I
started
my
dental
journey
two
years
ago
after
neglecting
my
teeth.
I
went
for
regular
cleanings
prior
to
going
to
Lakeside
Smiles
in
hopes
to
get
the
information
needed
for
a
healthy
smile
and
was
unsatisfied
to
say
the
least.
When
scheduling
my
appointment
with
Dr.Kim
(the
third
dentist
I’ve
seen)
Heather
was
very
helpful
in
making
sure
when
I
arrived
I
had
all
the
documentation
for
a
smooth
visit
with
little
to
no
wait
time.
I
was
then
greeted
by
Roxy
who
was
very
welcoming
and
took
X-rays
of
my
teeth.
She
found
a
problem
with
a
tooth
that
not
1
but
2
dentists
have
never
addressed
to
me
before.
Dr.Kim
then
took
a
closer
look
and
recommended
a
full
plan
of
action
for
what
I
am
trying
to
achieve
when
it
comes
to
having
a
healthy
smile.
I
really
appreciated
her
knowledge
and
way
of
educating
me
of
what
she
was
doing
throughout
the
whole
process.
Dr.Kim
did
not
just
clean
my
teeth
like
any
other
dentist
would,
but
suggested
that
I
come
back
when
my
insurance
cleared
the
plan
for
a
scaling
and
other
needed
procedures.
If
it
weren’t
for
her
and
Roxy
I
could
of
continued
to
go
to
subpar
dental
offices
and
quietly
lost
one
of
my
front
teeth.
My
first
impression
of
lakeside
smiles
columbia
was
incredible!
I
was
impressed
with
how
clean
the
office
was,
the
advance
technology
used,
and
friendly
staff.
I’m
happy
to
say
I
have
finally
found
a
dental
team
that
I
will
continue
to
see.
If
you’re

a
new
a
dental
office
I
would
highly
recommend!
