Been coming here for a yeaaaaars and as always, the food is lovely. On our last visit, I decided to order a “Peach smoothie”, which was anything but a peach smoothie. It honestly tasted completely like a vanilla milkshake, which was a bit disappointing. Another issue I experienced was that on one of the orders, the shrimp was significantly smaller and had a couple “almost” burnt pieces. It could of just been one of those nights, so my review still stands at a 4-star.

The food taste great we order crispy wild caught flounder , popcorn shrimp , coconut shrimp all of them taste so good and fresh the best one is the flounder it's super delicious the tartar sauce is so good and the Cole slow is so good the portions is very good I couldn't finish it and the price is 9.99$ .

New update. Came back for lunch after a year ! Great tasting food and friendly service ♡ Update: my 10th time at this location...FOOD WAS GREAT !! HOT AND FRESH ! QUANTITY was unbelievable. Had to pack up and take it home. My friend and I went couple of days ago and we ordered all you can eat shrimp. Omg the food was super delicious and service from Sami was great !!! Definitely going back with my family. Biscuits are fresh and delicious !!

Can't go wrong with Red Lobster. Food came quickly. Had calamari, ceasar salad, steak, lobster, and bacon wrapped scallops. Order some extra lemons and sauce with calamari. Other than that, everything was delicious. Server was also very friendly! Highly recommended!

This is one of the best Red Lobsters I have been to the service was quick, the waitress was attentive, and the food was good and fresh.

This was our first time at this location and we had Anne as our server. She is the best server i have ever had at a restaurant and made my experience 100000000x more enjoyable. She was attentive, polite, and amazing overall. She gave us suggestions and helped make our decision easier. If you decide to visit this location ask for Anne!!!!!

Oh thoose unlimited biscuits. Those stuffed mushrooms in a rich creamy sauce. Gooodness. Came sunday to have lunch with my nephew. There was no wait, easy parking. The bicuits came out every 5 mins. Had the stuffed flounder. They made me a cherry sprite, which wasn't on the menu. The staff was very polite, everyone smiles at me. Ive been coming here for years, its been a great time every meal here. And its not just because of the biscuits! Thank you for being such a wonderful place ❤️

Was immediately seated at the door and low key surprised the place was this empty on a saturday night on Valentine's weekend. I had a nonalcoholic Sunset Passion Colada with Strawberry Topper to start off with, and it was on the sweet side but still very good. I did the 3 for sea or whatever it was called and the coconut shrimp was amazing with that pina colada sauce. My lobster bisque was a bit salty but my brothers was very bland lol...we should have combined them. For dinner I had the Shrimp Alfredo and it was missing something but good nonetheless. We left full and happy.

Great service. Pricing was good when they have the all you can eat shrimp. The coconut shrimp with sweet sauce is like a crispy sweet dessert. The garlic shrimp and shrimp fettuccine alfredo are still my favorite shrimp options. I always find the lobster tails to be on the small size but still delicious. When they have an option for ultimate feast with 2 tails and 2 shrimp choices for 45 dollars or less, it is worth the rate. Their bread rolls are still amazing. This location usually brushes the tops of the rolls with butter. Amazing. The service from their employees is always good at this location as well.

I prefer to go here versus another, being somewhat in the middle of the two. From a customer perspective always clean. Always courteous and friendly service by the staff. Reasonable prices. And good parking. Have gone here for several birthdays over the years. They also have a nice lunch menu too.

Best tacos ever. Shrimp tacos are incredible. The servers are great and attention to detail is impeccable. The atmosphere is good. My lobster was over cooked but I can’t complain because I had best tacos ever.

My meal was so good and my steak was perfectly cooked the way I ordered it, lobster was fresh and it was very fast getting the order done. I do wanna say though avoid ordering the salads from here as they are one of the worst salads I’ve ever eaten. The lettuce looks terrible. Other than that my meal was great

The food was very good, I had the lobster lovers plate. The only item that could have been better were the French fries because they did not taste freshly cooked. I was unhappy though about the fact that the wait staff were not wearing masks while they took the orders and I felt that they should have just to be safe for all of us.

I have to say this food experience was horrendous. The food was terrible. We haven’t been to Red Lobster in a long time precisely because of how bad it is, but we decided to try it again and it was horrible. I got the lobster lover’s dream and my wife got the seafarer’s feast. Everything was tasteless. We barely ate any of it. What makes me the angriest is that we wasted $100 and didn’t even really eat anything. I should have complained and not paid anything. I cannot NOT recommend this place enough. We will never go back. The service was good. Fire your chefs. It doesn’t matter which location we go to all across the country, all Red Lobsters are terrible. And don’t give me some generic, robotic, “we appreciate your feedback. Have $10 off your next visit” response. Refund me instead. I was at table 317.

I haven't been to Red Lobster in so long and I've been missing out!! The food was so tasty. Every bite was REALLY good. Sam was our server. He made our experience better than it already was. He was very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, and the fact that he joked back with us makes everything better. Knowing how to have fun and be professional at the same time is something alot of people lack. He definitely delivered. I will be back to this location because of him. Thank you so much for an awesome evening!

