Dec 29 2021, this place has gone downhill. I think they are suffering from extreme staff rollover. Table bread and butter were great (pic). I also enjoyed Cuban sandwich (pic). It was long and skinny, very tasty but a little small. However, we had extreme issues with everything else. Our entrees came out before our appetizer. I then very clearly instructed the food runner to just not bring the app. and take it off the bill. He brought the app anyway. Annoyed, I told him to take it away. But the worst of the experience was my vegetarian wife's burger. They made the burger with cheese and some sauce that had pickles in it, despite those requested to be removed. Take a look at the pic of what they brought after speaking to the manager to correct the order. They simply scraped the non-vegan cheese off the burger and put it on a bare plate with mayo. You can't just scrape the cheese off! And what happened to the lettuce, tomato, onion that are supposed to be there? Two stars instead of one only because I've had good experiences here before the pandemic.

Racist manager. don’t go there to spoil yr evening. Ms Yvette, the manager at this store is very racist. Very rude and illiterate person. Would you expect anyone to yell at customer at the host stand for just asking for one extra chair?? We booked for 4 but had 5 people. She aggressively lashed out at us. She instructed the host to give us a tiny booth. We did Ty even utter a word as we were there to have good time but we were wrong!! There were several seats and bigger booths available in all sections of the restaurant but she is just racist When we asked if we can move to another spot, Ms Yvette was spying on us and ran quickly again to yell at us again!!!WOW. Paying to get insulated by restaurant staff!! Vacant seats were vacant till our departure! Manager / nobody, never came to ask us how our food was? How unfairly treated by bunch of restaurant staff!! Can never image to go there again.

Food proportions are large to make up for the lack of flavor. Like cafeteria food, but worse because I pay more for this food. Red velvet cheesecake was sickeningly sweet and made me feel unwell from the high level of sweetness. Slow service, food took 35 minutes to arrive. Would not return.

Had a great meal with family. The fare is above average but could have been a bit better. Unfortunately the restaurant was extremely loud which took away from the experience a bit. Overall the experience was pleasant and we will return which is the most important thing.

I have finally eaten here for the LAST TIME. While the decor is beautiful and the cheesecakes are great, the service is sluggish and food is always swimming in grease. I am always stuck with a waiter who has no zest or energy...hardly a smile...and is just lazy overall. The younger workers truly need better training, specifically! DON'T ORDER NACHOS unless you enjoy eating soggy tortillas swimming in grease! I ordered the cucumber lemonade, saw something floating in it, and after requesting another, the waiter tried to explain what the floating thing was. No sir! Bad service. If you have all day to wait, enjoy greasy oily food with little salt, and don't mind a waiter with low energy, go here. There are only a few servers who care about what they do. The hostesses could also be more upbeat and friendly. Busy or not, a restaurant should run with better communication with everyone...from the front desk to the dining areas.

My server was great! I had a good time. My Salmon was just as I like it, crispy on the sides and moist in the inside. The only complain I have is that they don’t cut the broccoli 😜 , it’s just a huge broccoli stem (it was seasoned deliciously) but ,nonetheless, they still deserve a 5 stars! Highly recommend.

I always order the Thai chicken lettuce wrap when I come here. They never failed. This is the best lettuce wrap compared to any other restaurants I’ve been to. The steak Diane is surprisingly tasty. I never had this before. The steak is very tender, juicy and flavored perfectly with a light gravy, mushroom and caramelized sweet onion. The mashed potatoes is also very tasty. The avocado egg rolls are really good too. The sweet sauce that comes with the avocado rolls is perfectly matched with the avocado that has a little tangy taste. The chicken tortilla soup has a little hint of spicy hot. I probably would crumble the tortilla a little bit to make the soup a little thicker but this soup is good as is too. I forgot to take a picture of the brown bread. The bread is served warm and soft. You can find the bread at Giant supermarket too if you really like them. I like to put honey butter spread on this bread. Definitely come back here!

The Cheesecake factory experience has drastically changed over the years and not for the better. The Louisiana chicken and one other pasta meal have been my favorite meals and the sauce is not the same. It's now oily instead of creamy and you always have to get more on the side. The dynamite shrimp used to be delicious now its battered shrimp pieces with shells galore! You shouldn't have to battle with shells to enjoy shrimp (they're not limited to just the tail). My partner ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken but as you can see in the pics, it was over cooked and mushy. Just stick to the cheesecake or no pasta meals at this point from this location. This is not our first bad experience from here but we will not be going back. The best thing here was the service. The manager did remove the terrible food from the bill without us asking.

Haven't been back to the cheesecake factory in a long time unfortunately the food quality is really disappointing us. The calamari was bad all we can see was thick batter with very little squid and the squid were also over cooked. The Asian chicken salad is a no go, very plain. The only dish we liked was the crab dipped. My daughter's spaghetti and meatballs were very salty.

The restaurant's ambiance remains inviting, yet it’s apparent that the decor, particularly the furniture, could benefit from a refresh. We noticed a significant crack in our granite table, which was hard to overlook. Additionally, the menu presented to us seemed to have been neglected, marred by remnants of previous diners. On a positive note, the customer service continues to be commendable. However, I’ve observed a shift in the culinary experience over the last few years; the dishes now suggest a reliance on pre-prepared food, which is quite disheartening given the premium one pays for a dining experience here.

