We really enjoy this place. Have been many times for breakfast on Sundays. Atmosphere is warm and fun. Food has always been great with little unique twists. Never been on an evening but bet it would be just as enjoyable.

We like the decor and the waitresses were very friendly. As we got our sandwiches (cubanito and havana beef), we noticed that they were very small. We opened them up and saw that there was not a lot of meat in it at all. Very disappointing as it could have been a great sandwich. My mum got her sandwich but without her chips as she was told that they were cooking a fresh batch and that she will get them when they are done. Well we pretty much finished our sandwiches and I reminded the waitress that we still hadn't received her chips. We got them in the end, just very late... Also our cubanito and havana sandwiches were very bland so we asked for the special spicy sauce and that was actually super tasty with the sandwiches.

I went with a friend for the first time. My impression of the interior - there is a collection of vintage items like polaroid camera and typewriter which is cute but decor is a bit dusty. The staff seems to be a bit stand off-ish for some reason, not sure why. The food: I think the beef nachos was really good, the kind of nachos I imagine and had when I was a kid. The salsa and guacamole was a bonus. I think though that the sides (calamari and fries) were a bit small in serving. The sangria was good, I thought it was watered down but it made me tipsy. So that is good. Overall I think it is a good place to have something South American cause food is good. I just think the staff needs lesson with customer connection, they seem a bit too shy.

If you are looking for a quiet meal on a Thursday night or early on a Saturday morning, or any other time, or even a fresh stimulating coffe of your choice fresh as you step off train on you way into Lakeside shops, this is the place. It's not the cheapest in town, but the quiet dining atmosphere is well worth it. The only reason I marked it down one star is that everyone needs a little room to improve 👍🏼✅️✅️

Really weird acidic sour smell coming from my Cuban sandwich that might've been the parmesan? I was pretty disappointed that it wasn't a genuine cubanos instead of being basically a pulled pork burger. Felt a bit bland too. Nice enough place but it is let down by random shouting and fights near the train station. Tried to visit a few months earlier only to see a horde of kids swearing and vandalizing the shopping centre. Can't be helped by the restaurant but it really killed the vibe.

Place wasn't too busy when I visited. I was greeted fairly welcoming. Total costs were about $28 for a fairly sized Cuban sandwich and a mojito (happy hour). Food was okay, vibe and atmosphere were really good - great deco and location. I would say my own experience would be fairly okay - not the best, but okay.

Been here twice now to give it a good shot but both times have been disappointing. It’s always a long wait for food even when the place isn’t busy. Food it’s alright, a bit bland. I ordered one of the eggs Bennys and there was barely any benny sauce on it. The pork was dry as well. Just disappointing

The food options are always nice, and the granitas are amazing. (Kids like the waffles.) The guy here sometimes seems a bit stressed, but is still nice to everyone!
