If i could give a 10 about this tooth extraction I would. As an 81 year old who has never had a tooth pulled before I was expecting the worst. It seems crazy to say this was easy but this was SO easy and only because of Dr. Ash. He explained the procedure thoroughly and completely. It is obvious he is experienced in this field. The beautiful music that played in the room was beyond southing and relaxing. I chose only to have the area numb but there was not even a touch of pain. Lake Highlands dental is without a doubt a perfect business for dental work

The best dental care. Dr Young took such great care. He even did a small screen for thyroid & tongue cancer in the regular check up. The dental hygienist and front desk receptionist, Amy, were kind and professional. The whole team was great.

It is one of the nicest dentistry places I've ever had the pleasure of going to. The doctor is amazing and the staff is always so kind! I will never need to find a new dentist again!

The staff is always friendly. They get me in and out as fast as possible. I’ve had everything done from teeth cleaning, cavities filled, to my wisdom teeth out, and they’ve done great with all of them. Dr. Ash and Dr. Fontes are great; and while the dentist isn’t fun, they make it as enjoyable as possible.

Every time I come in it's a clean facility, friendly staff, & a welcoming & professional environment. Came in for my yearly cleaning, had an appointment, 7 minutes later they called me back & they did a great job! I really like coming here.

I picked Lake Highlands practically because it was close to home and my insurance was accepted. But was so pleased that the office is wonderful! The staff is kind, quick and helpful and everything has been very smooth. I have felt taken care of!! Even for someone who does not like the dentist, I can say it’s been a great experience here.

My first dentist since moving to Dallas and I made a perfect choice — really terrific staff, best and most comfortable cleaning I’ve ever had, the dentist was super nice and kind to me, and they have a treatment plan set up for me to get my mouth in great shape. Highly recommended. Update: went back for a procedure and just want to re-emphasize that Dr Fontes is an amazing dentist with terrific “bedside manner” she is a very kind person who made me feel comfortable at the dentist which is a great feat in and of itself. The hygienist assistant Marian was also very kind and wonderful to work with. Great office!

The dentists are best very careful with the patients, they explain everything and take their time to make sure we understood everything my kids needed. Great dental practice. They give excellent care, use the best technology, and they don’t try to upsell you on treatments you don’t need (which is common with other practitioners around town that I’ve tried in the past, which is why I drive across town to Lake Highlands dental).

I haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS, and truthfully I was worried about my visit. However, it turned out to be a fantastic experience. My hygenist Paige was incredibly informative, kind and gentle. She made it very clear that is was of the utmost importance to her to that I not only recieve the proper treatment that I needed, but that I remain comfortable during the process and become educated on how to change some bad habits that I had developed over the years. After my visit I will absolutely continue making this practice my home for keeping my teeth healthy and clean!

I have never loved going to the dentist, but the whole team at Lake Highlands Dental makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! They were able to work around my busy schedule, and my cleaning was very gentle! I would recommend this office to everyone!!

Nothing to complain about. I asked a ton of questions about stuff related to wisdom teeth and jaw injuries and whatnot, and they answered all of them patiently. The routine cleaning went smoothly too. They also complimented the great condition of my teeth, which felt nice. Floss, people.
