I was not pleased with this dining experience. I had higher expectations of this restaurant. Upon arrival the servers were rummaging threw customers door dash take out orders on the floor of the restaurant. Our server seemed less then motivated. Food was decent. My drinking glass was dirty so i asked for another and both were dirty. So whelp no water for me!! To top the night off, i was giving a Maggiano's pen to sign the receipt. I can not recommend this location to another person.

Amazing food but service was ok, they need to be more careful with cleaning wise. We ordered dynamite shrimp and chicken lettuce wrap in appetizer and Mangolian beef with fried rice, tofu and broccoli with fried rice and lomein signature with chicken. Best was Mongolian beef.

Late Dinner Date - Atmosphere was very nice on a chilly night. Hubby was a little thrown off by the peanuts in the appetizer. Other than that, the food was okay?! My shrimp were a little oily greasy - where I had to clear my throat / palette.

Been to P.F. Chang’s many times but our recent experience made us feel that food has completely changed and the dishes are more sweeter. I ordered shrimp kung pau as an entree - it lacked sauce and veggies. All I saw was shrimp and nothing else to eat with. Taste was too dry and sweet. Even Mapo Tofu was sweeter. Taste has completely disappeared. Service was not bad and the atmosphere was average.

Great food, terrible service, but I’m sure it was partly because it was Saturday night and Covid staff shortages. However, waiter was still rude and tossed the plate to us at one point. Will likely come back only for takeout.

P.F.Changs is since years one of our favorite places. Dominic has done a great service, while I had higher expectations regarding the Wagyu Steak quality. It was good but would not order it again.

I love the lettuce wraps, combo fried rice, and ribs. Tried a coconut mojito without the mint, but I won't do that again. Good, dependable food. I was a little disappointed, despite it being a beautiful day, outside dining wasn't available.

I'm not a big review guy but this had to be done. We ordered six bowls from lunch menu I got the Crispy honey shrimp and it was absolutely disgusting. It taste like it was cooked in old burnt cooking oil. I could go on about a few other issues but I'll leave here and hopefully I can post a few pics

Visited P.F. Chang's for lunch and it was amazing. The food was perfect and so was the service, very friendly and tentative. I would highly recommend both types of the dumplings and the salad wraps. Anything you order will be great I guarantee it.

The vibe was kind of like putting the corner in the spotlight, but our waiter swooped in and made it a good time—quick service, and she was a champ with the food. Now, let's dive into the main event: the eats. My inaugural P.F. Chang's experience, and the lettuce wraps were a showstopper. The wonton Wagyu or filet mignon? Decent, not mind-blowing. Flames for flair? Absolutely entertaining. The sauce didn't win any awards, but I vibed with some dishes, like the crab and pork belly fried rice but no type of seasoning. Maybe chain restaurants lost a bit of their sparkle, but there were still sparks.

It was my second time at this location right next to the Mall at Columbia. The restaurant tends to get pretty busy on weekends and holidays, so it's best to make an advance reservation. The service is prompt. We accidently got served kung pao chicken instead of Shrimps however our server (Dominic) quickly had it corrected and switched. Dynamite Shrimps is our all-time favorite 😍. I tried the pan-fried shrimp dumplings from their new menu, and it was an instant hit!! The lettuce wraps and spring rolls were also great appetizers along with the tempura calamari, which was a tad bit salty. The main course was Shrimps Lo Mein, Changs Fried rice and kung pao Shrimps. Don't forget to ask for extra sauce. otherwise, the rice feels too dry! The location is super convenient if you're looking to shop before or after a sumptuous meal!

Absolutely amazing experience! To my favorite bartender Pete! Great personality, excellent service. Never made me feel left out at the bar. Consistently checked on me and helped me with my needs. Definitely will come back again.

This was a day celebration for the books. The food was good our waiter was good Andrew. Now the smh moments …The women’s bathroom was horrible for over an hour (the whole stay) , melted ice cream for a four year old, beer dropping to the floor and spilling on us and to end the night a mouse joined us in the dining room. Definitely a celebration we will not forget.

Our server, Cameron, was perfect! Food was eye candy, tasty and plentiful. We even had the Fried Banana Rolls drizzled with caramel and pineapple ice cream! Yum

Just like other restaurants, there are not enough waiters. I had to flag down the manager, and he was our waiter. Food was decent.

Great food and even better hospitality. I was fortunate enough to have LC as my server and she was the reason for the great experience. She was pleasant to talk to, made sure our food came in a timely manner, and was an overall great host. I will definitely be back, hoping to have her again!

Kongpao shrimp bowl for lunch and took lettuce chicken home for hubby. The shrimp fish is too sweet but the classic lettuce wrap chicken never disappoints. Still a great place for lunch!

Amazing food and excellent service! This location especially has a nice atmosphere and plenty of free parking. What I find surprising is no one takes advantage of the bar! The drinks are never hit or miss, full menu available, and nice bartenders!

Good food great taste We ordered Mongolian beef, shrimp fried rice. Mongolian beef comes with brown rice. It was one of the finest beef items that I have ever had. The restaurant is very popular and it attracts a heavy traffic. So, expect delays in ordering and serving. I previously pointed out a problem with the tip but it was a mistake from my side. I did talk with the restaurant manager Brian and he explained everything to me. I absolutely loved their food and I have a plan to go their again soon.

My coworkers and I had dinner at the Columbia PFChang. Our waiter Chris was friendly, with great customer service.👏🏾 The manager Brian is Awesome. The food absolutely amazing! Spicy Chicken 👍🏽❤️

We really love this place. My daughter has celiac disease and it’s very hard to find a place that is safe enough or honest enough for her to eat. The management and staff are amazing, they care about their customers and service. They personally make sure my daughters food comes out safe to eat. We drive here from Anne Arundel county because of the level of care and quality. The food is delicious! Very nice menu selection. I love that the Parking garage is right next to the restaurant. The Manager Julia and her co-workers keep us coming back!

I came here for lunch on my birthday. It was enjoyable, and our waitress was great. The food was good; there was nothing chewy or mushy about it. So that's always a plus 🙂

Went to celebrate a family event and had excellent service from Andrew! He was very knowledgeable about the menu options and very friendly. We had an allergy within our party and Andrew was very accommodating and assured us that we would not have to worry about it. I don't usually write reviews but was very pleased with the service and visit overall.
