PAYTON! She was amazing. My friend and I went into the store a week after our half marathon to get fitted for new sneakers. It was time. We'd never been there, but have always wanted to go because of their reputation in town! I wanted to get professionally assessed, based off my training style, walk, foot anatomy and previous history. Payton helped us both at the same time and was incredibly knowledgeable. It was truly the best experience we've ever encountered from a customer service standpoint. She was kind, patient, helpful and honest. We both left with new sneakers in brands we never would have considered, because Payton made suggestions we didn't know we needed. We are so grateful to have been with her and are excited to continue our running journey! Thank you guys so much!!! This is the kind of service we all need out there. If I would have kept running in the shoes that I had (Hokas, which are amazing, but weren't for me), I could have gotten injured. So pumped we went in and got this done. Highly recommend for peace of mind if you're training and maybe don't have the right sneakers or gear. You never know, until you know!!

John, Julian, and Jake (three guys working in two separate stores) worked their butts off to get me into the right pair of shoes. It took a couple of tries, but John gave my foot pain more attention than any other salesperson ever has. He helped brainstorm creative solutions, switching out insert-shoe combinations and letting me try each new set-up for a couple of days. I eventually landed on a pair "no drop" Altra's that have given my toes the space they needed. The foot pain is going down and I feel a lot of relief. I can't recommend them enough.

Another great running store. They were friendly and had the shoe inserts I wanted. They even offered to take them back within 60 days. If you need shoes that fit you and cannot find them at big box stores then search here.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well as super friendly. Explained exactly what was going on with my feet (overpronation) and recommended several different options not just the most expensive one.
