THEY
RUINED
CHRISTMAS
EVE!
I
placed
an
order
online
at
noon
(same
day)
to
be
picked
up
at
7:30
pm,
my
order
was
accepted
and
my
card
was
charged
for
the
order.
On
my
way
to
pick
up
my
order
at
7:05pm
I
received
an
email
that
the
computer
ordering
system
went
down
and
didn't
process
my
order.
I
tried
calling
the
restaurant
for
more
information,
but
no
answer.
I
finally
arrived
at
7:15pm
and
the
parking
lot
was
packed
and
the
line
was
to
pick
up
orders
were
out
the
door
and
in
the
parking
lot.
So
fine,
I
wait
in
line,
at
8:15
I
get
to
the
front
of
the
line
and
I
told
them
I
had
tried
calling
in
regards
to
the
email
and
the
girl
says
"We
took
the
phones
off
the
hook
an
hour
ago.
WHOOOO
does
that?
Meanwhile,
people
are
overcrowding
the
restaurant,
police
were
called
for
covid
overcrowding
violation,
and
people
were
arguing.
It
was
mass
chaos
and
the
manager
is
just
standing
in
the
corner,
literally
just
watching
the
young
servers
and
front
desk
help
get
yelled
and
screamed
at.
Long
story
short,
there
were
some
orders
ready
but
they
were
scattered
or
could
not
be
located,
while
others
like
myself
were
told
to
go
find
dinner
elsewhere.
Where
am
I
going
to
find
a
"holiday
pack"
meal
at
8:30pm
on
Christmas
Eve.
What
a
horrible
experience
and
terrible
customer
service.
"Go
find
dinner
somewhere
else?",
"We
took
the
phones
off
the
hook
an
hour
ago?"
It
does
not
get
worse
than
that.
I
understand
holidays
are
hectic
but
what
a
disgrace.
