Do yourself a favor and save your money. I could speak on delayed maintenance requests, the condition, or the residents, but im going to save my time and just speak on my latest experience. After receiving my deposit back after having to call and email multiple times to do so. I was told because my apartment was turn key I would also be receiving a check for five hundred dollars. Kimberly personally told me why I was there and she would call me within two days about it. I call back seven days later after no call and was unable to speak to her. Then, a lady named Emma took my call and said nope didn't happen and get a lawyer if would like to battle it. No thank you, just hope by reading this you can save yourself the troubles I have dealt with.

I have been renting from here for over a year now I have dealt with flooding 3 different times and everytime I had to clean everything myself without a care in the world to them I had to miss work and later I found black mold and my floors are coming up I have been extremely kind to them and all they do is step on you like a bully especially the owner. I have emails and everything asking for help and they will take forever or only half do it. I went to transfer and they told me one price before and when it came down to moving they tried to raise the price even though i had put a down payment down. I do not recommend renting from them you will have a better chance in other places.

Do NOT rent from these people. I've lived in a lot of different apartments, and this was by far the absolute worst renting experience. The customer service is basically nonexistent; they do not care about the people that rent from them. I was forced to abandon my apartment and move out due to unlivable conditions with mold and broken AC in the middle of the summer that they did not fix despite multiple requests. They have no idea how to properly run a business or perform any kind of customer service. Do yourself a favor and rent from literally anyone else.

DO NOT RENT from shook & tarlton. I repeat DO NOT rent from these money hungry liars. They will raise your rent and claim they sent you “alerts and notifications” but really you’ll get less than 30 days, in my case 17 because I was not willing to pay their 50% mark up on rent that the “owner” chose to hit me with. Absolutely awful. Oh, and not to mention how it took them three weeks to get maintenance out to fix a giant gaping hole in my ceiling. There’s so many other horror stories I could tell you - but you probably already get the point. Steer clear of the scum, rent from someone else.

You would be better off sleeping on a friends couch before signing a lease with this company. Had 4 women sitting in the office staring at computers but left me waiting on a call back for 2 months. Zero customer service skills. stay away

David Manley did an excellent job repairing water damage in my ceiling from a roof leak. Great communication, prompt and professional service, and high quality work product.

I love renting here, very quick response and if any issues it was resolved so fast. Going to renew my lease once my year comes up!

I've lived in my apartment for nearly a year and have enjoyed being there. The one maintenance issue we had was handled quickly. Everyone at the office is pleasant. I recently renewed my lease with no issues.

They are very dirty and neglected apartments, they never fix them and when you leave they charge you so they can fix the ones that are already damaged, very bad experience.
