I have stayed at this location many times in the past and it has always been very pleasant. We stayed for one night and checked in pretty late after 10pm. Upon arrival to the room, the bathroom smelled like urine. I felt bad checking in so late and didn’t bother asking for another room. Also, there was loud construction going on on the first floor at 8AM that lasted for about an hour. We stayed in the second floor. Normally, it is very pleasant experience staying at this location and I hope that it was just an outlier! We hope to give this location another opportunity in the future.

I stayed here during a recent work trip. The same person was at the front desk during check in and check out. She was not very pleasant and seemed like she was burdened by the guests. I also had my catalytic converter stolen overnight in the parking lot. The front desk lady was not sympathetic in the least, didn't apologize, and was pushy to have the police come even when I said I would like to call once my boss (also a victim of the same crime) was in the lobby with me. The front desk lady tried to argue with me, even though I had said I could call them. Her reply "There might be a line of guests if you wait to call and then I won't be able to do it, so I will call them now." The hotel has NO cameras in the parking lot and when the police came to file a report, he already knew the hotel didn't have cameras based on previous incidents in the parking lot. I know it is not the hotel's fault, but it seems like if the hotel cared about the safety and security of their guests, they would have installed cameras after the first one or two parking lot incidents. Be aware of the higher than normal risk for parking your car overnight here.

Overall decent hotel BUT breakfast food was runny and not good quality... someone threw up in the middle elevator, we came back about an hour later and it still wasn't cleaned up... the shower in our room was outdated and not very appealing.

My husband and I stayed at this property for one night and we stay a lot of Hiltons (Diamond members) because we love the cleanliness, staff, and overall ambiance, however this hotel extremely disappointed us. The overall feel was the hotel was outdated, there was mold on our shower curtain, the toilet had seen much better days, our phone in the room didn’t work, the food was not good, and the computers were down in the business center. It was definitely not worth the price we paid for one night so we will never be back here again.

Great hotel for the price! Hot breakfast was terrific. We also had 2 free drinks at the bar during happy hour but not sure if that was associated with the room we had or was general policy. Food was awesome too for dinner.

Let's start with the positive, the Staff goes beyond at this hotel!! Amazing 👏. As everyone knows the breakfast and cocktail hours at night are excellent. Clean common areas. The sizes of the rooms are decent. The negative the room we stay can benefit from some updating, shower, diverter, looks like there was a water leak at some point from above and this area was not repair. The beds are smaller, than other hotels.

Very nice staff, although I was confused as a Diamond Member because prior to arrival I was getting emails to “upgrade my stay” for a fee but when I asked for available upgrades at check in the gentleman said it was a “suite” hotel so there was nothing to upgrade. The rooms are very comfortable. Love the view with wide open windows. The main struggle the entire time was heating & cooling. I had a maintenance person spend a good 20 minutes explaining the hotel’s system because I was freezing. (The coils were in fact not heating.) Unlike some hotels, if you’re trying to change the temperature in your room, you have to give it at least an hour. Then Chicago had an outside temperature swing hotter, and my room wouldn’t cool off the next two days. I was miserable as well as many others traveling in my group. The onsite restaurant and bar was good. A limited menu but the shrimp scampi was excellent.

Stayed at this hotel twice a couple of weeks apart. Had a small issue each time (1 with heating and the other with the bathroom) and both times the issue was resolved right away after notifying the front desk. The rooms are a bit outdated though. The hotel offers 2 complimentary drinks each night as well as complimentary breakfast which is a plus. As far as service goes, James the bartender, was amazing every time we went to the restaurant there. He has a great personality, was accommodating, and his drinks were mixed to perfection. Even if we didn’t stay at the hotel, we would go back to the restaurant just because of him. All in all, we would stay here again.

For as busy as the staff is, they are friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious. And while they're very quiet and you can't really hear the sounds of the neighboring rooms, they show obvious signs of wear. It's especially noticeable in the curtains which in places show heat damage or sun damage, they're in strands in center places. For us the location was very good the only strange thing about the location is the hotel is surrounded by a bunch of empty office buildings with weed-filled parking lots.

I was pretty excited to see a quiet place. It has amazing indoor view. I enjoyed breakfast: it has various options. Staff was friendly. Erving time snack was a good option. Little issue with room and restroom plumbing but overall I have a great leisure trip with my family. It was quite and adequate during night time. Elevator has secure operating option. I recommend it for family and friends.

