Very
rude
and
unprofessional.
I
am
a
registered
buyer
with
the
Perth
Mint.
I
went
to
Brisbane
Bullion
to
buy
gold
and
they
would
not
let
me
through
the
front
doors
because
i
was
"underdressed".
I
showed
them
$10,000
cash
that
i
was
willing
to
spend
as
well
as
a
platinum
Mastercard
and
they
still
refused
to
offer
me
service
because
of
my
appearance.
This
business
has
has
poor
ethics.
Avoid!
After
placing
this
review
i
was
contacted
by
a
memwber
of
Brisbane
Bullion.
As
you
can
see
from
their
reply
to
my
review
below,
they
have
made
the
comment
that
they
have
reviewed
security
footage
and
spoken
with
staff
and
have
even
went
so
far
as
to
lie
about
my
attendance
at
their
store
and
state
that
their
is
"no
footage
to
suggest
i
was
at
Brisbane
Bullion".
My
response
is
this.
"Why
would
i
go
out
of
my
way
to
say
this
detailed
review
about
the
poor
service
and
ethics
of
a
business
that
i
have
never
attended?"
"I
have
no
desire
to
give
a
negative
review
about
a
business
if
i
have
never
dealt
with
them,
furthermore
on
the
day
i
attend
this
Bullion
dealer
i
was
met
at
the
door
by
a
lady
who
barely
spoke
consistent
english
and
was
of
another
nationality
entirely.
I
was
wearing
sports
clothing
and
was
treated
to
be
a
person
of
lesser
value
due
to
my
attire".
I
believe
Brisbane
Bullion
should
hold
their
employees
to
a
highly
level
of
customer
service
and
professionalism
as
i
asked
on
several
occasions
that
I
was
at
Brisbane
Bullion
for
the
purposes
of
buying
Gold
and
Silver
and
was
turned
away
at
the
front
door
and
not
allowed
to
purchase
from
this
business.
