Embroid This was the recommended place to order shirts and hoodies from my daughter’s softball team. I placed an order on September 27th for my daughter’s softball shirt and it said my order would be ready in approximately 7 days. It took 2 weeks to be ready. Then, when I arrived to pick up my order, one of the items was the wrong size. I ordered a youth extra large long sleeved black shirt. They gave me a youth small shirt. I was told my corrected item would be ready the next business day since it was now a “rush”. It took a week for it to be ready. The second time, they gave me a short sleeved shirt. Again, I was promised it would be ready the next business day. It’s been a week again and my “rush” order is still not ready. I called to ask and all I got was, “I’m sorry. We can’t control if people show up to work or how well they do their jobs.” I have received nothing but poor customer service. At this point, my daughter’s softball season is over this weekend. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Have used Ace and his crew for a few years now. Wouldn't use anyone else. Integrity is what they stand on. Excellent customer service, product, design, and communication. When I order from Embroid This I know my apparel will stand out above the rest. Thank you so much!

Love that u can bring in ur own shirts & have them embroidered. Would definitely recommend. Prices are reasonable & turn around time wasn't bad at all. Also like the text message option they have :)

I have gotten items customized here before but after the poor customer service today I will not be back. There was a older male at the counter when I walked in and there a customer that entered right behind me (Caucasian lady). The male asked “how can I help you?” but was looking at the lady behind me so I asked if he was addressing me because it did not appear that way. He stated yes as he glared at me as if I was from another planet. His whole demeanor was negative. I will not give my business to people like this.I’d say if you’re any other race besides Caucasian you should go elsewhere.

I ordered spirit wear through my sons football team. They all turned out excellent and were very well-made. We will be coming here now for all our clothing personalization needs :)

Always friendly customer service. Store is clean and I love their mascot! Staff is very helpful when planning designs. I won't use any other printing place! 🙂

They have been doing the embroidery on my remodeling business apparel for a few years, from my shirts, sweat sirts, hat and a couple large ones on the back of my winter coats. Usually I supplied what I wanted embroidered except for the hats. There was one time they missed the thread colors on a specific color of shirt. I called up and talked to Ace. When I brought them back, they made it right with new shirts closely resembling what I supplied and even gave me the messed up ones back. They weren't too messed up that they were not any good. They just didn't pop like they should. It was a fast turnaround for the corrected ones. I have been more than satisfied with their service. Apparently a lot if others think the same or they wouldn't be so busy and moved to expand.

Embroid This did a fantastic job with a custom one-off order for a Christmas gift. Clear communication and visual updates on the item's progress throughout, and were able to complete the item faster than any competing service I could find. Would definitely use this service again!
