Best urgent Ive ever been to! Very clean and fresh smelling. It was very up to date, waiting room chairs all had charging stations (outlets, usb ports) and the lighting was fancy. The kids play area was clean! There was practically no wait, all paperwork is filled out on your own phone, very convenient. The staff was very attentive, patient and Great with kids. The doctor was thorough and supportive. Also my son loved getting a coin to use in the prize machine as well! The doctor also called personally after the visit to give test results shortly after. There isn't enough stars to give them!

Front stuff are very friendly and nice. Clean environment. I walked in and I was seen immediately. Kid friendly space. Dr Mohammad is very professional and he knows what he is doing. I recommend this place to anyone looking to be treated kindly. Thank you so much for seeing me.

This has to be one of the best clinics I've ever been to. The place is clean children friendly and the front desk is so warm and welcoming. The doctor (Mohammad) on staff was very nice & wonderful bedside manner. He was able to help me with everything I needed and then some, they actually were able to help me find a doctor and then a week later called just a check how I was doing. I can't even get that kind of service from my general practitioner lol so I highly recommend this place.

I stopped by the clinic today because my wife was sick. The clinic is very neat, modern and clean. There’s a kid area and a coffee table which is very great I’ve never seen this in a clinic before. The waiting time was like 10 minimum although the clinic was full. The doctor and nurses are very polite and professional. Very recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

From front desk to the physician the visit was absolutely amazing. There were no confusions, they took us in the back to the very clean and beautiful exam room, were the physician came to greet us within 2 minutes in the room. I signed in at 5:06pm and I’m home doing this review at 5:36pm, I will definitely be back when needed. Thank you everyone at UrgiClinic urgent care.

I 100% percent recommend Urgiclinic. My first visit.Starting off I was in severe stomach pain. Staff / assistants greeted me they were so kind. Doctor came in started my treatment while there they were very attentive to my needs. Thank you. You guys are awesome.

Was scrambling to find somewhere to take my son for ear pain on a Saturday evening. Thankfully they were open and everything went so quick and smoothly! So glad to know of this place when in need of quick, courteous care!

I'm always a little worried about going to the doctors, but yesterday the guy and girl at the front desk made me feel so comfortable with going. He took my vitals and they made me laugh they even had a coffee station which I thought was nice and the Nurse practitioner who saw me was very professional and great at his job. I feel a lot better and would definitely recommend.

I'm so happy a friend recommended me to this urgent care. I couldn't be happier. It's such a nice office and has a wonderful staff. Rahaf is so welcoming, warm and caring I always hope to see her. Dr. Khader relieved me of my issues each time I needed care with kindness and compassion. I will be returning and I highly recommend this urgent care.

A very clean place and the treatment of the staff and the doctor is very wonderful. The doctor has a high experience and they care about the patients and their health. What is important to me is that you can go at any time you want and never wait long.

I am amazed with this place! I went in with extremely high blood pressure and was taken back immediately and treated so kindly by everyone there! The receptionists were amazing and Dr. Khader is a sweetheart, very attentive and knows exactly what he is doing. I recommend this place to everyone that needs to be seen quickly and want to be treated with genuine care!!!!

The aspect of checking in upfront was awesome! They are super fast and very amazing with children!! My son developed an allergy outve nowhere and we were seen almost immediately and they went above and beyond! I was expecting a simple cream or home remedy but they gave him the best care possible!!

Nice, clean, and efficient urgent care. After going to the OSF urgent care in Oak Lawn TWICE for pink eye they couldn’t give me an effective treatment. Then I saw this urgent care on google and the front desk was the SWEETEST and within minutes the Dr. knew exactly what to prescribe me for my pink eye and it worked immediately. 10/10 would come back!!!
