The assistant manager lady who works mornings is awful. The most unpleasant attitude. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

After driving for work all night I was feeling kinda hungry so after pumping gas I went inside to grab food. Feeling good about myself for fighting my primal urge to clean out the doughnut case, I instead walked over to the "speedy cafe". There were some decent looking breakfast options such as burritos, paninis, and even a few breakfast pizzas and bowls. I chose a "create your own bowl with shredded 🧀, 🫑, 🧅, and 🍅. The girl working the kitchen was very friendly and it was finished in a few minutes. After paying I retrieves the item and left the store. When I got out to my car I looked at the bowl and may or may not have pee'd a little from laughing. It looked like this lady "mamma bird'd" this breakfast for me. The cheese wasn't even melted. I mean she could have at least fed it to me.....but because I had to use a fork, I'm going to say that this bowl was not worth the $3.99. it tasted ok(she didn't over chew it), but definitely not worth $3.99. My god, what I would do for a doughnut twist rolled in cinnamon and sugar right now..... The store was very clean though and as usual the staff were very nice and got me on my way quickly.

Place used to be Great , not anymore! No coffee brewed at 4:20 a.m., especially when 1 particular employee works. Bathrooms filthy , no creamer etc etc . Just a poor attitude all overall who is constantly on the phone. Please get better employees 🙏!!

Of all the gas stations in Bensenville I choose speedway out of convenience. But Tuesday afternoon, I witnessed a customer be berated. There was a girl working at the left cash register and was telling the other employee not to ring up the customer. In doing so, she referred (with a smile on her face as she knew what she was doing) purposely tried to misgender that customer. Her exact words were “don’t ring him or her or it up..” obviously referring to the customers gender. Then she went on to keep the yelling at the customer while the rest of us waited in line. My daughter is trans. One of my best friends are lesbian. I have several lgbtq friends and family members. Trying to humiliate a customer you’re having a problem with by loudly misgendering them more than once in front of everyone is not only UNPROFESSIONAL but you can also be sued for discrimination. I let that customer know in the parking lot that if they do decide to make this a legal issue, I was willing to be a witness. Y’all really need to start screening these employees. I know it’s hard to find help nowadays but the solution isn’t to just hire any mouthy hag off the street.

Over all good experience . Clean location , quick bite to eat, and a place to sit down and eat .

Hit or Miss Experience depending on time. Sometimes Smooth at pumps but many times does not read cards. Restrooms also should be cleaned or maintained better. No soap or Towels and always in filthy condition. Everything Damaged, Like demo site. Like a bomb went off and know one there cares. Seems to be Short Staffed. Call's to Corporate do Nothing to change constant problems. Rather Embarrassing to have this be what many that travel thru Bensenville Experience.

Awesome gas station/super shop! Has tons if snacks, beverages, hot food, public bathrooms that are very clean with friendly staff. Easy parking with handicap parking. Car wash as well. Even has a little cafe style section to take a break and drink/eat really quick. I would recommend to anyone especially with the great gas prices they always have!

Very friendly staff, my Canadian credit card didn’t work at the pump so they helped me with my zip code and debit card inside.