Very friendly staff. Best free breakfast In morning. Many varieties of breakfast options. Live omelette. Also get two free drinks in evening. Just three lift on one side of building. Ample of parking spaces. Don’t forget to get water bottles and goodies from reception.

The rooms were nice and clean, with a pull-out mattress from the couch if you need an extra bed. The service was great, all the staff were friendly. Special thanks to Isabela at the omelette counter for having such an upbeat and friendly attitude, even if it was very early in the morning. Only thing I would complain about is the TVs working very slowly, I think the remote in my room needed a battery change.

The inside of the building was made with great architecture. I absolutely loved the inside of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and late bar was perfect!! Rooms were a great size and priced very well for the area. I had no issues during my stay. Customer service was amazing.

Customer service was exceptional - Doris at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we felt taken care of. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. We appreciated the free drinks at reception and the breakfast was nicer than expected with multiple hot options.

This is the best place I can stay in. Nicole and Rick are one the best employees and Manager I have met. They helped with all my needs, make sure my hotel stay is comfortable and offer extra help if needed. I go here for the SERVICE.. one of the best! Real comment here.

We stopped and stayed for a very close friends parents celebration of life. The celebration was a great celebration of their lives! The stay however wasn't that great. Being a past Diamond Member the service was EXTREMELY different with my wife's name on the bill and reservation. We left 2 items in the fridge in reusable containers my wife left a jacket and some hangers in the closet. When she called that evening she was told nothing was turned in or it was thrown away! Just plain tossed in the trash sent to a garbage heap somewhere no lost and found? When I traveled and was a Diamond Member there wasn't this type of nonchalant service. But today there are less upstanding people and perhaps theft has made it's way into people cleaning. All said it was very disappointing for our travels under my wife's name

Embassy Suites in Deerfield, IL is clean, quiet and well-run. Breakfast selection is awesome and in spite of the dining area being VERY busy both days of our stay, things run efficiently. Hours after we left my wife discovered she forgot something in our room and we phoned the hotel from the car to see if Housekeeping had found it. Abraham at the Front Desk took detailed notes on the article in question and took our number. In addition, he connected us with the head of Housekeeping where we left a message. Within 4 hours we received a return call from Abraham to let us know they found it and he arranged for the item to be returned to us. Great follow up! We will stay there again!

I've stayed here for the last 2 weeks. The staff is fantastic. So nice to wake up and have breakfast around these nice people. The hotel is clean and spacious. The gym is nice but basic.

Wish I could have gave this place a zero. The food nasty no one wearing name tag so you couldn't identify anybody but the executive chef. You walking around with a monogram Chef's coat on and everything is pre-made for breakfast home fries bacon tastes like cardboard extra decent by the egg chef. Yeah pandemic has run all Hilton Hotels this was pathetic! I never stay there again or any Embassy Suites for that matter.

Traditional Embassy Suites layout and rooms. 7 floors, exercise room, pool, and on-site restaurant. Morning breakfast buffet is always great! They have an evening manager's reception, but rarely attend due to the hours. Good location right off the interstate. Staff has always been very friendly and attentive. Free parking, large lot Small fridge in room Solid water pressure Close to bus stop 1 mile to shops and stores

Didn't like my room location, but I get I purchased through a 3rd party for a quick weekend getaway during a holiday weekend. 🙃 Great breakfast 😋, the omelets were🔥 - made to order with fresh ingredients. Clean, no issues and plenty of parking. Decent rooms, love staying at an Embassy suites, so much space.

Had an amazing last minute stay here. Service was top tier, especially Brian and Doris at the front desk when our plane arrived earlier than expected. Breakfast was delicious too. Would definitely revisit if I come back to the area!

