Room was nice for price shower was Luke warm and breakfast was good first day but the day we left had to be at ball field early and breakfast was still not set up 15 minutes after it was supposed to be. Paid for breakfast for 4 and couldn't even get a hot chocolate or muffin for the kids.

We had an overall great experience here. We've stayed here a couple of times for softball tournaments and both times worked out really well. The location is great since it is just down the street from the softball fields and it's so close to gas, grocery, food. The rooms are nice enough and clean (though the last time we were there, we did get a room that has a jacuzzi in the actual room, not in the bathroom; it was unexpected lol). But I really wanted to leave a review about the service. The service overall was good, but I specifically wanted to mention David. David was working in the breakfast room both mornings we were there, and he did an excellent job. He kept the food well stocked, cleaned up after people almost as soon as they were done, was friendly with the hotel guests (he asked my daughter about her games and how things were going), and just really helped to make breakfast time a pleasant experience.

Our room through online booking didn't exist. We were upgraded which was nice. Breakfast crew was more interested in the TV or correcting my son then doing his job. Then when my sons stuffed animal and hand made blanket were left behind we got absolutely no help after 6 or 7 phone calls.

My husbands and I have stayed many places and you can tell when staff really cares about the people they have staying here. The rooms are clean. The staff really take the time to put everything into place for the guests and it really shows. Breakfast is good and they always have hot coffee or tea with cookies all the times. The staff seems to be more like a family. They do need a little updating but like I said the rooms are clean and bug free if other wise we would not be here for 5 months. Guests and there children need to think of others as they run and scream in the hallways. God Bless and Thank you.

If I could give the service more than 5 stars I would. If you have pets, this is the place to come. And a nice pool, hot tub, hot breakfast.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms with hottubs! Pro tip: run only hot water when filling the hot tub, then top it off with some cold before entry. Breakfast bar was good.

This place is sub-par. I arrvied at night, no one was around. I called and finally someone came to the front. The room that was reserved, the door mechanism was broken. I was dead tired at 3am and I had to go back and forth to the counter to get the key card to work right. It never did open, ended up getting another room (different bed set up) and I went to the car and that latch was also faulty, but we were able to get it to work. Don't you guys check the rooms? The room was nothing to write home about. Latches on windows missing, microwave not working (my boss did not even know it had a microwave), just stuff like that. NO lights on the ceiling. I like well-lit rooms. Just had a lamp on the wall next to the bed. The air/heat system sounds like your sleeping next to a jet engine. This place is more like a glorified motel. When I arrivied, I saw all these work trucks, kinda set the tone for us for what to expect. And yes I know its not a 5 star hotel, but the basics should work correctly.

Stayed here for one night to see a concert at the civic center - this hotel is 20 min away from it but very easy to get to!!! Front desk girl was super kind and let us check in early. Hotel smells very clean!!! Like it’s actually super nice. Room was great too- comfortable bed and quiet at night. Hotel is also close to a lot of food, gas stations etc. I’d recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The highlight was our breakfast both mornings. It was outstanding! Fresh, hot and delicious. David does an amazing job! He is the best!

Great location for softball tournament. Super close to fields, restaurants and shopping. Service was super friendly and accommodating a 90 min early checkin. Room is clean superficially, but meh…carpets are filthy, paint is worn, bathroom countertops and sinks had stains. I’m need of a SERIOUS renovate or deep clean. Microwave and mini fridge in room which is good for a long weekend of softball. Beds are not very firm. For what we paid, I would have expected a little more updated hotel.

I want to preface this by saying the desk staff I worked with were genuinely sweet people, and seemed to feel awful about the experience. They DID refund one of our nights we were there. We arrived on a Friday, and since I was already going to Target anyway one of the things I grabbed was clorox wipes. Why? There were huge gobs of blue toothpaste smeared on the closet doors. Some sort of food related handprints on the inside of the bathroom door, and sticky drink stuff spilled and dried onto the floor between the beds. The sheets had been changed out, and the towels/bath tissue prepped for a new guest..so housekeeping HAD been in the room. When I asked the desk staff at 6:45 the next morning the girl asked if that meant I wanted the room "deep cleaned". I don't feel like wiping down high touch surfaces and cleaning the floor is outside the realm of normal room cleaning. The beds were not terribly comfortable, but I'm clearly princess and the pea girl over here and firm mattresses do nothing good for me. Overall, it was a room with a bed. The wallpaper in the bathrooms is peeling, the shower head shakes and rattles in the wall. When the room next to us flushed, the toilet in our room would gurgle. But..again..room with a bed. The only reason my rating is what it is is because when paying 200ish for a room, I expect it to be clean at the very least.

