Bill was amazing! A life saver! Before my business trip to Hawaii I decided to use highlights kit from Giant. It had a picture of a model and I was imagining my hair looking the same. Big big mistake! After my hair turned ugly orange I wanted to cry. It was not easy to find a hairdresser in 1 day. The first place I called told me it will take iver 6 hours. I called Bill and made a same day appointment! He finished highlights and all over coloring in less than 2 hours. It was unbelievable! Hus price was reasonable too considering the mess my hair was. He was calm, professional and did not bad mouth my hair like many others do. I will recommend him to all my friends!

Bill transformed fine, flat hair to give voluminous layers and was very happy with the result. He acknowledged my online request to avoid curling/flat iron and styled it with a hairdryer. I was a previous LOR hair salon customer, but I will return to see Bill again for the quality and reasonable prices.

Saw Bill’s numerous 5-star reviews online. Didn’t believe it could be true. I’ve had the same haircut for a while, and wanted a change. Scheduled an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early, so I expected to have to wait. As soon as I walk in, he greets me by name and immediately brings me back to shampoo my hair. He asks what I’m looking for. I say “make my head look less round”. He says “ok”. The haircut was so fast, and not in an “I’m in a rush” way, but in a “I have learned, lived, and breathed hair my whole life” way, it was honestly mesmerizing to watch his expertise in action, almost like a captivating circus act, as he swiftly moved from region to region, snipping at various angles so fast I couldn’t keep track. Before I could even blink, he was done and blow drying it out to perfection. I was astounded. Easily the best haircut I have ever had in my life, from start to finish. Bill just earned a new lifetime customer, for sure. I’ve received a plethora of compliments about my new look, thanks to Bill. I’ve actually already had two friends go get their haircuts by him since telling them about my amazing experience, I’m sure you’ll see their 5-star reviews posted here too. Go see Bill, you won’t be disappointed.

Easily the best hair cut I’ve had in my life. I’ve had short hair most of my life but recently grew it out and needed my first cut in months. Bill was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect style for my hair

Impressed! When I’m trying to grow out my hair, I’m usually disappointed with the length of my hair after a simple trim. This was NOT the case at BBill! He actually listened to me when I said I wanted to keep as much length as possible! I honestly can barely notice the difference in length but I can ABSOLUTELY notice a difference in how healthy, fresh and evened my hair feels after the cut. Pricing was also fair (though I’ll note the online resources on pricing looked a tad bit outdated as I was charged a few dollars more than expected, but certainly not enough to make a fuss over it). Overall this is exactly the kind of place I was looking for - not overcharging me for frills I don’t need but still giving a good experience and a great haircut. I will also say, I was impressed by how speedily Bill cut my hair and in no way did it impair the quality of the haircut (if his speed is what enables him to keep the pricing competitive, I’m all for it!) I also appreciated that Bill complimented my hair and noted the products he was using but did not try to push a sale on me. Haven’t been this satisfied with a new hairdresser in a long time.

Hands down the best haircut my husband and I have ever gotten in this country. Since I moved to the US in 2019, I’ve never had a haircut that I was sincerely happy about. But Bill and the other gentleman whose name my husband forgot to ask are sensational at their craft. Bill cut my hair with such attention to detail and gave it so much texture and life. The other guy also did a spectacular job with my husband’s hair. Safe to say, we’re never going to any other place!

There is a reason this place has such a high rating!! I just moved to the area and needed a haircut before I went to college. I called the day before classes with little hope on getting an appointment, but they were available very quickly. I went in and they promptly got started on my hair. I felt cared for and just knew I was in good hands. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it. (I got 4 inches cut off of my hair. And he put in beautiful layers as well as face framing pieces). I’ve had bad experiences in hair salons before this one, leaving me with little trust in others with my hair. But when I left, I felt confident and ready to conquer College. I will be recommending this salon to family and friends!!

Great salon! I’m a client of Michelle since 2009. I followed her to this salon. She gives the best cuts, colors, highlights, styles, everything! I have fine curly hair but her cuts give me the volume that I’m looking for without chopping all my hair off. So curly customers go see Michelle! She listens to her customers & really makes hair dreams come true!! The salon itself is very nice, clean, & modern. All staff members are very nice & helpful to one another.
