To be very clear, my review is NOT because of the staff or service I received from them - they have all been great (particularly Nancy, Jade and Mindy). My one-star review is due solely to unprofessional way management/owner handled a recent dispute. I have been a faithful customer for well over 4 years, receiving regular dip manicures from Nancy. Recently, I had a manicure begin to crack and chip within a week - very unusual as they ALWAYS lasted 3-4 weeks. I went to Nancy and she immediately fixed the two affected nails - no charge (and I tipped her $10). However, several more nails then chipped during that next week! Unfortunately, I was in South Carolina at a graduation/MD weekend. The polish was very cracked and chipped and catching on everything so I had no choice but to go to a local salon and get a new manicure for all nails. Upon my return, I sent Nancy the pictures of my faulty manicure, and she said she'd take care of it. Within a few days of my return to Maryland, I went in for a scheduled pedicure and discussed the situation with the manager/owner, complete with pictures, and questioned whether something had changed as I'd never had this issue. She finally admitted (after me asking several times) they'd run out of their usual base coat and she'd purchased a different product in the meantime. I told her I'd had to get a new manicure while out of town because my nails were such a mess. She seemed unaffected and uncaring by this situation. When scheduling my next manicure, I mentioned to Nancy she'd said she would "take care of it" and noted that my next manicure should be complimentary since it failed within a few days. She said that the manager/owner had refused to honor this, but she would talk to her again. Nancy called me the next day to tell me that the manager/owner would only honor a complimentary manicure IF I HAD COME TO THEM when it was a mess. I explained (AGAIN) that I was in South Carolina and unable to come and that my nails would have begun to shred due to the craggy sharp edges that were catching on everything. However, the manager/owner would not budge. I'm so sorry to leave Nancy - she was a great nail tech - but I cannot give my business to a company that so easily dismissed the valid concerns of faithful, long standing client. Good nail techs are hard to find...and I'm very disappointed in the manager/owner. Perhaps she will learn from this situation the correct way to treat customers.

I am a stan of Grace Nails. I have been going to Mia for over 15 years and won't go anywhere else. I get compliments on my nails on the regular. Glitter Gang!! The salon is so well maintained and you feel taken care of not only by who is doing your service but all the staff. Nancy can never leave because she gets my ten toes camera ready every time. She listens and offers advice. Mia is caring and thoughtful and will also offer you advice and tips on nail care. I also get waxing done (eyebrows and bikini) and the service is amazing. The color selection (gel or dip) isn't slight so if you cant find what you are looking for then you may be color blind:) Amazing salon and staff. I wont go anywhere else and if you are going somewhere else for nail services and waxing services stop and come here asap, you wont want to go anywhere else. Why would you when you can everything done at one place. Dope and amazing book your appointment!!!!

I have been a client of Mia’s (owner of Grace nails) for about 10 years . She is the absolute best at what she does especially since I’m one of the pickiest and biggest nail/cuticle biter. She’s the only one that can do acrylics or dip on me without it falling off and they can last from 4-6 weeks even with me picking at them bahaha…which is why even after moving to Frederick, MD I still make the trip to silver spring just to have my nails done. I’d also highly recommend her for waxing as well - from eyebrows to upper lip, underarms and Brazilian ! For pedicures I highly recommend Mindy ! She takes her time and always perfects the gel polish and shape of toe nails . My 13 year old daughter loves the shaping of when she gets her eyebrows waxed by Mindy…she also recently got her very first acrylic gel set and is in LOVE with them ! Grace nails recently moved two doors down in the little shopping center where it was renovated with very welcoming and modern spa vibes and on top of that VERY CLEAN and SPACIOUS ! GO SEE FOR YOURSELVES ! 😊

I have been going to grace nails for about 8years. It has always been a wonderful experience. Mindy is beyond amazing when it’s time to do my pedicure. I always ensure I book with her. Mia is my go to ALWAYS for my hands when I get dip/sns. She knows me so well and knows what colors I like and don’t. When I have a hard time picking one she knows exactly what to give me. I’m never really a type of design type of girl but everything I have done have been amazing! I will faithfully continue going to Grace nails even if I am 30mins away 💖

Recently renovated, moved two doors down. Excellent service. Extremely clean. Recommend making an appointment right now as they're busy with reopening and summer vacations. Good prices, friendly staff.

I have been coming here a while. Their new shop is amazing love the new modern look and style. They have 12 mani chairs and 8 pedi chairs and new scents for their deluxe pedi. They have 2 wax rooms. Alot more space. Pics of new shop and prices with pics of old prices.

This is the only place I trust to do my nails. It took me trying 3 places before finding the perfect place. I’m busy so my appointments are every 3-4 weeks and I’ve never had a break or a chip. I work a lot with my hands and so having presentable, long lasting nails is a must. The nails I have now are a little over 4 weeks and look stunning.

Just went for the first time - saw Jade and she was lovely and thorough. The salon seemed very clean and pleasant as well. I’ll be back