This wasn't a bad stay, just not my favorite. The breakfast options are great and I loved the hot tub. But this is definitely a family hotel so expect noise and potentially kids throwing food into the pool unsupervised. The other weird bummer was that the beds were incredibly noisy. Also our room key kept not working, we stayed for 4 nights and had to get new keys every day.

This hotel used to be a good choice for a stay but not so much now. Rooms were average and seemed clean, however, the room, lobby, and hallways smelled heavily of some sort of spray or cologne, which is usually an indication of an attempt to cover other smells. Carpets were also stained and dirty. Overall, the hotel seems to be not well maintained with cleanliness.

Had a great experience. Rooms were quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms could use a freshening but still serve their purpose. Staff was attentive and quick to offer help. Breakfast hit the spot. Overall great value. Will stay here again in the future.

Nice place but our room was so noisy. AC unit sounds like a jet is taking off every 10 minutes. Also sounded like a vacuum was running in the late hours behind our walls. When we arrived we arrived very late and just wanted to sleep, get to bed and noticed the blackout curtains couldn't be drawn together so we had to deal with the light of a street lamp all night.

Very nice hotel, sparkling clean, very warm, welcoming, and great staff. Quick overnight, but I'd sure make a stop again at this hotel! Definitely stay here in the Peoria area.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! My family stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Peoria, IL for one night on July 3rd and it’s been a truly awful experience. To start off with, they were unable to accommodate an early check-in despite there being two or three cars in the entire parking lot (already a bad sign). We called the morning before we arrived from out of town and were assured early check-in would not be a problem. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a room until 3:00. It caused several issues for us but the front desk person was unfazed when we explained. However, the biggest issue has been getting double-charged for the room. After calling the hotel to notify them of the issue, I’ve heard nothing from back management (it’s been a week now) and now I’m dealing with Radisson customer service that also hasn’t been able to help refund my money. Very disappointing..

Booked a king room the first night and a king jacuzzi room the second night. The first night there was no hot water at 6pm, nor no hot water at 10am the next morning. Complained to the desk staff. Management was supposed to call Monday morning and no one has called. It’s now Wednesday. Moved into the king jacuzzi room and the conditions were awful. I took several pictures. The bed had stains on it everywhere. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. The battery in the smoke detector was hanging out. There was no iron. There looked to have been several leaks in the ceiling that had bad patch jobs. I would’ve liked to have moved rooms, but they were sold out. I paid $177 a night. I slept on top of the covers because it was so disgusting.

I like the nice smell when entering the facility. Our room was upgraded to a hot tub room which was greatly appreciated. All the jets in the tub did not work and the tub drained extremely slow. I forgot to tell the manager. Service was top notch.

Well it was clean enough, there was a questionable yellow substance on the counter but I understand not seeing everything. It happens, everything else was clean. It was humid enough in the room I think the AC has an issue. I didn't ask for the TWO fire drills at 2AM and 6AM. The first time the alarm was on long enough I got myself and 1 year old daughter outside before we were told by another guest it was a false alarm. The girl at the front desk didn't think to come outside to tell anyone it was a false alarm, some how was surprised anyone even left the building and acted like this happened all of the time. We won't ever come back. Also seeing the the alarm was still in trouble mode and not fully reset when we left makes me wonder if that's just a normal state of function and that they aren't that concerned about getting it fixed.

Fantastic experience at this location. Excellent service, clean facilities, working hot tub and pool which are open to use, the first excellent breakfast service I've had since COVID started. Complimentary cookies at the counter made my night. I recommend this location for young families with children.

No surprise here it's the people that make this place five stars the room was okay with a fridge and a microwave. But the people are fantastic any questions we had were answered easily we were able to take a shuttle provided by the hotel to the Civic Center to see a concert there was a total of 8 to 10 of us at no charge. They also picked us up at the end of the show with little to no waiting time provided a wonderful breakfast for two days the place was exceptionally clean and well taken care of thank you Country Inns and Suites for such a wonderful trip

I recently checked in and was very surprised at how incredibly professional and amicable Lauryn the front desk agent is. She went above and beyond helping me with my reservation. If you're traveling with family I highly recommend this hotel. It is extremely clean, there is no riff raff or drama outside of the building. Kudos to the management team for hiring such excellent employees and keeping this place five stars. I highly recommend!!!