First of all, my server Rashida was fantastic!! We never had to wait for anything. The food was great and besides the floor being slippery everything else was top notch. We even spoke to the manager about her. Thanks again Rashida and cheesecake factory in Columbia Maryland for a great experience. Will do again!!

Service was extremely slow 😕 and the food was okay , I don’t recall the pasta my wife had but the noodles were dry. Even our waiter pointed it out. Also I had a Italian trio and the chicken had a weird seafood taste. Not sure if they simply used the same grease my order had no seafood included !! But The staff was very kind. I appreciate the honesty I received from our waiter. His name was lane.

Sometimes restaurants can be great and other days not so great. I love this restaurant chain and specifically this site. However my last visit was affected by ‘rotated staff’. Those who served in the kitchen doing the cooking was way off base this Sunday. Nothing tasted the same and everything came out late and distasteful. Perhaps football season dismantled staff causing bad service. Waiter was totally discombobulated. Just not my day there. Bad review it is.

Love this restaurant! The options of food and cheesecake are so many! I never loved cheesecake before but you can hardly taste the cheese in it! I'm a sucker for their snickers and chocolate Tuxedo cream cheesecake! If you don't like Chocolate you have to try their Mango Key Lime Cheesecake. It has the right amount of sweetness with a tang! They have other treats too besides cheesecake Luke a fudge cake, carrot cake, tiramasu and warm apple crisp 😋 I tried their skinnylicious Lemon Herb Parmesan chicken with asparagus. Omgosh it was delicious and the perfect amount. The skinnylicious chicken pasta is very food too! Love this place! Oh I forgot to mention, they serve breakfast all day with omelets and eggs and toast and whole lot of other options!

It's fine for what it is. Cheesecake Factory is a staple of suburban living. You are basically there for the faux fine dining experience.....and the cheesecake. Honestly, the only issue I have with cheesecake factory is the consistency. The menu has 50+ items, so maintaining consistency is damn near impossible. But it's fine for what it is, overpriced, but it's cool.

We had a reservation for 6:00 pm and when we got there they made us wait not 5, not 10… but 40 minutes before we were even lead to our seats! The food was subpar at best and was not worth the excruciating wait. I was extremely disappointed with the service and the fact that we had to wait even after getting a reservation!!!-

Pretty good food. Pleasant and attentive server. The kitchen is a bit slow. Good bread basket. Overall, very good for a chain.

My sister and I went out to dinner at Cheesecake Factory. I got the Cuban Sandwich. I asked for a Caesar salad, but I got fries, but they were good and the Cuban Sandwich was delicious 😋 My sister got the Avocado Chicken Sandwich with fries and a Peach & Raspberry Smoothie. She let me have a spoonful of her smoothie and it was really yummy. She said her sandwich was delicious too. The wait was 30 minutes, but it was nice outside and there were plenty of seats in the outdoor seating area. Once we got our table, our service was great. My sister and I each have unusual food allergies, but our orders were perfect. The atmosphere was dim, which gave it a cozy feeling, but the music was a little too loud.

I love this cheesecake factory, but on this particular occasion, we were a bit disappointed with our entrées. We order the bang, bang chicken and shrimp and also the chicken and seafood gumbo. We were not that impressed with either dish. It was a bit surprising because we have had many dishes at the cheesecake factory and I can’t say that I’ve ever had one that I didn’t like. We had more rice, then entrée, and the flavors were different…. ( not quite sure how to explain). The red velvet cheesecake made up for the disappointing dishes. The Red Velvet Cheesecake is everything! Our server was great, and we usually always have a good experience with their customer service.

The server was amazing. The dulce de Leche cheesecake was good too. The coconut mojito was flavorful, little alcohol tho. But I was really disappointed with the bang bang shrimp and chicken. The chicken lacked seasoning, the plate was not visually pleasing. There was only a few chunks of chicken on the plate and a few shrimp. Way too much rice to sauce ratio, even tho I asked for extra sauce. I was looking for a pop of flavor and it wasn't there. For the price of the meal, I would not recommend. Way too small of a serving. Not even a quarter of a chicken breast was on that plate. This was my first and last visit to any Cheesecake factory.

For a chain this place has some pretty solid options for a range of desires. The veggie burger was a bit hard to eat, because it was just too thick. I liked what they did with it flavor wise, but definitely a lot to handle. Love their free bread they offer, definitely better than many other places that serve complimentary bread. The prices are pretty high, we spent $50 per person with just 2 drinks each. But I guess that's the new norm these days. We got lucky and there was no wait when we went, but it can get pretty busy with a decent wait. I recommend to either make a reservation online, or call ahead about wait times.

I think I may have gone to this Cheesecake Factory for the last time. Yikes. Just left a happy hour. The calamari was literally half the normal happy hour portion and the fried exterior slipped off of the calamari and ended up being left behind. Does NOT taste how it used to. The shrimp was cheap tasting. Everything else was good but portions are smaller yet prices are higher. The service was good, fast. Everyone that works there does a good job. Also, the cheesecakes are MUCH more expensive and the slices are smaller. Today’s visit didn’t seem worth it. Could have eaten at home. I took a picture of the food immediately after it came out, untouched. The calamari came out just as pictured, bunched up to the corner of the plate.

No wait. Sat by the bar. Had a strawberry blossom. Two to be exact. Sweet tamale cakes has been my favorite for a long while. New to me was the Louisiana chicken. It's in a butter sauce; just wished it had more mushrooms than peppers. Lastly the best way to conclude this delcious meal is with an oreo cheesecake. It's a must!
