First off id like to say every single worker there is SUPER rude, and un professional the desk just want your money and will fight with you over the littlest reasons. I had a membership there and after i have dealt with the management i will take my business to lifetime a REAL PROFESSIONAL place. There gym is to small and it is expensive lifetime has a MUCH better facility and the employees treat you like family. I guess you get what you pay for horrible customer service and disgusting facility.

My wife and I visited on a free intro pass on 1-24-16, 10:30 A.M. We said we would like to use the track. We were informed by the young man and women at the first level greet desk "That is not allowed. You must use ALL of the facilities.That's the purpose of the pass". I said OK we will use ALL of the facilities. He sensed I was not truthful, looked over their shoulder and since the track was virtually empty he would make an "exception". There were two elderly women on the track barely making it around holding on to the center rail. I sincerely doubt they would be doing cardio or rock climbing later in the day. Hire people that understand their job and not make things up along the way. It's not rocket science why this is important. We will go elsewhere.

The workers here are jerks and I always see them kicking kids out and treating them with attitude and disrespect.

Rude individual staff members. Always eye mugging you like they are trying to catch you doing something wrong. They make you feel uncomfy- Day care hrs are not convenient etc... need to pay extra for day care watch even tho I pay family membership , soccer and bball court not always available - even tho I pay a full Family membership- no perks - not the best equipment and not enough, way over priced- go somewhere else...

Rude and inattentive staff.

sports plex is really good the only thing i can complain about is when you try and rent a court for a day. they have one guy managing the rentals and he never i mean NEVER answers his phone. i called in the morning and he told me that the court wasn’t booked. then i called not even an hour later...no response, then i received a voicemail 30 minutes later saying that it’s completely booked. if they had more than one person running the court rentals or someone who is at least attentive to the phone this wouldn’t have happened not once but multiple times. if you are paying $60 an hour to rent at least answer your phone.

Love this facility of Orland park village, its unique and you don’t see such great facilities with option line gave in other suburbs. Family oriented environment. I just signed my kids again for the soccer program and they trying to keep this facility running as best as they can especially now with COVID lifestyle Great programs and friendly staff and volunteers

Super clean. During the day it’s nice and empty. Plenty of options in terms of machines and workout types. Also the owner is v handsome.

Nice Gym! Has good equipment . Has fun classes with educated instructors(half of them don't know the proper squat form though and were more focused on speed). Quality equipment. Very nice front desk people. The desk people upstairs were always a little rude but whatever.

Always dirty and has an off stench to it, but not because of staff not cleaning but the amount of people that workout there. Gave it 2 stars because the staff is pretty legit and always helpful.

They kicked me out for stupid reasons and horrible staff and weak gym

Some of the equipment and the conditions of the locker rooms are very bad. The place seems neglected, but not surprised since it's government owned and operated

We tried the rock wall. We had an awesome time. Colette was supportive and encouraging, offering little tips to help make the climb go more smoothly. She was a solid anchor and I felt very safe in my climb. It was a great time. You can't beat the price. Great endurance workout.

Basketball court floors are dusty, slippery, and not taken care of. I rented out basketball courts multiple times here and paid every time. The one time I cancel when I have something come up last second, they do not refund me and then go on to explain their cancellation policy to you. I think it is convenient that the cancellation policy is explained to you after you cancel instead of before. Just a thought but I think it would be more professional if you told a customer the "cancellation policy" before they rent out a court instead of after to give yourself an excuse not to refund. At least put it on your website or send it through an email. Every time I call and get transferred to someone else to rent out a court half of time they do not answer, and you must leave a message which you do not get a call back every time. Also, when they say someone will call you back that is not a guarantee as well. Even had a friend ask a staff member one time if they could sweep the gym floor before we started playing even though taking care of the gym should be their job but instead, he got ignored. The staff member just looked at him and walked away without giving him a response. This place is just unprofessional, but they are very efficient and fast to take your money! I have been very respectful to this place. When me and my friends rent out the court, I even clean up the place after I am done when most of the mess was there before I even showed up. I am not a person to bash a place and make lengthy reviews, but after all the rudeness and unprofessionalism I have shrugged off here and the ONE time I have something unavoidable happen to me they tell me last second about their “cancellation policy” and tell me they can not refund me my 120 dollars. This place preaches “family friendly” but all they care about it taking your money because I guess the Orland park tax money is not enough to keep them running. There are way better facilities to use over this one. Do not waste your time and money here.

Overall a very nice gym, no joining fee and $38 a month but a year contract was required. Again this is when I was thinking about joining so rates do go up and down. They are missing some equipment and the layout could be better but its only because I'm a serious fitness buff, so for the avg Joe/Jane it is perfect.

Place looks dirty and sometimes one’s breath the dust in the air. Machines, are barely working, maintenance is very poor,

need to change summer times says open on website and closes 9pm but it’s 7 and it’s closed
