    Shane at North Lakes Wallace Bishop is wonderful!! Bit of a long winded story to put on google reviews but in a nut shell I feel like he went above and beyond , he says he's just doing his job and in the end I'm going to have my beautiful engagement ring all fixed up . Thanks Shane I can’t add another review but just wanted to again say how awesome Shane is. The last couple Of times I have been in store recently I’ve had robyns wonderful customer service also . Thank you both

    I arrived at the shop at 11:45 to have a watch strap change. The male staff member who was working at the watch & Jewellery repair area told me it will take 20mins as he has a few other jobs infront of mine. I'm was like ok no worries I can be back in 20mins. Returned to the shop about 10mins early to have a look at some watches however the same male staff member was busy standing around having a chat with some people about that he also lived in the same suburb as them and that it is a great place. Did not expect a lieing staff member at this store just makes me miss the old guy who use to work in repairs here.

    We went to North Lakes Wallace Bishop on Saturday. We were patient with a new staff member when we asked for help locating a watch we found on the website. My problem was with the staff member she asked for help, I understand he was serving another customer but he said “is it not over there” we said we couldn’t see because the store was busy and we were looking for a specific watch which we were pretty sure wasn’t in the cabinet. He proceeded to call out to the store “just ask them to move” while another staff member was serving people at the watches. He then proceeded,as we walked away to say to the customers he was serving “like just say excuse me” ARE YOU KIDDING talking about another customer to another customer is disgusting. Those customers LAUGHED AT US WHILE WE WERE IN THE STORE. When he finished serving them and realised we were after a $600 watch and after we had been waiting for a long time said “we can order it in for you” and was nice as pie. No way. Horrible experience felt like I was being bullied at high school. Not to mention, we said we saw it on their website and they couldn’t even find it with the model number. I had to find the sku on their website for them to search. Unless you walk in and announce you have money to spend don’t expect ANY customer service. Absolutely disgusting.

    I recently went to several Jewellers in the Northlakes area to have a custom engagement ring design quoted. I was disappointed in the sneaky sales tactics used to try and get me to spend more and more money, especially for designs or alterations to my original idea. However, when I met Shane at Wallace Bishop Northlakes that all changed, instead of sales tactics I got a genuine person to help me bring my idea to life. Shane made the process incredibly easy and pain free. Shane also kept me well informed during the design process and the jeweller sent through wonderful images for me to approve before proceeding. We got the ring and my fiancé loved it!!! We would like to thank Shane and Robyn for all their help and support through the process, we would highly recommend using Wallace bishop in Northlakes for any of your jewellery purchases, repairs or custom items.

    I went to Wallace Bishop at Northlakes. The jeweller Jonathan was the most amazing and lovely man, I had a very old gold necklace that I hadn't worn in years. With Jonathan's advice I was able to turn it into three braclets for my three grand daughters. No other jeweller has ever put in the time or care to help and I left the shop very happy. Jonathan's happy smiling joyfulness was very calming as the shop was very busy. Thankyou for being wonderful.

    Thank you Kerri from Wallace Bishop North Lakes for you exception, fast and friendly service. I needed a new watch band as I use it for work. Actually, it is my only watch, ( husbands first gift!). I had tried 3 other jewellers in the centre before Kerri not only had the watch band but could replace and repair it on the spot. I couldn't believe my good fortune. I highly recommend the services of Kerri as a welcoming, efficient and positive associate. Wallace Bishop is my new GOTO Jeweller!

    My fiancé and I were recently ring shopping through North Lakes. We hit up every store in the centre and received a lot of mixed looks, levels of service and help (or lack thereof from other jewellers). Kerri from the North Lakes Wallace Bishop blew both of us away with her absolutely amazing above and beyond help, advice, and compassion during our experience. After a night of being dismissed or flat out ignored by other service reps in the industry, Kerri was an angel that helped make an amazing experience for us and I cannot thank her enough. In the several visits we ended up making to North Lakes, it was Kerri who got excited with us, showing compassion and a level of personal care that was definitely not expected. She took us under her wing and went into detail to explain the different aspects of maintenance, stone types and how general everyday wear could affect each ring. We have been to the staff at North Lakes Wallace Bishop on several occasions for various purchases over the last few years and I think it’s safe to say that the entire team are absolutely lovely. I wanted to help Kerri be recognised for her outstanding customer service and customer centricity – she saved, and shared in, our engagement experience and I cannot thank her enough.

    Do not go to this jewellery shop! Went in to get a battery for my watch today girl couldn’t be bothered! Said she can try and do it and I will be waiting half hour to 45 mins. Could tell she was not interested at all!

    Came from another store who I had bought a watch from but they refused to remove links as its boxing day even though store was quiet and 3 staff stood around, so walked into Wallace and Bishop to be met by Kerry, she used common sense and even though I had bought my watch elsewhere gave awesome service, she did state policy was not to do this on boxing day but as it was still quiet she did it quickly with no fuss, absolutely great customer service, while my wife and I were there I got wife's fingers sized too, I will be returning to buy my wife a ring and other gifts down the track, all due to this fantastic service from Kerry.

