Let me start by saying that the place is all-around beautiful. From the entrance to the dining room. The service was exceptional, our host was always attentive to our guests needs. We hosted a 30 plus guests party. After gathering all the friends and family's opinion of the evening, I have come to the conclusion the it was not a 5 star experience. The food was tasty and the selection was plenty. Were was the stars lost, dinner was started around 5:45 the whole party did not see a cut of meat till about 6:50. After many requests for the meat to be passed around to our guests. During the meat selection only 3 cuts of steak, 2 kinds of sausage and 1 type of chicken was passed around. No filete mignon, no chicken harts or other meat that you would see at a Brazilian restaurant. Finally the options for dessert were limited. Perhaps the size of the party made a difference on the meat service.

Gorgeous decor and great atmosphere. Quality of meat is great. Taste wasn’t that great for some of the steaks. Also service was mixed. Two of the servers were really attentive and helpful and other two were rude and dismissive.

Fogo de Chão in White Plains provided a perfect setting for celebrating my wife's birthday this month. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The array of succulent meats, expertly served by attentive staff, showcased Brazilian churrasco at its finest. The salad bar was equally impressive, offering fresh options to complement the meats. The staff's personalized service and a surprise birthday dessert for my wife added a special touch to our evening. Fogo de Chão White Plains delivered an exceptional dining experience that blended delectable cuisine with thoughtful gestures, making our celebration truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a remarkable culinary journey.

Jose is the best waiter ever. Been going to this fogo the chao for the last 3 years and we always love the food and experience. The salad buffet is always fresh and has a lot of options. Highly recommend coming. Come hungry!

First time eating at this place nothing special. I didn’t come to get served stale chicken drumsticks. The place looks nice and all servers were nice. Maybe my experience wasn’t as good. I was expecting to get served ribeye was waiting. I think they’re waiting for you to get full from eating the side dishes, salad and cold appetizers before serving the meat. I like their bread with cheese and mashed potatoes. I was expecting more types of meat. Didn’t expect the chicken drumstick to be tasting weird. I know what fresh chicken tastes like. The one they served was old meat so one bite I put it aside and waited for the real red meats. I’m not a big steak eater but I was willing to try whatever they served. The garlic beef and NY steak tastes good. I regret eating the salad stuff that filled me up quick.

We ate like a king and queen! The finest cuts of meat (cooked to your liking) are cut right from a large skewer to your plate. Tender and savory meats - and all you can eat! Pair your meats with an endless variety of carefully prepared sides and salads served buffet style. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxed. Our hostess "Val" was knowledgeable, attentive, and I have to say; quite charming!

There were so many options compared to other Brazilian restaurants, but I would’ve preferred a few more options in terms of the temperature of the meat. I prefer medium well and had to pass many options up. They did have a great staff though and if I were rating just on the staff, it would’ve been a 5! I would definitely go back and try it on a day with fewer parties.

Celebrated my birthday here. Ate like a king, Great service, even better staff. Love how they changed the old bank into this amazing experience. Can’t wait to enjoy their fresh abundant selection of some of my more favored meats and fruits. Thanks so much Val and her wonderful staff. Looking forward to next time

We visited for the 2nd time on our Anniversary without the kids and we had a blast. All the staff was amazing and accommodating. Everyone one was very attentive and welcoming. Our waitress Katie was so outgoing and helpful. Ada was on top of service and making customers feel important. Silva, Mauricio, and Anthony were friendly and provided swift service when needed. I have to also mention Jared who was our waiter the 1st time here and remembered us coming with our daughters for my birthday. He made the best drink tonight. Love them all and thank you for making our anniversary special ❤.

OK, guys. Wow! What an amazing experience. I have been to this chain before and I was excited to see how the White Plains location would be. Absolute, amazing. Val greeted us as soon as we were seated and introduced herself. She made sure our meal was perfect! Anthony was our server and he didn't miss a beat. If you want a perfectly clean and well kept salad bar, this is the place to go. The meat was hot fresh and every cut was perfect. A must try for any special occasion!

Stunning historical building and upscale interior makes for a great date night. Easily made a reservation and valet parked for $10. The variety of meat was excellent and we were served constantly, favorite being the garlic steak. The salad and side bar was constantly restocked and had delicious charcuterie and cheeses, vegetables, corn salad, rice, etc. Cheese bread, mashed potatoes and polenta were brought to the table. Cocktails took a while, but we would come back

Food and drinks were good but the service was very slow. Had to ask for my bill three times. Also...the happy hour menu includes other items that aren't half price. If you're there for the Happy Hour specials you have to order items with HH next to them

Excellent food with great service. Sunday Brunch included the extensive market table (with smoked salmon, cured meats, cheeses, etc.) and the churassco experience included table side service of lamb chops, filet mignon, picanha, bone-in ribeye steak and much more. All of this at a very comfortable pace.