Anniversary date night dinner. Our 1st time here together. I think I've been once in my lifetime. Our server Claire was polite, sweet & attentive. Our meals and dessert were delicious. Hubby got the seafarer & I got the new orleans salmon. We both have enough leftover for lunch. Forgot to get a picture of dinner but did get a picture of the cheese cake we split.

This was my first time at Red Lobster. I ordered the Ultimate Feast. It had a little bit of everything - lobster tail, steak, shrimp scampi, grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and rice. The lobster tail was melt in your mouth good. The steak and shrimp scampi were super salty. I didn't finish either. The grilled shrimp were good. I ordered the passion colada and it was really good. I will probably go again and try the crab legs.

Highly satisfied. We was greeted with a smile and immediate seating upon arrival by host. The atmosphere was cozy and clean. Our server was Philip Q. He enhanced our dining experience by suggesting how we can add to our cuisines. He was pleasant, informative, and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you again!

Definitely don't leave without consuming as many Cheddar Biscuits as you can, But I would maybe think twice about Red Lobster being your choice for a soup option. I didn't go back on the website to look up what the ounces were supposed to be, but see photo attached to understand why I was so disappointed in my "BOWL" of soup. As a larger option of soup, I was expecting so much more. But the staff was very friendly and to-go was super easy. Just don't order soup!

We went for the endless shrimp and had an amazing experience. First of all we had the BEST server, Jose Maldonado. He was attentive and gave amazing customer service. Our food was so good and he kept our table clean. I highly recommend this location and hope this young man Jose keeps up the great work!

Be careful sitting outside with children. There are exposed wires and the outlets are open. It's dangerous but we didn't wait because we opted to sit outside and it was beautiful. The food was great and the waitress was fabulous.

The atmosphere was very nice. The waiters were extremely polite and helpful. The restroom was clean. The food was great. Ate the grilled shrimp and it was, endless. Absolutely will return to dine there.

Good food, tried their mussels in garlic sauce - amazing. $5 watermelon for too sweet for me but still fine. Overall I would give this place 5 stars. Seervice is good too.

7/2023 5* Love the decor outside of this restaurant. It is always well maintained and beautiful. Makes for a great initial impression every time I drive by or stop in. Food was good, and the specials were great. Service was wonderful also. 2019 4* We enjoyed going here the other night. Had not been in a few years. Specials were good. They messed up my wife's order. But the waiter fixed it all. Good experience. We will be back again.

I like that every Red Lobster is almost exactly the same. No matter which one you go to the quality, portion size, and ingredients are almost exactly the same. The food from one to the next is good and exactly what you expect. I live the wood fired lobster Tail and there is no place to get one exactly like it other than Red Lobster.

We've been here twice now and both times were enjoyable. The service is friendly, the food is good. Nothing exceptional tbh but satisfying overall.

One of the best custumer service locations the food is good big portions and also it gets to your table nice and hot. They could add a little more pasta dishes in my opinion but over all nice place to get your seafood quick fix. I recommend the dishes shown in the picture you can share with whomever you're treating and experience multiple dishes at once.

I have eaten at this Red Lobster over a dozen times and have always had a great experience. My mom, late father and their friends also regularly have visited this particular location with great fanfare. The fish and lobster dishes have regularly been tasty and fresh. We have regularly had great service too. I usually eat dishes for the “land lover” and still find plenty of tasty offerings. Their drinks are great too and a great value during happy hour.

I understand that a dinner pick up on a holiday evening could be very busy and running somewhat behind schedule. But my order was not ready and brought to my car until 25 minutes after the scheduled time. I would not recommend curbside pickup for Red Lobster, however I will continue to visit when indoor dining is allowed again.

The onky reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because they didn't have any catfish. Other than that, biscuits were amazing as always, we ordered cod with mashed potatoes, tilapia and shrimp with green beans. Everything was delicios and filling. I must say they are abiding by covid protocol very well! Glad they are open again for dine in at the Schaumburg location!

The Red Lobster is really taste really great. You can tell it's fresh since you can flavor the sweetness of the and scallops. Not Red Lobster like most places. Service is quick. The only thing I didn't like was that the place is a bit dirty. No one really cleans up.

This is my favorite restaurant in the world! 😁, I usually go by myself in the afternoon but I have taken my family there on occasions. The seafood cannot be surpassed they use so much of it that is always fresh it's always wonderful and the portions are large. I usually call ahead to make sure that my favorite waitress is there as she is very very nice to me and we've developed a friendship and her name is Tammy she's usually off by 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon she works in lunch shift mostly, They are always very attentive they always treat me very well and I'm very pleased with them and will go to red lobster forever and I will use the pickup if they too are going to have to close dining indoors due to the Cook county restriction put in place as of this coming Wednesday the 28th at midnight!!
