Food was great; the factory nachos were delicious. Our waitress was very nice, and the service was fast. Portion size is large and generous. The restaurant is nice and big with plenty of seating options. They have a large menu meaning you will find almost anything you want.

Pleasantly happy with lunch here. I have avoided the Cheesecake Factory because I truly dislike their cheesecake and because of the name I scoff at the thought of eating at a place that cannot even live up to the name. So I put this behind me and wanted to try some of the different food they have to offer. It’s crazy but their menu is so vast and has so many different things to offer it blows me away - this comes from a restaurant owner/manager background. So I tried their salmon entree because it was only a couple dollars more than the lunch salmon. I got the fresh grilled salmon that came with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Heck everything was perfect. The broccoli was awesome and the salmon was delicious. My sever was Gillian and she was great. Super friendly, informative, and helpful. I noticed how she interacted with her tables and she is a very solid worker and one to keep a hold of. I definitely need to try more of the impressive menu.

We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The greeters did not greet us when we showed up, and were rather rude when we requested a table for two. The server was quite nice though. However, we waited for ~45mins for the food to arrive and all three dishes we ordered were lukewarm at best. The fried calamari, in particular, was cold and seemed it had been sitting somewhere for 20minutes before being served to us. We ended up leaving, only paying for our drinks. The server did apologize, but it was a huge disappointment and a big day ruined. We immediately went to a nearby restaurant, where hot, fresh, delicious food were served to us in less than 10 minutes. I would never be at this Cheesecake Factory location again.

For a vegetarian, you would find decent size appetizers and main course meals. We ordered guacamole egg rolls on bed of fried noodles, korean fried cauliflower, sweet corn tamale cakes. Everything was made to perfection. Ofcourse do enjoy the complimentary rye and french bread. We had a great evening spent together.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. Look at the photos and videos I took. That's just terrible!!! I came with the whole family to this restaurant to celebrate the holiday, but because of this, the mood and the holiday were spoiled. At the same time, the administration did nothing, but simply excluded the dish from my check. Are you seriously?! I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. They'll just feed you bugs like this one. You have lost your regular customer

Food is great tasting, I liked the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta a lot! A nice kick of spice compliments the salty sauce and chicken well. I also had a small tast of the Spicy Chicken Chipotle too and that definitely had more of a kick but I absolutely loved the nice char aftertaste left behind. The guava Daiquiri was good and very refreshing to our dinner. We finished our dinner with some cheesecakes, I went with the Celebration Cheesecake. If you’re looking for a very sweet cheesecake this is just for you. For me personally it was a tad bit too much but still was very tasty. We also went with a Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake and that was on the complete opposite side of the Celebration Cheesecake, the Chocolate profile on this one is very strong. For those who love chocolate this is the one for you.

Delicious food. A menu so full of fun, didn't know where to start. Did a doordash but still was hot and Delicious. Quick too for lunchtime. I can't wait to go back into the restaurant to eat as well.

Had Cheesecake Factory twice in a row. First I ordered through door dash for dinner and then I had lunch the next day. I really enjoyed the Thai lettuce wraps and Thai chicken salad. The server asked me if I wanted the "lunch" or "dinner" portion. I said lunch thinking I'd be hungry afterwards but boy was I wrong. It was a huge salad and I wonder what the dinner portion must be like. All my coworkers enjoyed their dishes. The Factory nachos were so good too. Service was great. Our server checked on us often.

We were a party of 20. Our server was quick and attentive. She made helpful suggestions based on our input. Two of us had a pasta dish. It had absolutely no flavor!! We switched to the meatloaf and were pleased with the flavor. The portion size was filling.

Literally the most massive menu ever! They have options that range from bar food to breakfast and classy steak dishes. I made a mess with my breadcrumbs but I cleaned it up. Will be coming back.

The food was pretty good. I really liked my shrimp tacos. They were on the lower calorie menu, I wasn't sure it would be any good since I don't usually go for diet food, but the stupid menus list all the calories, and it was scary ordering from the regular menu. Average calorie counts for dishes on the regular menu is 1500, and that's just insane in my opinion. The passion fruit mojito was phenomenal.

Outstanding! From the time we reserved online and called for questions about the accommodations in the restaurant, til the moment our party of 13 left with full bellies and huge slices of cheesecake, we were impressed by the level of detail and care given to us and those dining with us. Pleasant phone customer service. Easy reservations online, they reminded us the day before about our reservation. As our party trickled in there were no issues being seated since the establishment could probably seat 500 comfortably. The waiter was polite and discreet about meal options and ways to pay. Food was delicious and came out quick. The dessert.... Words can't describe the gigantic portions let alone the artistry that went into every single detail. Presentation and taste. The Godiva needs its own website. Multi layered chocolaty goodness. We ended up just purchasing an entire cake for personal celebrations later. It was no problem and reasonably priced! The atmosphere was great. Lively but not too noisy. Clean seating area and tables. Five-star restaurant all the way.

Waitress was great and attentive, she recommended the Louisiana chicken pasta and I will definitely be ordering that again! She was patient with our large party that included children. Food was very good, calamari is always a favorite. Good variety to choose from for kids meals, great for picky eaters. Coconut cheesecake and Godiva chocolate cheesecake were incredible! Only complaint was that food took a bit to come out but they made sure we were taken care of even though we didn’t complain or mention the long wait.

The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We will be back.

This is a perfect place to go last minute since it’s opened pretty late. Cheesecake Factory has a large menu, which makes me believe most of the food is pre-prepped. The soup was god awful, but the drinks and pasta were decent. Drinks 4/5 Soup 1/5 Main entree 3.5/5

What a great experience at this location. The parmesan encrusted chicken was just great! Very tender and delicious. The red skin mashed potatoes are also excellent. Overall a very enjoyable meal. The Tuxedo Chocolate Cheesecake is an amazingly decadent, luxurious treat for your taste buds.

