My
stars
aren't
based
on
comparable
locations,
but
my
experience
with
each
one
individually.
However,
if
I
compare
my
stay
at
Hyatt
with
a
handful
of
places
I
have
booked
with
this
summer,
there
isn't
much
of
one.
If
you
can
afford
a
bit
more,
or
are
looking
for
an
amazing
place
that
doesn't
break
the
bank,
this
has
been
the
best
hotel
experience.
A
lot
of
places
are
training
new
staff
or
going
thru
growing
pains.
Be
kind
and
help
with
confidence!
The
staff
here
was
outstanding
and
went
above
and
beyond.
This
is
a
beautiful
and
busy
facility.
Banquet
rooms
for
events
and
meetings.
Restaurant
and
bar.
Huge
welcoming
lobby
with
plenty
of
room
to
gather
and
spend
some
time
together
or
meet.
The
courtyard
outside
is
a
wonderful
option
during
warmer
months.
Don't
let
the
older
hallway
carpet
on
the
walk
to
your
room
worry
you...
The
rooms
are
gorgeous.
Simple
yet
modern
with
a
nice
welcoming
touch
when
you
arrive.
I
also
appreciate
the
text
message
checking
in
to
ensure
all
was
well!
The
toiletries
were
great,
except
the
lotion
I
had.
I'd
change
that
brand
up
immediately,
Hyatt
lol...
I
love
the
simple
upgrades
that
make
you
feel
a
bit
more
at
home
(e.g.,
glassware,
keurig-style
coffee
maker).
I
believe
the
super
comfortable
sofa
turns
into
a
bed.
And
there's
an
extra
blanket
tucked
away
in
the
closet.
The
shower
is
modern.
For
showers,
it
beats
anywhere
else
I've
stayed.
Would
be
perfect
with
a
bench.
I
saw
complaints
about
noise
in
reviews.
I'm
super-sensitive
to
sound.
The
hotel
is
close
to
major
roads
and
the
interstate
(my
view
with
the
sunset),
but
it
wasn't
much
of
an
issue
in
this
building.
The
hallways
do
echo
and
carry.
This
happens
almost
anywhere.
Most
guests
won't
linger,
and
if
people
are
a
problem,
I'm
sure
a
pop-out
would
be
enough.
There
are
parties
and
events
here,
so
I
expect
people
to
be
social
and
having
fun,
especially
on
weekends.
I
did
have
some
difficulty
handling
noise
early
in
the
morning
more-so
with
staff
in
the
halls.
Employees
should
enjoy
work
and
socialize,
but
it
was
a
bit
much
with
loud
conversation
and
yelling
to
each
other
down
the
hall,
except
for
Tuesday
morning.
I
had
a
great
boss
when
I
worked
in
hospitality
as
a
teenager.
Her
catchphrase
to
wrangle
us
was
"walk
and
talk".
Still
great
advice.
The
privacy
tag
was
respected,
and
a
noon
check-out
that
you
can
complete
on
the
television
is
a
dream
for
those
who
like
sleeping-in,
want
to
take
the
extra
time
to
pack,
or
if
you
have
morning
activities.
The
fridge
is
more
of
a
chiller,
so
be
aware
it
won't
feel
like
a
fridge,
but
will
keep
beverages
and
food
cold
enough.
There
is
a
large
bottle
of
Evian
available
in
the
room
for
a
fee.
The
microwave
is
next
to
the
ice
machine.
I
used
it
a
lot
and
didn't
feel
I
missed
having
one
in
my
room.
I
didn't
try
out
the
restaurant
or
bar
this
time,
but
it
looks
amazing.
Check-in
was
exemplary.
An
adjustment
was
made
without
issue.
There
is
a
$50
per
day
incidental
deposit.
Be
prepared.
They
advised
3-5
days
for
the
refund,
but
mine
came
through
the
same
day
I
left.
I've
stayed
at
some
brands
where
this
and
the
price
was
much
lower,
and
left
smelling
like
pot.
It's
to
protect
everyone.
On
departure,
Yasmin
went
above
and
beyond
to
assist
me
with
my
bags.
She's
a
keeper!
Everyone
I
saw
was
top-notch.
Thank
you
so
much
for
a
much-needed
peaceful
staycation.
I'd
return
in
a
heartbeat.
😊
