Overall tasty food, the dynamite shrimp were the highlight item for us. Everything else was fine too including the Mongolian beef, sesame chicken and orange chicken. Good portion sizes. A nice stop after a day of shopping at the shopping center next to this location or if you live in the area.

I've been here several times over the past few years. I really like the ambiance, the food quality, and the service, but the portions are just too darned small. You're paying slightly higher prices than other premium, sit-down Chinese restaurants and getting about 30 percent less food! I know that's a "corporate" decision but I still must protest. Increase portion size and I'll eat here three times a week! *Edit: Returned here in Summer-Fall 2021 and portion sizes have increased slightly. Before, the portion sizes made it look like someone had eaten some of your food. Now the quantity looks more "normal". Keep it up! Will be back for Chinese New Year season 2022

Very disappointed in my experience today. I had high hopes for P.F. Chang’s as it is very nostalgic to me. Today was an expection to the usual experience. This place was FILTHY! Handprints everywhere on the booth and walls, dusty and grimy, bathroom is comparable to a port-a-potty, unclean and not taken care of. Food was mediocre at best. They do have allergy menus and are staying in top of covid precautions, but the food was pretty boring.

The waitstaff here was kind and friendly. The front of house seemed like sitting us was annoying however. The food came out quickly and our waiter was prompt about asking us for what we wanted. The food was very good and there was plenty for leftovers for sure. I’ll be coming back here, I would suggest trying out the orange chicken here!

Stopped for lunch around 2pm on a Monday in March...14th to be exact. There were perhaps 6 people in the main dining area including the two of us. Our server was friendly and efficient. Our lettuce wraps (appetizers) were fresh (lettuce) and hot and savory (beef.) The breaded shrimp entreè and vegetable fried rice were very good . Kudos once more to our server!

Nice outdoor seating. The service was friendly but not very speedy, our appetizer arrived before any beverages. Food was good, although very salty. The ladies room was very dimly lit and in need of attention. Pleasant experience, although I would not be in a hurry to return.

I like to order my fried rice and soup want an, but this time I ordered my fried pork rice and the truth is that it was very bathed in fat and oil. 👎, I don’t know if they went over fat in my rice, but I ordered other times and it wasn’t that greasy. Always perfect but this time very bad!! Very dissatisfied and more for what I pay!! Fried rice is not enjoyed the same way!!

We were pleasantly greeted by the front desk and comfortably sat near the window in a booth. Menu is nicely priced and has good vegetarian options that you can try out. Mostly we tried different appetizers for dinner and it was decent portion sizes except for the vegetarian spring rolls, only two pieces divided into 4. Overall we enjoyed our dinner. Only complain is that we were there for my wife’s birthday and we came with a reservation where they had us mention if we were celebrating an occasion. The restaurant did nothing extra to make it extra special. Wish they had done more!

Host/hostesses should be friendly and don't talk down to anybody walking in their establishment. The individual I dealt with was not at all. At least I didn't like the tone of the way that individual dealt with and talked to me. First time going to this place And won't ever go back. PFC employees in Schaumburg are much friendlier and would rather go there.

Haven't been to this restaurant, but last night I ordered in. We had bbq ribs, house sushi and fried rice shrimp. Ribs were the best, so tender, falling apart, very rich sauce. Fried rice also excellent, sushi was just okay. Next time I will go to dine in, hopefully I'll find few more things on the menu that are similar quality to fried rice and ribs! I loved how they packed everything and design on the bag is sick! So happy I found this place! Bit pricey but worth it!

Loved the Kung Pao Chicken and chicken fried rice. Chang’s spicy chicken was a bit too sweet for our taste, but the red chilly sauce helped balance it out. Liked the ambiance inside the restaurant, the service was good as well.

Food is always great. We usually take out, sometimes dine in. The restaurant decor is great and impressive. Service has always been good. Take out is easy, you can order from their web site, which has pictures and descriptions of each dish. Then when you go there they have about 8 parking spaces for take out pickup. You then call or use their web site and they bring the take out food right to your car.

Worst Chinese food ever with very slow service. Hardly ate the food because it was too spicy . Even the egg drop soup was spicy. This is traditionally a bland soup but their version was nasty. Too much oil and ginger and other spices in food even though I asked the waiter not to bring spicy food. They are more interested in serving drinks than the meal. After we left I had intense sharp pains in my gut which I could only relieve with Tums. The waiter took too long to take our orders even though he could see that most of us were there and we wanted to say least have appetizers for the young children we were stuck in this place for 2 hours. When we first arrived the place was mostly empty. The waiter kept bypassing our table. Do not go here ever! And the price was high for very small portions. Even so the food was so bad that none of us took the disgusting leftovers home and we certainly didn't order any dessert.

Expect typical service and food quality for this type of chain. Our food was fine but seems to be declining in quality the past few times I’ve been here and service remains consistent and fine. Orders were taking longer than usual to arrive and our server seemed to be missing for long periods of time. Overall a positive experience but could definitely use improvements to be back to the high standards I expect.

