could be said nicely manner or just a neutral manner. When I called in to ask about an inventory check the lady on the phone was rude and condescending and said she doesn’t know what I was talking about and that she had other customers to take care of. I said I know she was busy and I just wanted to make sure she had an item in stock before driving all the way here and just to have her slam the phone on me. I came in again and just to have an employee after another get upset when asking a question or two. Always spending more time at checkout than actually shopping.

I keep reading negative reviews about staff. Yes, most are ignorant. However, the cashiers are WAY OVER WORKED AND TERRIBLY UNDER PAID!!! We all have choices... pls leave and find jobs who appreciate you!!! One sale here can be 20k and you still only make above bare minimum smfh STOP BLAMING LOWER WORKERS!!!!! CALL CORPORATE!!!!!!?

The Restaurant Depot if you need it they've got it took the ribs some chicken get ready for the weekend and it's going to be good thank you Restaurant Depot been going there for over 15 years never been disappointed customer service is great stop it in and tell them the kingfish sent you 926 Route 206 Simone never ever never never let the sauce drip down on your pinky finger we've had several customers chew them off have a nice day

Very unhappy they opened to the public. I have seen people open boxes of raw chicken and not wash hands then handle other foods like fruits and vegetables. Yuck.

Very challenging trying to find products. So crowed that is hard walk on aisles, afraid that the forklift could run you over. If you don't need to shop in bulk I wouldn't recommend it.

This restaurant depot has lots of kosher and halal 🥩 even during pandemic there was lots of fresh products. Definitely has a great manager👍 Staff is very friendly and kind!

Store is getting very expensive and to make matters worse, they got rid of styrofoam so they are missing some basic products they had before and what they do have is too expensive