    I cannot recommend this store enough. Excellent service from the staff; knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Becci is outstanding in her knowledge and helpfulness; she has recently moved to this store from another branch and I followed her because of her her high quality assistance. All of the other staff are great, so you will be delighted by whoever assists you.

    We went to Wallace Bishop today looking for a piece of jewellery and were greeted by an absolutely amazing team of staff. The manager looked after us and he was so wonderful and knowledgeable. He took my rings and cleaned them and also explained to me how to clean and care for them properly. After this experience, I would absolutely not go anywhere else, I will always go back to this store. Thank you!!

    Went in yesterday to have a bracelet on a new Citizen watch sized. Young lady in the workshop area was fantastic. Knew exactly what was required (Citizen use a 'non-standard' linking mechanism). Service with a smile and no charge to boot! I've used this store on a number of occasions when I have sizing issues with watches - always receive the best service.

    Have been meaning to rate the exceptional service my daughter, niece and I received a few weeks ago. We had the pleasure of being served by Jonathan. Such a lovely person! Sorry Jonathan for the late review! So professional and top notch customer service! He went out of his way literally took us to another jeweller store where we were able to find a box(very elegant) one too for our wedding rings because I left it last minute lol thinking I would find a ring pillow. Jonathan was our lifesaver and I can not thank him enough! We need more people like him in the customer service industry! Genuine and lovely! My daughter and nice couldn't stop talking about him lol thanks so much Jonathan the wedding went well perfect even! Wishing you all the best thanks

    Top notch service from a fantastic team. It was a very professional but also very personal experience and I wouldn't recommend any other jeweller. Jonathon took the time to hear what I wanted and had recommendations with NO sales pressure. I also found that he could have taken my other two rings to repair - rather then other jewellers that only deal or repair their own creations. My only complaint was that I didn't go there first. Thank you Jonathon for all the help and having a lovely chat - it has made my day. I would also give thanks to the lovely blonde colleague but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. 5* Service 5* Staff 5* chat 😁

    Be careful when having jewellery sent to their Brisbane office. I recently put my engagement ring in to be repaired and when I came to collect it after it was repaired it had a wrong coloured stone in it. The staff we very nice at the North Lakes branch. It was sent back in and to be found? and repaired? The funny part is that I probably would not have even known anything was wrong but a big difference between having an Amethyst in it and getting the ring back with no colour in the stone. 😡

    Called for a quote on a watch repair, lady answers laughing, i tell her what i want then phone goes quiet.. about 20 seconds later a man says yes? i say i was talking to the lady about a watch repair? He says yes, I said is she coming back or what? He says no i repair watches. Really awkward experience. The WORST customer service and phone manner i have ever encountered. So i will not be trusting them with my jewellery thats for sure

    Purchase a Raymond Weil watch customer service fantastic from Wallace Bishop but Raymond Weil very disappointed with. A $3500 watch failed 2 years after purchase put in for repairs cost $1,800 to fix just out of its second 12 months warranty. It's failed again this time quoted $1000 to be repaired I will never buy this brand again or recommend it to my friends due to poor service from Raymond Weil be warned.

    We have 4 Daughters & with their 16th,18th & 21st birthdays,what we bought the eldest,followed down to the other 3.16th was a gold/silver chain with a cross,18th was a ring with their favourite coloured stone & their 21st’s is a 21st key for their chains.We started at Morayfield Wallace Bishop when we lived over there,when we moved to Rothwell & North Lakes opened we started our jewellery shopping there.All staff at both stores couldn’t be more helpful & courteous.We won’t buy jewellery anywhere else.

    There was a new sales girl here and she was awesome, although I went in when they were almost closing. I bought the watch from her. The other 2 sales girls looked like they have been working there for a while and they looked not happy that I was there when it was almost closing time. The only reason I bought the watch was because of the new sales girl. In terms of products, well same stuff any other similar joints would have

    The return policy is really bad. I spent $1200 for a ring and changed my mind as I found another good option in different store as there were lack of variety. I went back within 90 minutes of my purchase time and hoping that they will understand and do refund. But very unfortunate part of this store was they just wanted to sell their thing nothing else. I have been told that return policy only applies if we buy online this is totally ridiculous. On their web sites it has not been stated that refund policy only applies for online purchases neither we have been advised on purchase that we can not return. Bad experience.I will definitely choose different place for next time. Good luck to this store as they have left bad impression and lost their customer

    I went to the Garden City store today to buy a pendant that I had looked at online, and I found that the online prices were vastly different from the in-store prices. Online I could buy a pendant and chain for $88 (not including shipping and tax which was an extra $20) but in-store the cheapest I could buy it for was $200. I also was not told of the returns policy (although it is my fault for not reading the fine print) and changed my mind having found something of better value and couldn’t get any sort of refund. Overall it isn’t a very customer-friendly store and I would recommend checking the in-store prices before buying.

    Don't bother shopping in this place. The worst jewellers, sneaky the fine prints are really fine. Hidden somewhere you will never see. Horrible customer support from Adelaide. The most horrible experience ever.
