My gf lost her iphone in the snow for 2 days. It looked like it was a goner, but after some googling we found this service by Staples called tekdry. It took 30 min of light heat and vacuum and it booted right back up! We're very pleased with the service we received at this Staples and we'll be back. Sameer was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional through the whole process. He clearly cares about customer service and really went above and beyond for us. Sameer is the man!!

The manager Brent and his team are professional, attentive, and very helpful. The young man working the register greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything. It is important to recognize the professionalism of those working hard in the retail space and the employees at this location made my day better. I will be back.

Went into the store to buy a notepad for work. When I went to the cash register to purchase it, the cashier convinces me to sign up for the phone app that provides a $20 refund on my purchase. The whole process to sign up holds me up for 10 minutes of my time, so I patiently went through all the steps. But when we got to the end, she informs me that the coupon for $20 off is for future purchases only. Couldn’t use the coupon that I spent all that time trying to get on the one thing I came there to buy. What a disappointment

I love shopping at Staples because they have many locations in and around my County. Staples has irresistible sales on many items throughout the year. Great store for school supplies as well as home supplies. The salespeople are friendly and helpful for any question you may have while shopping. I give Staples 2 thumbs up for great service.

Selection is great. Online orders are easy and are delivered quickly- sometimes that day or the next. Wonderful! Repair services too expensive. Computer repair shops less expensive and more knowledgeable .

When I was requested to fax a request, never did I think it would be so quick and regarding. I bougth the paper to write my request and fax it to the requestor, all within minutes. Please commend Chris for his help and kindness. Now I have a Staples with all my office needs right here in Morristown NJ... 💖🙏💖

Great experience at Staples in Morristown. Sean did a wonderful job. He offered help while I was browsing some items and gave good advice. During our conversation I found out he had been there 12 hours AND it was his grandson's first birthday that he would be going to after work. I wouldn't have known he was there all day already as he took his time explaining the products to me as well as talking about business. If you need to shop at Staples I highly recommend this one due to Sean's ability to exceed customer service expectations.

Since the Madison location is temporarily closed (set to reopen early Summer per Morristown employee), this Staples is the closest alternative. The staff I encountered today were extremely helpful. They got my printing done within 10 minutes of receiving my file and the cashier took the time to help me set up an account with the Staples app. Great customer service today!

It was crunch time on a project that I needed to finish and my printer crapped out on me at home. I ran over to the Staples and they were slammed busy with other projects however the guy understood how important this was to me to get finished and how I needed to get out the same day. They did in between their jobs help me and I really appreciate them taking the time. I love this Staples location

Been very pleased with this Staples. Use their copy & print services often. Several things Staples has done lately has greatly improved the customer experience. I work for a non-profit and it is very convenient that I can buy online and have the 1-Hour Pickup. They have vastly improved their copy & print services so that you can design online, pay online and pickup. We have volunteers who have awareness events around the country and it is so convenient that I can get them the materials they need and can pay online for them. In the past, we would send through an order and they would have to be pay and then be reimbursed.

The printing service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Nearly every time there's a problem and orders are never ready when they say it will be. FedEx and UPS stores in the area are much more reliable.

I love staples at morristown town for it supports small business like me; printing name card, thank you card, brochure. This location has easy access, plenty of parking and right in center of town. Staples offers lots of office supplies and printing ink quick pickup, which is faster than amazon next day delivery.

Good store ,wouldn’t recommend trying to get a water bottle or backpack there but good for pens pencils and more
