    It was my first visit since they updated their Menu. To be honest it was very average dinner. Undercooked broccoli, too sweet drink. Fish and steak Ok but I make it better home. For 100$ 2 person meal you can get better in regular no chain restaurant with chief who cares.

    We stopped in on a Friday night to grab the endless shrimp special. Everything was hot and fresh but the only reason I could not give it 5 stars is because we had to wait an extra amount of time for the Argentinian shrimp to be defrosted and then cooked so that we could eat them. Otherwise, our server was beyond excellent and she was a recently hired employee of this location.

    It was perfect, great service, great food. Everything hot, perfectly cooked, fresh, steak was perfectly medium & tender and the salmon was delicious. I was glad to dine in with my family before we flew back to San Francisco. We went here at lunch time. The bathrooms were clean, stocked up and the soap was refilled in 1 dispenser that was almost empty. We used the bathroom twice. My daughters & Mother-in-law were happy we all got to sit down together before we parted. Great job Red Lobster!❤

    Bad manager, food, and service. Money was not returned after cancelling order from a location. Been to a lot of these restaurants and this was the worst. If you want the above and loose your money go to this restaurant.

    This location will make you hate red lobster . 1 star for being open . Every item I order today was missing something . Every time I go here I’m missing something . No butter biscuit is the last straw tonight .

    Wagyu bacon cheeseburger from Red Lobster! Not where you expect to get a great burger but it came highly recommended and it was delicious! Fresh, juicy, tasty and cooked perfectly. I hope they keep it on their menu. Our server was super friendly and the place was clean. We will be back!

    Poor waitress had too many tables. at times we had to wait for service. Bake potato was dry. Also coconut shrimp. Other than that unlimited shrimp was real good. I will come back!!

    I've been coming here for 30 years and let me say its always been good. Even tho we are going thru a pandemic there are ready to serve us with proper social distancing. Wait staff is great and food is always hot, fresh and good. I highly recommend this establishment for great food ,clean professional service 👌

    They're very short staffed. Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated on a Tuesday night. First batch of biscuits taste microwaved. The shrimp didn't taste fresh pasta over cooked. I ordered a build your own ultimate feast my lobster was a lil tough chewy i ordered a loaded potato and broccoli. They bring me mashed potatoes and no broccoli. Just not a good experience for me and my family That night. My daughter says on the way home we should've went to the Downers Grove location they NEVER disappoint..

    Food horrible very bland. I'm so mad at myself for returning to.this location. Starting with the Biscuits they were just out of the oven, but didn't have a trace of butter or cheese. Then my salad yuck lettuce withered and salad dressing didn't have any flavor. The pasta with shrimp another bad choice. The coconut shrimp taste like they wrapped the shrimp with paper and dropped in grease. The Walt shrimp taste like they had fried them one too times. The garlic scampi were just in a bowl of what looker to be butter looked more like oil. I mad at myself because I was Herr last month and had the ultimate feast and everything I had taste like it had been sitting in the kitchen for days. So when a family member asked us to go back I initially said no, but went anyway. No apologies needed I'll never return. The only great experience was the waitress (Jessica)she was pleasant and patient the entire time.

    The meal was decent, they certainly weren’t the size portrayed on the menu, but delicious nonetheless. The waiter was pleasant, but the drinks were not properly prepared & tasted as if someone simply through the liquor in a bucket & served it up. Needs improvement especially since I spent over a $120.00. There

    Manager was at the front desk and didn’t attend us because he was busy in the register so we waited like 5 min for someone to walk up and seat us. Waitress left all our food on the table and never removed plates we were done with and never asked if we need anything else. Worst service ever ! Crab legs were over cooked and hard to break apart.

    This location in particular was very nice. Yes, it's standard Red Lobster, but our server (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was so great!! He went above and beyond, and while he checked on us regularly, he knew that my friend and I hadn't seen eachother in 30 years, and so kept his visits brief, as we were talking A LOT. He was never pushy with the time we were there, the food was hot, he left decent amounts of time between entering our drinks, appetizers and food. He was super friendly and totally on top of everything! I would definitely go back to this location again. He also had the bartender add edible sparkles for our blue Sangria! It was a great time, thank you.

    Give Carolyn a raise. She deserves it. I do not know her but she was our server and she was awesome. Didn't need for a thing. Good help is hard to find but even harder to get paid their worth.     DO NOT GO HERE, THEY HAVE ROACHES! We dined in for lunch yesterday for my husband’s birthday with my mother-in-law, who ordered the fish and chips and we were absolutely horrified when after eating a few bites she discovered a live COCKROACH in her coleslaw! We immediately called over a manager to inform her. We asked if they were aware that they have roaches in their establishment and she stated no, but that she had informed the head manager. We were so disgusted that we left and we will never return there.

    My family all enjoyed their food from the appetizers to the crab legs . Can never go wrong with some right out the tank fresh Red Lobster. Great clean atmosphere as well the sever was excellent and friendly! Really Recommend this location. Great dinning wonderful vibes and amazing service !

    One my wife's favorite places. Red Lobster will always be the place I took her on our first date for her Birthday 9 years ago on her birthday and married her 5 months later after her birthday. I have to admit, nobody makes butter milk biscuits like RL.

    The service, food and atmosphere was great! However, I took exception to the gentleman who poured the entire supply of Sauvage cologne on himself and talked so loud I couldn't hear my own thoughts. Otherwise it was a great experience.

    Food is very pricey I freaked out..a dinner that would be the price for two is now price for one. Excellent service wit the exception no one sang happy birthday to my sister. Waiter just brought the cake & we as a family sang to her 🤷‍♀️. The place needs to b updated a bit, its been looking the same for many yrs that I've been coming here.

    WHILE THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS THE MENU PAPER WAS ON THE TABLE WHILE I WAS EATING UNTIL I ASK TO REMOVE IT DURING DESERT. THE OTHER WAITRESS WAS SO CLOSE TO ME I COULD FEEL THE HEAT FROM HER BREATH THROUGH THE MASK. SHE ASSISTED ME ON MY CARD AS IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THE SCREEN.     Update 2/16: Had the opportunity to connect with their Director of Operations and I have nothing but good things to say. They took ownership of the issue and showed a genuine desire to make things right. Thank you! It is a commitment to great customer service that sets you apart Red Lobster, and you have retained me as a loyal customer. *************************************** Had the rudest manager interaction from this location on 2/8 and my experience is to never order from this location through the Red Lobster app because they have zero sense of accountability and willingness to assist. I attempted to get it resolved through Guest Relations but look at the email, they said the Director of Operations would call me today 2/13 and it seems they want to continue with their lack of professionalism since no one has called (it is now well past 8pm CT). Not even the decency to let me know they couldn’t make the call today or ask to reschedule. The only good thing I have to say at this point is the manager Shelby is a sweetheart and they don’t deserve her.

    This Red Lobster in Norridge, IL is horrible. The waiter David was not attentive, got 2 of the 3 dinners wrong, and brought us cold food. Not to mention we waited 45 minutes for our meals. The manager gave us 3 $10 gift certificates to go pay for our meal. She also took my meal off. I won't be back to this location. I pray their customer service gets better.

    Not the restaurant I remember from visiting before Covid-19.Some dishes tasted reheated,garlic biscuits not fresh from the oven, lobster tail tough, had difficulty to remove from the shell.Watered down top shelf Margarita and poorly made Long Island iced tea.Very disappointed 😞
