We are so pleased with our experience at NSPT! Our son has been working this year with Haley on his speech and has made so much progress. She is warm, fun, and very creative in the ways she engages in her work with our son. We would recommend NSPT and Haley to anyone looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.

I can't say enough great things about North Shore Pediatric Therapy. My son has had a difficult time transitioning into kindergarten and when his pediatrician recommended he get evaluated she referred us here. I am so glad she did. We have been seeing Jen Brown for occupational therapy for 4 months now and we have all noticed a huge improvement. He is able to use the tools he is learning with Jen and incorporate them throughout his day. The best part is he LOVES coming to see Ms. Jen and all the friendly staff.

Our family has had an amazing experience at North Shore Pediatric Therapy! We are immensely grateful for services received there. When our 10 year old daughter started there a year and a half ago, we knew that it was so important that she build positive rapport and trust with a special clinician. We had OT sessions with amazing Miss Emina, she is a wonderful, helpful and supportive person. I would go as far and say that because of her and her advise she made my life a lot of easier the last 1,5 years. We are very sorry to see her leave but we will continue with NSPT because the team and especially David are very helpful and so easy to work with. We really love it there, it doesn't feel like a Therapy it's like meeting new friends.

We have had a wonderful experience with NSPT. My daughter has been seeing Colleen weekly for almost a year now, and we have always found Colleen to be professional, compassionate and caring. She always speaks with me after every session about what she is working on with my daughter and the progress she has made. She is very knowledgeable and my daughter has made significant progress over the past year. I also have had a wonderful experience with Eve, who sits in the front office. She is so warm and kind and always gets back to me in a timely manner with any questions that I have. She is able to reschedule appointments when necessary and goes out of her way to try to make things as convenient for my family as possible. I have had a wonderful experience with everyone at NSPT and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

Our son has been seeing Abigail Hansell for Speech Therapy for almost 3 months. She's very good with him and he took to her very quickly. Her time is always well spent and she is great at keeping us informed of his progress. And we are always welcome to attend any session. As far as the practice goes we have always appreciated their flexibility with scheduling and their welcoming environment, never a bad experience. Eve works the main desk and she is warm and friendly. North Shore Pediatrics was recommended by our pediatrician and we are so glad they were. They have been great when we've had to reschedule and our son loves playing with the toys in their lobby before his sessions. I would highly recommend North Shore Pediatric Therapy to anyone looking for these types of services.

Like a lot of parents, we only really discovered issues with our child once we were all inhabiting the same space 24/7. We were referred to NSPT by our pediatrician and I didn't know what to expect. David, the intake coordinator was fantastic about setting expectations and making sure I had the proper forms ready to go for the first visit. Our first evaluation with Emina was wonderful. She was kind, gentle and listened to my concerns. My son was in great hands with her. The facility was COVID-19 protocol compliant and the spaces were welcoming. I'm so pleased with our experience and highly recommend NSPT.

North Shore Pediatric Therapy was very quick to respond to a concern I had with my daughter. I appreciate how organized and how clear the steps were to take in getting my daughter the service she needed. At such a time as this, during such chaos and confusion, North Shore Pediatric Therapy provided a timely and much needed solution. I’m so appreciative for all their support. Billing is a joke. You must keep a credit card on file and they automatically charge you. My insurance reprocessed my claims and the practice owes me over $500. It has been five months and no attempt to pay me back. I have lefty five voicemails with the billing department as no one ever answers the phone. I have called and left messages with a child advocate, again cause no one answers the phone and i have even emailed the director of the Evanston office. No one responds. So frustrating.

We have been with NSPT for almost a year now and our experience has been wonderful. The Evanston office is great. The therapists and staff are very friendly and helpful. With our old office (different organization in Skokie), my son didn't really look forward to his therapy sessions and sometimes would not want to go. He loves coming to his sessions here(OT, Speech, ABA) and has made great progress towards all of his goals.
