Excellent! Lovely splash park for kids (maybe bring a toy boat), fabulous park with swings and zip wire too. My 5 year old spent 3 hours here. Lots of places to sit in the shade, BBQ facilities, many birthday parties going on, ideal for scooters and good toilets. Best of all tonnes of easy parking even when busy. Only downside was no wifi. Great fun. Oh and a lovely big open grass area too.

We love this Park. Such a great facility to have in the area. My kids loved the playgrounds. Awesome to have areas for small children and big kids. The splash pad area is fantastic. Both my kids love the water, so spent a majority of their time there. The park area was clean and tidy. Toilet facilities were clean and tidy. Heaps of undercover seating and tables to have lunches, catch ups or small parties. Highly recommended this park, a real favourite with my kids.

Great park gor all the kids ages. But a severe lack of disability parking. Only 1 spot found. Thank goodness we arrived early to get it.

One of our favorite parks. My kids even splash during winter. Always a great afternoon. Park is huge, splash pad is large and has a great variety.

The new park at Petrie is amazing!!! There is a water play area with a huge bucket, moat and water cannon as well as jungle gyms with flying fox, roundabout and curly slides. And tables, BBQs, amphitheatre, cricket oval and toilets!

Wonderful location for a bbq and water play for kids. Facilities are well maintained and good amount of parking space as well. The waterpark area is very popular with kids for the fountains as well as bucket that empties itself when full. Lots of kids play equipment over 2 seperate areas as well as walking paths around the area. Dont miss the ebins, which are basically smart bins that are networked.

One of the best water parks on the north side. Kids love all the splash, fountains and big bucket. Beautiful lights after sunset.

This place is just too cool. It's an awesome idea reusing material from the old mill. Gives it a real local personal feel. Kids love it here. The park is fantastic. Good range for children with all ranges of ability!

Nicely maintained park. Parking is limited, so need to get in early on hot days or school holidays. Toilet facilities are near, as well as a good playground, oval and BBQ facilities. Note: the toilets are a bit dark and very noisy as they share the same building as the pumps.

It’s a very new park with great playgrounds. Plenty of parking across the road. Just a bit smaller than I thought.

Incredible!! Me and my family had an incredible time here. When they get sick of one area we just switch to another area and was like a whole new experience. This part has everything you need 2 individual playgrounds four different ages of children. My children absolutely love the water play area which I found extremely safe non-slip surface and in my pondering I could not work out how anyone could ever possibly drown. There is no lifeguard on duty! 4 large BBQ areas and more areas to sit down then I could possibly count in the time I was here without looking like a weirdo. Huge toilet area and ample room to kick a ball or play a game of cricket. As I was here at 7 in the morning I also saw them cleaning the area which looks to me like it is a regular occurrence.

Good little waterpark and playground area. Better for little kids not so much for the older ones though except for the dumpy bucket thingy.

This is a great park for families. The kids love the water activities. There is also a normal playground. Covered areas and seating. This is a very popular area in summer. People also bring their own gazebos and chairs, plenty of room to set up. Parking is fairly good.

Beautiful small water park. Very busy but lots of fun. Attended a birthday party here. Get in really early if you want to have a party here. They have a couple of bbqs.

A great place to throw a party for your kids. My only complaint is that you have to watch them like hawks 100% of the time as there are rides there that older kids can get on and seriously injure the younger kids without realising what they are doing...especially the roundabout. The water park looks like fun. Just waiting for an invite in the summer when the water park will hold more appeal..

We absolutely love this little gem of a spot for our family. Great water park and great facilities. The only suggestion I would make is to have a few more shady pergolas to be sun safe for the kiddies...!

Nice family day out, kids really enjoyed themselves, we got a nice surprise when we saw the sign for the newly opened Cafe The Gourmet Press at the Uni only about 100 metres walk, coffee and Reuben Panini were amazing best I've had in Petrie for a while..