We drove 30 minutes to this location for my birthday dinner. They do not take reservations for groups larger than six and we had nine so we had to wait to be seated for quite a while. Mind you, this was at 4pm on a Saturday. Okay, but then they were out of the Chicken Parmesan Pizza, which is what I chose this restaurant specifically for. Apparently, this is a common occurrence as I was told this was always a very popular dish and they do tend to run out. Everyone was waiting on me to order so I had to decide on something else quick. I chose the Caesar Salad which was a safe choice and did end up being delicious. The food took a LONG time to arrive, but all in all everyone was happy with the food. The restrooms were clean, but two stalls were missing toilet paper. We were at the restaurant for far longer than we intended so we took our dessert to go. I would say considering the price and the drive, the experience was at best “okay”, so we probably won’t be back. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it for large groups who have to make a trip, unless you’re prepared to make an evening out of it.

1) I ordered curbside pickup, the email confirming the order says that I will receive a text informing order is ready and that it will be brought outside to my car; after 15 minutes waiting outside no text was received and I had to go inside the restaurant and pick it up. 2) The worst part is when my son finished his milkshake, there was a bottle tap of a corona beer in the bottom of the cup. Terrible experience.

The place is almost empty when we arrived for lunch, as it is off hours. We were sat at end of a long empty tables. Quick service but the waitress does not know where to stand for face to face meet to take food orders, her voice was too soft to be heard, and needed to be asked to repeat or speak louder. Food came and was good per cheesecake factory standard. Overall, a good experience but could be better. My guest were offered drink refill, but maybe I cannot heard the waitress offered and ran out of drink before finished. I still gave close to 20% tips. I wish the services can be better.

UPDATED REVIEW MAY 2023: Came in for a late dinner last weekend. Ordered a little house salad. For less than $8, this is a STEAL! The salad is absolutely MASSIVE (not as big as the full size salads, which are meant to feed 2 people), but plenty to serve one. Finished the meal with a slice of tiramisu cheesecake. Tasty and up to par with the other cheesecakes I’ve had. PREVIOUS REVIEW JANUARY 2023: This place is known for their Cheesecake. Please dine here for their Cheesecake. S’Mores Cheesecake is the best. I absolutely love it. It is really sweet but the sweetness is tendered out perfectly with the slight taste of bitterness from the cheesecake itself. Strawberry cheesecake is also delicious. Service is always great. Ambiance is identical to every Cheesecake Factory location across the country.

Love this place. Gorgeous interior. Along a lake. Food is outstanding!! Servers are prompt and professional. Drinks are amazing. A bit pricey but worth it for a special night out. One of our favorite places to go to.

My parents and I flew in from out of town for a family wedding and we stopped by here to have lunch. The clam chowder soup was amazing! We all ordered it as an appetizer. They enjoyed the entrees especially the gumbo dish. I ordered the chicken piccata which texture felt a bit tough, i kindly asked the waitress if I can switch my entree for the chicken Parmesan which was much better. Our waitress Alyssa was great! You can tell she was busy but she handled her job well. She was quick, efficient and pleasant at the same time.

I often order from here via DoorDash and the Cheesecake factory keeps consistent quality - fresh food, perfect taste, nice packaging (all sealed). I also like to go here in-person on weekdays for lunch. The lunch menu is one of the best I've seen - lots of items to choose from, regular and skinny meals, a variety of salads, apps, entries and delicious pasta! 🤍

Lincolnshire has been my favorite location for over a decade, and it never fails to disappoint when it comes to customer service, quality of food and kindest staff! Thanks to Georgetta who was our server tonight! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Hands down, it has been one of the best trips to cheesecake yet!! She was friendly, kind, went above and beyond to make sure the quality of the food was perfect and didn’t rush us despite kitchen closing moments after we arrived. It is always an experience at this location, the staff is personable and professional, and since May 2022, this is the second time I am recommending this location due to their excellent customer service, I would put Lincolnshire experience next to John Hancock’s cheesecake any day!

I’ve come here many times with my coworkers on our lunch break. Their menu has many varieties that can cater to different taste buds from our group. All of the food is well made, but our favorites are the Bistro Shrimp pasta, Spicy Chipotle Chicken pasta, Thai Lettuce Wrap, and their Grilled Rib Eye steak. I would say 9/10, their food is cooked perfectly, but some days it’s just too oily. Their cocktails I would say are on the weak side, but that depends on the bartender I guess? My favorites are the Whiskey and Ginger and Whiskey Smash. The passion fruit Margarita and mojito are good too if they could make it stronger 😅. Last but not least, can I just say their cheesecakes are just to die for? Soo delicious…. So creamy, tangy, sweet and really just lives up to its name. The service is always polite and friendly.

Cheesecake Factory Lincolnshire is in my opinion the best out of all the CC Factory locations as far as parking, cleanliness, quality of food, ambiance, service and overall experience. It’s worth the drive to go to that one if you can. I met a friend for lunch and we had a great time. We weren’t rushed and there was plenty of places to sit with a lot of natural light from large windows. We had excellent chicken lettuce wraps for the appetizer that came with 3 sauces and plenty of super fresh fixings. I had the chicken piccata that comes with angel hair pasta but I was able to get broccoli instead. My friend had the salmon and beans. Everything was delicious and our waitress Virginia was the best. She checked on us often but didn’t rush us. Timing of everything was perfect. Of course the cheesecake is hard to pass up. I took a slice of the snickers bar and tuxedo chocolate home.
