Great communication and excellent in-store experience from Simon from whom I purchased a new link and had it fitted. I had made the mistake of trusting a jeweller to add links, but they damaged the link so badly it was rendered unusable. This cost me with quite a bit of time and an additional visit to a reputable watchmaker. The lesson learnt was go straight to Omega for any needs you have in regards to your Omega watch.

I went in to buy my first Seamaster Diver 300 from the OMEGA boutique in Brisbane, the customer service was what you would expect from a luxury watch brand, fantastic! The only minor criticism I have was the lack of optional watch straps available in store at the time of my visit, one was the NATO strap and the other was a clasp for the rubber strap. Apart from the small criticism, I am extremely happy with my watch and would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of purchasing an OMEGA to go in and have a look because you won't be disappointed.

The Brisbane Omega Boutique one of the most talented, friendly, and passionate team I've experienced in a watch store. Simon in particular has a great deal of knowledge of the brand and the watches and cares about providing an excellent customer experience. Their in-house watchmaker knows his craft well and you should feel confident that even after purchase you will be able to rely on them for support and assistance. This store will be my first preference for any future Omega purchased.

Service here is amazing. I took my Seamaster in today because a screw on the clasp came loose and jammed the clasp up. I asked for advice on how to rectify or go about having some one do it for me. I gave full disclosure that I didn't even buy the watch from them. They replaced the clasp right there and then. When it comes to Omega, you actually get what you paid for in quality and service.

Fantastic service. Was in to buy a bracelet for my seamaster and they quickly changed it and made it fit perfectly. I was in a small rush due to having to catch a flight but accommodated me so well. Cannot praise the service enough.

Many thanks to Lucas Roberts for his patience and time. I have never been to a luxury watch shop before this day. Lucas showed me a lot of timepieces, and told me a lot about them. I'm looking forward to purchase my first Omega , when I'll will have funds to do so. THANK YOU Lucas!

Scott and the Team afford the best Customer service in Brisbane. Visiting the store yesterday for a minor alteration simply reaffirmed that service extends well beyond the initial sale and that it’s world class. If you’re looking at a Omega do not go anywhere else, buy from the Brisbane OB. You’ll not be known or referred to as a Customer but by your name which makes the experience so much better.

I came into this store with a friend to browse some lovely watches. All products were amazing and staff were mostly friendly. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of interacting with one staff member named Lucas. I was aiming to ask him about a watch in which I had an interest in, yet he decided to walk off and talk to me on the move, something which I found quite unprofessional. He later proceeded to carry himself in a manner that belittled me, and his service was overall poor. I left the store with a sickly feeling in my stomach. Very disappointed!

Great selection and the staff are very knowledgeable. They let you try on as much as you want in a non-rushed way. Thank you David for looking after me today. Also thank you to Lucas who dealt with me being fussy on the bracelet sizing and clasp position. Good lads.

Lovely team members who are always courteous and polite. But my opinion changed when I purchased a high end dark side of the moon omega watch in February. Due to delays the manual was missing and wasn't available for some time. While I expected some wait time I thought that was ok but after 5 months and no follow up emails or calls to reassure me that moves were being made to solve the issue I felt the service was not up to scratch for a high end watch dealer. Sorry team, I don't think I've ever left a poor review on a business page before but I did feel let down.

I purchased my first Omega watch a couple of months ago. Since then, I went back to Omega a few times (to add a link to the bracelet of my watch; to get it removed after I changed my mind; to pick up an extra strap, etc). The customer service was outstanding and Lucas (as well as the rest of the Omega team) was friendly, welcoming and always extremely helpful. This is the first luxury watch I purchase and I wasn't sure what to expect, but thanks to Lucas and the Omega staff, my first experience as a buyer was amazing.

Omega Brisbane are the gold standard. I took my vintage Seamaster in for a service and ended up purchasing an Aqua terra. Simon's enthusiasm was a major drawcard, his knowledge and passion for the Omega brand shone thru. Lucas was also very helpful in his assistance. Cannot recommend Omega Brisbane enough