5 stars are well deserved at this location. The new bartender paid attention very closely to first bring salt, freshly minced ginger and lemons. Someone from the kitchen staff was vey quick to serve my Beef fried rice which was made to order with a side of Mongolian sauce and I asked for extra well done beef, add broccoli, add spinach and sprouts. Compliments to the chefs in the kitchen and the bartender, my order taker. I come back only to PF Chang's for the best Beef Fried-rice experience.

I also pick up and deliver for this restaurant. But I will tell you now that they have customers back in there. I would not go in there to eat unless you've had your shot. Because nobody wears masks except for the employees. And the place is usually crowded. Other than that, if you have had your shot it's one of the best places to go to in Glenview. Very friendly very fun they have many many customers that are truly dedicated did this place and you can tell the way the manager interacts with a lot of the people he knows there that come to see him. He has daily specials the food is great the drinks are great. So when you feel the time is right bone appetit.

The FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING! OUR SERVER JOE was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only thing that was not right was I ask to be further distance from others and I did not feel like we were 6ft apart. The women's bathroom was not clean. Floor was very wet in many areas enough to bust your head. They did a swell job accommodating us.

This restaurant has always been my favorite Chinese place. The service and food are always great. BBQ ribs are among the best and my favorite dish is eggplant one, I recommend to every eggplant lover. Prices are reasonable and they’ve got tens of different drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic.

Ordered though DoorDash and was quite disappointed. Ordered a couple things, but this was the one I wanted to make a review about. For $16.50, you get a bowl of rice and about 7 pieces of meat as pictured.. which is absolutely unbelievable. For this price I expected to at least get double this, I’ve been coming here for years but this was my first time ordering from them. Will not be returning after this horrible experience. Would not recommend, at all.

THEY RUINED CHRISTMAS EVE! I placed an order online at noon (same day) to be picked up at 7:30 pm, my order was accepted and my card was charged for the order. On my way to pick up my order at 7:05pm I received an email that the computer ordering system went down and didn't process my order. I tried calling the restaurant for more information, but no answer. I finally arrived at 7:15pm and the parking lot was packed and the line was to pick up orders were out the door and in the parking lot. So fine, I wait in line, at 8:15 I get to the front of the line and I told them I had tried calling in regards to the email and the girl says "We took the phones off the hook an hour ago. WHOOOO does that? Meanwhile, people are overcrowding the restaurant, police were called for covid overcrowding violation, and people were arguing. It was mass chaos and the manager is just standing in the corner, literally just watching the young servers and front desk help get yelled and screamed at. Long story short, there were some orders ready but they were scattered or could not be located, while others like myself were told to go find dinner elsewhere. Where am I going to find a "holiday pack" meal at 8:30pm on Christmas Eve. What a horrible experience and terrible customer service. "Go find dinner somewhere else?", "We took the phones off the hook an hour ago?" It does not get worse than that. I understand holidays are hectic but what a disgrace. SHAME ON YOU!

Ordered P.F Changs for my husbands birthday... We’ve always love PF Changs but we were really disappointed this time around. I ordered over the phone and the guy who took my order was kind of rude and seemed annoyed, then they also got rid of our favorite (the Mongolian pot stickers), and the portions are small compared to the price. I expected bigger portions since every time we actually ate there we always even had food to take home, this time around we barely had enough food and even then we weren’t completely satisfied. I really enjoy the food, but I really want the potstickers to come back and for them to include more food when placing take out orders to at least be worth the money spent.

Made reservation and we got there 10 mins before the time, they had us sit a table 40 mins later. There were 5 receptionists at the front desk. There were there doing nothing yapping each other. We've waited 40 dang mins but no explanation. It was a bad experience with them. If you can't keep the reservation time what it is the purpose of making one.

Hostess was rude when we had asked for a paper menu. Making a comment saying “just trying to save the trees but whatever”. Then leaned over to her friend and made a comment. Very unprofessional. Our waiter however was very nice. Just wish they wouldn’t hire an unprofessional young lady such as the hostess.

Mg favorite thing about pf changs is the fried green beans and the sauce they give you. We ordered the beans, kung pao, a combo fried rice and the banana dessert. Unfortunately someone forgot to include the coconut ice cream that goes with the dessert. Otherwise good.

I am a big PF Chang's fan and last night the food was amazing, as always. However, our server was completely disconnected. Juliette asked if we wanted drinks, we ordered drinks and lettuce wraps and crab wontons as well as our entrees. Drinks arrive and she disappeared before I could ask for water. Food runner brings wontons, no plates. Then the lettuce wraps show up(food runner) right behind him is our server with our entire meal, no plates for entrees. Never checked in with us to ask how it was, didn't get to touch our apps before entrees got cold. Another server came to ask if we wanted any plates cleared. Finally Juliette shows up, I ask for boxes and she brings me the check as fast as she shows up she disappears. She just didn't want to be there and it was obvious. Unfriendly cold and poor representation for your restaurant. She still recieved the appropriate tip for our bill, as I refuse to do less to a server who makes 5.00 an hour. She needs to check her attitude and do her job or make zero dollars an hour. In the event I return and she is my server I will request someone else. Shame is food was great just a service issue that ruined a great meal. Hopefully management takes note and acts on Juliettes lack of attention.
