National Karate is a great martial arts school! I love being a student here learning Karate, Krav Maga, and getting a great workout through the aerobic Kickboxing classes. I learn something new ever day! Mr. Rosas is a fantastic instructor who is incredibly passionate about his job. I can't recommend this school enough! Come in, check it out, and see for yourself!

National Karate is one of the schools in the country to learn martial arts. The staff is kind, polite and quite knowledgeable. I have know the owners and staff for over 25 years and I cannot say enough positive about them. They will teach, guide and instill patience, manners and respect to their students!

National karate and Martial Arts School has been a very good, and family oriented karate school for my kids and l. This karate school is one of the best around, because of the caliber of instructors that teaches the classes. The instructors in this school make it fun for the kids as they learn skills in leadership, being self confident, defense and all the dedication and discipline that it takes to master the art. It is a really nice place to enroll your kids in. They also have classes for adults and schedules that are very flexible and accomodating for families.

Great instructors. Kids learn discipline and self-defense. Adults get a great workout while learning self-defense. All of this while doing it in a safe fun atmosphere.

We have been a part of the National Karate family since 2013 and absolutely love Mr. Rosas and all the instructors at the Elk Grove location. I have a second degree black belt and a blue striped belt in class currently and they love the structure of class and learning new self defense moves. We 1000% recommend National Karate.

Super friendly instructors. So glad I found this place. My son is 5 and loves coming to class. It is helping him channel all that energy he has and helps him focus. My baby girl loves watching too. She says, ‘Mommy can we go to Hiyah?!’ 😆

We have been coming to National Karate since August 2017 with my two oldest children. We originally planned to do just the free trial but they were both instantly hooked. Karate is almost all they talk about anymore. Mr. Rosas is an incredible teacher, as are all the other teachers (including Miss Herrig, Miss Chiappetta, Mr. Fernandez, Mr. Iwanski, and others!). This program has improved their focus, drive, and I’ve never seen them happier. Such a great quality karate facility!

We having been coming to National Karate in Elk Grrove for 2 1/2 years. Our son absolutely loves it! He has learned so much and has had so much fun! The instructors have been awesome and Mr Rosas is always so welcoming! He is never too busy to give you or your child his attention! His school and Mr Rosas himself, is second to none!

My daughter started classes at National Karate in 2021 and has absolutely loved it. It is a little bit of a drive for us to get here, but it is completely worth it. The instructors are so good with the kids and she is learning a lot. Her confidence is through the roof!!

Arnaldo Rosas the director spends very time teaching his classes, its always other students teaching the classes for him. They care more about the money then they do actually teaching the kids. They spend alot time preaching about referrals to increase their business. Under no circumstances will they cancel your contract once you signed it. They would rather take you to court to get the remainder balance of the contract money. Where's the professionalism, integrity at?

Both of my sons attended National Karate at Roselle location since 2020 and they just finished their black belt exam! Its a great place, the staffs are friendly and my boys had a very good experience. It was wonderful to see the kids learn the techniques and become more confident individuals.