Easily my favorite restaurant. Love coming here during the week and getting the lunch price. Fantastic salad bar, impeccable service and delicious meats. Always a great time. I’ve also been to the ones in nyc, Philly and Boston. Never a bad experience and they are always super accommodating no matter what the need.

“Update:, they requested I give them my information and I did twice. It’s been three weeks and still no call. Not a place I will go back to. Went to Texas of Brazil this week, so much better!” We went there for my son’s birthday. This was our fourth time there and it was the worst. They barely came to our table with the meats, and when they did it was rare, no seasoning. I think it’s our last time. We were a party of five and for those prices it should be prefect. Some the meat still was cold inside, I wish the camera captured it better. We will be trying Texas De Brazil next time.

Another great dinner here. Amazing meat (picanha and lamb were both incredible highlights!). The Market Table was always being restocked with many fresh options - the Brazilian potato salad and the beet tartare are my favorites! Yaw was a great server who made sure we wanted for nothing.

Aaron was an amazing server/staff. He explained everything and answered all questions we had. Aaron also gave some amazing suggestions for great drinks! We were celebrating our anniversary and Aaron was very kind and congratulated us, took some photos for us, and surprised us with a complimentary dessert. Very kind, amazing staff all around but especially Aaron!! Will definitely be back!

Didn't get to taste much. Servers kept bringing the same meat over. I just turned my card back to red and gave up. My counterparts left theirs on green and, of course, more of the same steak. I didn't have a piece of lamb or non salty chicken. The little piece of chicken was so salty (HBP City);never saw a bird again. The pork options(I don't eat) were said to be okay by my table mates, but just OKAY. I just expected more for my first time at this location. Maybe the one in the city is better?! The music was good, lovely decor, seating could be more spacious. The salad bar options were great. I'd go back just for that. The drinks were nice. I do recommend the passion fruit Caipirinha it was delicious. The cremebrulee for dessert was surprisingly good. Overall, I won't be back to this location. I'd recommend going to Texas de Brazil instead of this particular location. I can't speak for the Manhattan location.

recently had the pleasure of dining at Fogo De Chão, a Brazilian restaurant featuring a buffet with an incredible churrasco experience. The variety of meats available was impressive, and the cuts were cooked to perfection. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by Aida, a representative for the management team. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my dining experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the cheesecake! It was absolutely divine and definitely worth saving room for. Overall, I highly recommend Fogo De Chão for anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience. Between the amazing food and outstanding service, it's truly a must-try restaurant.

This place is either hit or miss. They either give you amazing food and service on a good day or very poor service and food matches. It's weird that it doesn't matter the day or time I guess it's about the staff. My family usually goes once a month or two but it's either a 8.5 or 9 out of 10 on good days and like a 5 on bad. The last time you went was two weeks ago. After our waitress seated us we never saw her again and had to ask any other staff member to get us anything. We had to ask to get our side dishes and then never got mashed potatoes despite asking 3 separate times for my kids. We only saw five or six meats instead of the dozen or more that they have. Unfortunately this is normal on the bad days and on the good days waiters are asking all the time what you need. You will see all the meats multiple times not just once. You get sides and don't have to ask for them. I'd rather you guys get consistent and give me like a 7.5 or 8 on the regular basis instead of 9/10 one time and then a 5/10 the next. We will come back because it's my daughter's favorite restaurant but you guys have to get more consistent otherwise it makes more sense to just drive down to Texas de Brazil and ridge Hill there at least consistent

Went for our 18 Anniversary Food was delicious as always, and service on point. One of the servers, when we're done with the food, asked us if we was celebrating something. I told him, we was celebrating our anniversary, and they came to our table, with this complimentary surprise. Very nice place, we will definitely go back

This was our first time here and it was amazing. Has to be the best Churrasco we've had. To top off an amazing visit they were beyond kind enough to give us a pastry in celebration of our anniversary. Cannot wait to come back and recommend to others!

Over all the experience was lovely. Me and my family went out for a birthday dinner and enjoyed ourselves very much. The reason for my 4* and not 5* was. One the lack of hot food: The meats that came from the kitchen to be carved where an ok temperature. But the other food not so much. I got an entry and it wasn't hot when served to me. Plus the warm food from the salad bar also wasn't hot. The hostess : we found her very unprofessional. Once we walked in she was helping someone else in front of us. She walked away from her stand and completely did not acknowledge that we were even there. No eye contact or" i will be with you shortly ". She was gone for quite some time before coming back, again not acknowledging us at all once she did get back to the stand. 3 of us standing around her, We finally had to let her know we had a reservation. I'm sorry but the hostess was our 1st impression and we all where in shock by the way she conducted herself.

The food here and service is top notch! Special thanks to Ashley for making sure we were taken care of. The picana was delicious! It really is the perfect place to go for a unique and luxury experience. Make sure to ask for the grilled cheese with honey!

i love this place! the food is amazing, even as a pescatarian! the servers are so sweet, too — we had Lauren and she made the experience even better. warning: the high ceilings make it really loud, but you barely notice it because you’re too busy stuffing your face to talk anyways!