I've stayed at this hotel twice and the 2nd time was even better than the 1st time. This hotel takes such good care of their guest and make you feel appreciated and welcomed. Abraham, who I believe is the front desk manager is such a pleasure. He remembered me from my first visit and knew me by name. The bartender Mayra was incredible and super friendly. She made sure I enjoyed my birthday trip. 10/10 experience

Had a good time. Went for a belated anniversary getaway. Used points for the entire stay. First night (Thurs) we had dinner and complimentary drinks in the restaurant. Dinner was very solid. Drinks were great for complimentary drinks. First morning we awoke to awesomeness that is an embassy breakfast. We decided to walk/bike in the gym for an hour before eating. Gym was very clean and had everything you expect from a hotel gym. We are now also struggling with a sudoku addiction. Breakfast was amazing omelets with bowls of fresh fruit. I also enjoyed some sausage and bacon. Sausage was good the bacon disappointed. Changed clothing and hit the pool. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was very enjoyable. The only problem with the pool area was the shower/rinse area never had anything other than cool water. The second night we sat in the restaurant for drinks and the waiter came over to take our order. We stated that were just getting drinks....so he went to check on it and never came back.. refused to even make eye contact..eventually we found out that if you are only getting complimentary drinks you need to go to the bar... we have zero problems with this but all he had to do is inform us..it was just weird and awkward... The rest of the five days were simply repetition of the above. The weekend was naturally a bit busy. The staff did an excellent job of making the stay clean and comfortable.

Rooms are spacious with modern decor and plush linens. Cleanliness and maintenance is always top notch at this hotel. Evening reception featured light snacks (pita and toast bread with Hummus or Bruschetta) and drinks. The cooked to order breakfast buffet was plentiful, and featured the standard Embassy suites spread. Going forward I would request that the hotel have a way to prepare vegetarian omelettes using separate utensils and cooking surfaces. This will help accommodate many people’s dietary restrictions (vegetarian, Halal…). Overall I had a wonderful stay and look forward to staying again soon.

My stay at the embassy was awesome! The premium room suite was amazing the hot tub was hot and soothing. The breakfast was delicious! My only CON with the hotel room is that we were on the 7th floor. I opened the window to get some fresh air and I noticed that the window doesn't have a screen or anything! I truly believe that is a SAFETY HAZARD especially for children. God forbid that a child unlocks the window and open it, there's a good chance he or she might fall out of it. I am pretty sure Hilton doesn't wants to deal with a tragedy or an accident! Management should really consider doing something about those windows not having a screen or some kind of a safety mechanism so that the window doesn't open all the way. The thought sent chills up my spine.

Visited in September/October 2022. Embassy Suites in Deerfield is very nice and clean with friendly staff. I stayed here with my family for three nights and couldn't have had a better experience. Breakfast each day was excellent. The distance from downtown Chicago is about a 40 minute commute, which isn't bad at all. Deerfield is a very nice suburb on the north side of Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Chicago area.

The hotel is very nice, the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel is conveniently located with some restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations around and 20 minutes by car away from the O’Hare airport. Our room was very nice furnished, clean and spacious. A bartender at the night of our arrival and a lady who made omelettes at the breakfast next day, were especially friendly and helpful. Thank you for your service! We will definitely stay at that hotel again if we will visit that area again.

This hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and attentive to guests. I want to acknowledge one particular staff. Her name is Coi and she was the most friendly, professional, and personable staff. She remembered our group every morning and asked about our day and agenda. She worked from sun up to sun down our entire stay. She was AWESOME!!

Really good place love the breakfast. The staff could be more friendly they don't speak. They don't say good morning kind of ignore you other than the front desk staff which are nice. The walls are kind of thin. You can kind of hear people getting it on. But I'd go back it's a nice place just a fluke.

We were in the area for my husband's surgery - stayed the night before and the night after. The entire staff was super helpful and understanding of our requests; we borrowed their wheelchair to and from the car among other things. The two-room suites are perfect and we didn't hear outside noise at all. Breakfast is amazing with an omelet bar and full breakfast! I will definitely be back for future hotel stays in the Chicago area.

I would have given 5 stars for room, but I must be honest about some finishes in the bathroom. A little tired, but overall, such a pleasant stay and worth the extra to stay. The evening reception was laid back and had a terrific bartender. The other bartender in the restaurant was also fantastic, giving us a tip in a local Chicago style pizza place. The breakfast was superb, and the made to order omelettes along with the service everywhere were unmatched! Great job in staffing and keeping up with the needs of your customers.

James, the bartender tonight was so amazing at what he did. I’ve never seen a man move so fast to get not only my drink but others drinks too. I had the pleasure of talking to the restaurant manager as well who was always on her feet making sure I had my food. Everyone was so kind!
